Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the teaching style of practice and inclusive teaching style on groups of students who have high and low motor abilities in the process of learning the basic techniques of sepak takraw. This research method uses experiments factorial 2x2 with by level design, the population of this study was 82 students of physical education study programs at the Riau Islamic University. The sample of this study was 44 people taken using purposive sampling technique, consisting of 22 people with high motor ability and 22 people with low motor ability. Furthermore the sample was divided into four groups of 11 people each. The data analysis technique used ANAVA with the results of the t-dunnet advanced test. (1) For students who have a high motor ability, the results of the learning of the takraw basic techniques of teaching practice style groups are better than inclusi teaching styles, with t0 = 5.06 ≥ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (2) Students who have low motor ability, the results of the learning of the basic techniques of takraw group inclusi teaching style is better than the teaching style of practice, with t0 = -1.81 ≤ ttable 1.67 then H0 is rejected. (3) There is an interaction between teaching style and motor ability on the results of the basic takraw learning techniques, with p-value = 0,000 ≤ 0.05 or H0 rejected.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada pengurus Asosiasi Bola Tangan Indonesia (ABTI) Kabuipaten Rokan Hulu tanggal 17 Desember 2021. Kegiatan ini merupakan Sosialisasi Olahraga Bola Tangan. Kegiatan permainan bola tangan belum pernah dilakukan kedaerah – daerah, sehingga bola tangan belum terlalu diketahui oleh Sebagian pengurus ABTI Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Induk organisasi olahraga bola tangan ini baru masuk ke provinsi Riau pada tahun 2016, dan sekarang sudah terdaftar menjadi anggota KONI provinsi Riau. Jadi dengan adanya pengabdian ini, kita semua berharap bisa mengenalkan olahraga baru yang masuk ke Riau dan bisa lebih mengembangkannya. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaku oleh Tim Dosen  dan mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Islam Riau, kita beharap dengan adanya sosialisai olahraga bola tangan ini dapat memberikan suatu informasi terhadap olahraga yang baru masuk ke provinsi Riau. sehinga kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada peserta dan bisa mengetahi mengenai permainan bola tangan baik secara teori maupun praktik langsung dilapangan. Berdasarkan sosialisasi yang akan dilakukan, diharapkan pengurus mengerti nantikan akan sejarah perkembangan permainan bola tangan, pengertian permainan bola tangan, tehnik-tehnik dasar dalam permainan bola tangan dan aturan-aturan yang terdapat dalam permainan bola tangan.

Abstract

Terompah Panjang is a traditional game in Riau that needs attention. This study aims to analyze how to play and play equipment in the game. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to adolescents in Riau by random sampling in the form of questions about the experience of playing the game Terompah Panjang. The sample was obtained based on teenagers who live and represent each region in Riau Province, as many as 65 teenagers. Data collection techniques through documentation techniques. Adolescents who are sampled meet the requirements as late teens (17-25 years) from the aspect of age and area of ​​residence, which are the general public. Data collection techniques through documentation techniques. Based on the study results, it was concluded that the perspective of Riau youth in the Terompah Panjang game was that this game did not have standard rules, both in the division of teams and the number of teams, and even the length of time from the track. The game is only based on an agreement in each area. Teenagers in Riau tend to play in their home environment, not at festivals organized by the local government or related agencies.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the training method of passing target fixed target eye-foot coordination high-low and target passing moving eye-foot coordination high-low and to analyze the interaction between passing training methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. This study used a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design method. The population in this study amounted to 36 players. The sampling technique used total sampling with a sample of 36 players and data analysis using the ANOVA test. The results of study 1) There is a difference in the effect between fixed target and moving-to-target passing exercises on soccer passing accuracy. 2) There is a different effect between high and low eye-foot coordination on passing accuracy. 3) There is a difference in the effect of the Fixed Target Passing Practice Method with High and Low Eye-foot Coordination on the Accuracy of Football Passing. 4). There is a difference in the effect of moving target passing exercises with high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. 5) There is no interaction between training methods and eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy. The study's conclusion shows that moving target passing exercises are better at increasing passing accuracy than fixed target passing exercises, and players with high eye-foot coordination have better accuracy than players with low eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

This study reviews the description of the Riau province's petanque athletes in shooting in terms of time effectiveness. This study aims to determine what factors can affect the effectiveness of time in shooting in the petanque sport. The subjects of this research are several related stakeholders (athletes, coaches, and arbitrators) of Riau province. The research method used is the descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively by 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the average petanque athlete in Riau Province 1) was still in a hurry to shoot, 2) was inconsistent about the target, 3) lacked focus, 4) was nervous or lacked confidence in the circle, 5) the shooting rate was low. Not maximal. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of time in shooting is significant and affects the shooting results of Riau petanque athletes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi power otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai terhadap kemampuan sprint 50 meter siswa kelas VII.1 SMP Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Adapun jenis dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan teknik pengukuran menggunakan analisa korelasi atau hubungan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini  adalah keseluruhan siswa laki – laki kelas VII.1 SMP Negeri 3 Pekanbaru dengan jumlah populasi 18 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  uji korelasi ganda (. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai . Nilai  tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan  pada  sebesar 18 adalah . Nilai  dan  diperoleh bahwa  atau , dengan  maka, terdapat hubungan secara statistik power otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai terhadap lari jarak pendek 50 meter pada siswa kelas VII.1 di SMP Negeri 3 Pekanbaru. Sedangkan untuk koefisien determinasinya diperoleh sebesar .

Abstract

Masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra berkaitan dengan program pembinaan prestasi olahraga di lingkungan Dispora Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau. Pembinaan yang dilakukan tentunya membutuhkan banyak masukan dan penguatan dibidang pembinaan prestasi. Salah satu faktor penunjang yang diperlukan disini adalah Latihan Konsentrasi dan Identifikasi Bakat pada anak usia dini. Faktor konsentrasi adalah unsur yang sangat penting dalam mencapai kesuksesan dalam penampilan seorang dan bakat merupakan suatu kelebihan berupa kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang dalam suatu bidang, yang mana dengan bakatnya tersebut ia tidak harus belajar dan berlatih dengan keras dalam bidang tersebut seperti orang lain yang tidak memiliki bakat sepertinya. Selain itu bakat dibawa oleh seseorang sejak lahir dan baru diketahui seiring perjalanan usiany sehingga perlunya identifikasi bakat. Kegiatan dari penguatan konsep Latihan konsentrasi dan identifikasi bakat ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan. Pertama, tahap persiapan yaitu melakukan survei dan diskusi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan, menetapkan sasaran, menyiapakan materi dan kebutuhan lainnya. Kedua, tahap pelaksanaan dengan kegiatan melakukan pre-test dan menyampaikan materi tentang latihan konsentrasi dan identifikasi bakat. Ketiga, tahap evaluasi dengan melakukan post-test dan menganalisis hasil akhir dari kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan. kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan baik dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan, peserta mengikuti dengan antusias dan aktif dalam berdiskusi dengan pemateri. Hasil akhir diperoleh ada peningkatan pemahaman peserta berkaitan dengan penerapan konsep latihan konsentrasi dan identifikasi bakat siswa dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet.

Abstract

Teacher competency standards are the main capital that must be possessed by teacher candidates. This study aims to find out how much the level of readiness of students to become a teacher in Department of Physical Education, Universitas Islam Riau. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is were students of the Department of Physical Education with a total number of 240 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Based on this technique, the number of samples used was 41 students. The instrument in this study uses questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the percentage calculation technique. The results showed that the readiness of students of the Department of Physical Education to become a competent teacher with teacher competency standards that must be possessed by students was ready. It can be seen from the achievement of 84% in the range of 81% -100% with a very strong category. Limitation of this study which is the number of respondents who are only 41 people is certainly not enough to describe the actual situation. It is recommended for further researchers to develop this research so that other parties can contribute to the development of research and science in the future.

Abstract

This activity was aimed to educate and train teachers of early childhood education program concerning two key matters for the success of early-age children’s gross motor skill development, namely: basic knowledge and skills of early-age children’s gross motor skill development methods. This training was provided using direct practice method, a method employed by teachers by practicing in a direct manner in accordance with the materials to be delivered to children. It was expected that through this direct practice activity, children gain experience by directly interacting with objects. This activity was carried out for a period of one day on April 30, 206 from 07.30 to 17.00 outside the effective learning hours. This activity was conducted in Plamboyan, District of Tapung, Regency of Kampar, Province of Riau, with 24 teachers of early childhood education program being participants. From this activity, it was concluded that physical/motoric development is part of basic skill development in kindergarten leading to activities for training children’s motoric skills, especially gross motoric skills, including walking, running, leaping, exercising, playing with ball, using tools, dancing, doing rhythmic exercise and combined moves.Keywords: Method Development, Gross Motor Skills ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan ilmu dan keterampilan kepada para guru pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) mengenai dua hal penting untuk sukses dalam mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak-anak usia dini, yaitu : memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar metode pengembangan motorik kasar anak usia dini melalui metode praktik langsung. Metode praktik langsung adalah metode yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan cara melakukan praktek secara langsung sesuai dengan materi yang akan disampaikan kepada anak-anak. Melalui kegiatan praktik langsung diharapkan anak mendapatkan pengalaman melalui interaksi langsung dengan objek.. Program kegiatan dilaksanakan selama satu hari, yaitu pada tanggal 30 April 2016 mulai pukul 07.30 hingga 17.00 di luar jam efektif belajar. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Plamboyan Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau dengan  peserta adalah guru-guru pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) yang berjumlah 24 orang. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini yaitu pengembangan fisik/motorik merupakan salah satu bagian pengembangan kemampuan dasar di TK yang mengarah pada kegiatan untuk melatih motorik anak khususnya motorik kasar anak yang terdiri atas gerakan-gerakan jalan, lari, lompat, senam, keterampilan dengan bola, keterampilan menggunakan peralatan, menari, latihan ritmik dan gerak gabungan. Kata Kunci: Metode Pengembangan, Motorik Kasar

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make improvements in the triple jump test. The component that is repaired is only in the process of executing the jump starting from the prefix, jump, step, jump and landing. Usually the triple jump test is only by making the farthest jump and then measuring how far the jump is made. To find out the quality of the jumps of Riau Islamic University athletic students, of course there must be test instruments and test norms for these athletes. This research method uses research and development methods or research and development. The validation of research and development instruments used content validation which was carried out by several experts (expert judgment) who made one test and measurement expert and two experts in the field of athletics. Based on the results of the expert test evaluation analysis, the triple jump instrument is declared valid and reliable, so that it can be used as research material for athletic students.
