Abstract

Kurangnya variasi proses pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan pada umumnya kurang mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis. Kemampuan ini dapat dimiliki oleh siswa jika salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu menetapkan strategi, dan taktik dapat diterapkan. Penerapan tersebut melalui model pembelajaran yang tepat. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang diduga dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu model Problem Based Learning. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada kelebihan model, salah satunya yaitu menjadikan siswa berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XII MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Mojokerto yang berjumlah 30 orang. Materi yang digunakan yaitu pengolahan makanan khas daerah yang dimodifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode non tes, dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu non tes berupa lembar observasi siswa, dan tes berupa soal essay. Hasil observasi menunjukkan terdapat kenaikan jumlah rata-rata persentase yaitu sebesar 6,38 %. Rincian perolehan persentase yaitu 75,19 % pada siklus I, dan 81,57 % pada siklus II. Hasil tes menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siklus I mendapatkan nilai sebesar 75,19%, sedangkan pada siklus II mendapatkan nilai rata-rata nilai 81,57%. Selisih dari diterapkannya model pembelajaran PBL kedua siklus pada kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu sebesar 6,38 %. Terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa sesuai indikator model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada materi pengolahan makanan khas daerah yang dimodifikasi berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring in improving employee performance and leadership through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A literature search was conducted through Google Scholar using keywords related to coaching, mentoring, performance, and leadership, resulting in 161 initial articles. After screening for publication year, scientific validity, topic relevance, and Scopus accessibility and indexing, 11 articles met the final criteria for analysis. The study results show that coaching is proven to increase motivation, work engagement, and leader self-efficacy, which directly contributes to improved performance and leadership capacity. Mentoring has been found to be effective in developing intrapersonal competencies, accelerating career development, and enhancing generative behavior for both mentors and mentees. The effectiveness of both approaches is influenced by program design, alignment with individual needs, leadership support, organizational readiness for change, and the availability of adequate learning infrastructure. Overall, coaching and mentoring are complementary human resource development strategies that only produce optimal impact when applied within a supportive organizational ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how digital transformation and digital technology drive corporate entrepreneurship in incumbent companies. The method used is a narrative literature review of books, articles, and academic journals published between 2018 and 2025 that discuss digital transformation, the utilization of digital technology, and corporate entrepreneurship mechanisms. The study results indicate that digital technologies—such as cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and collaborative platforms—serve as an innovation infrastructure enabling rapid experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This technology has been proven to foster intrapreneurial behavior and strengthen the process of creating new value. Beside technological aspects, the effectiveness of corporate entrepreneurship is significantly influenced by organizational factors such as ambidextrous leadership, mature digital governance, and agile-based intrapreneurship programs. External collaboration thru partnerships with startups also plays a crucial role in accelerating innovation, as long as the organization can manage the integration of knowledge and differences in institutional logic. Overall, this review confirms that digital transformation and corporate entrepreneurship are two mutually reinforcing strategic agendas for enhancing organizational competitiveness. Harmonious integration between digital technology, governance structures, agile culture, and visionary leadership is key to maximizing the potential of corporate entrepreneurship in the digital age.
