Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a CS 6 Flash-Based Swimming Learning Model so that students can more easily understand swimming material and also make it easier for teachers to teach swimming. This study uses the Research and Development method. The steps in this research were: field needs analysis, compiling products, validating media and material experts, small-scale trials, second stage validation, large-scale trials, and the final product. The subjects of this study were students of class XI SMA Islam Az-Zahrah Palembang. Data was collected using a questionnaire for both experts and subjects. The results of this study are in the form of swimming learning models for teachers. Material experts state that this product is included in the good category (84.6%). Application experts stated that this product was included in the good/proper category with a percentage of 90.62% while for the small group and field assessment were 87.5% and 90.90%, respectively. It can be concluded that the development of this application can be used as a reference for teachers in the process of learning swimming material and the findings in this study are the results of applying swimming material to high school students from class XI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis guru pendidikan jasamani olahraga dan kesehatan melalui open class dan lesson study di SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini berupa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi sebanyak 4 guru PJOK SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo, metode yang dipakai dalam memilih sampel adalah purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan 1 guru. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur kemampuan guru adalah penilaian kinerja dan form formative class evaluation (FCE). Penilaian kinerja menggunakan teknik observasi oleh tiga pengamat terhadap satu guru yang melakukan open class menggunakan instrument ujian kinerja (Ukin). Analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari instrumen Ukin didapat persentase rata-rata sebesar 79.0% (tinggi) dengan rincian dari pengamat 1 sebesar 80.3% (tinggi), pengamat 2 sebesar 77.0% (tinggi), pengamat 3 sebesar 79.8% (tinggi). Hasil pengukuran FCE menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru sebesar 2.66 (baik) dengan rincian penilaian peserta didik laki-laki 2.75 (baik) dan perempuan 2.58 (baik). Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan open class adalah partisipasi guru dan kolaborasinya dengan peneliti sehingga daapt dilakukan refleksi dan tindakan perbaikan yang mampu meningkatkan keefektifitasan open class. Sehingga kegiatan open class dapat menjadi alternative yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme guru dalam pengajaran.
