Abstract

Education as a theory in the form of human thinking about educational problems and efforts to solve them fundamentally and systematically. Professionalism is an understanding that prohibits that every job must be done by a professional. Profession is a person who runs a profession. In Islam all work must be done professionally in the sense that it must be done correctly. This research method is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The data used in this study are in the form of document data, both from the Koran, al-Hadith, textbooks, scientific journals, and other relevant document sources. In terms of this literature study approach, the researcher looked for literature or library data in the form of teacher professionalism according to the perspective of the Koran and al hadith. The results of the study show that professional work must be matched with expertise. Teacher professionalism in the Koran shows that teachers must have democratic characteristics, be patient and gentle in carrying out their noble duties, forgive and be consistent with their duties and responsibilities, be able to work together (cooperative) and be compassionate both in action and in the form of prayer.

Abstract

The main problem in this writing is the Qur'an as a Textual Source of Islamic Philosophy, the main problem is how the position of the Koran is in relation to Islamic philosophy, because the benchmarks for philosophy are reason and revelation. How is the relationship between human (reason), revelation (al-Quran) the basis of philosophy.The purpose of this discussion is the Al-Qur'an as a Textual Source of Islamic Philosophy. The type of research that the writer did was field research which is qualitative description. Data collection techniques that the authors use are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used is triangulation. The analysis technique that the writer uses according to Miles and Huberman. The research results show that knowledge originates from two things: reality and revelation. Reality itself, as in his view, consists of two things, namely metaphysical reality (ma'qulat) giving birth to philosophy and material (mahsusat) giving birth to science. Meanwhile, revelation gave birth to the religious sciences. How to Get to Know/Know Philosophy, namely studying philosophy is no different from studying other sciences.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are traditional educational institutions led by a kyai or cleric. It is in this pesantren that the santri are confronted with various branches of religious knowledge which originate from classical books. For this reason, the purpose of writing this article is to find out the origins of the development of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. This research includes qualitative research with the type of library research. The results of the study show that as the oldest Islamic educational institution, the historical development of Islamic boarding schools has non-classical teaching models, namely the education system method with the wetonan and sorogan teaching methods. Islamic boarding schools today can be divided into two types, namely traditional Islamic boarding schools (salafi) with a mystical environment and modern Islamic boarding schools (khalafi). the existence of the ummah from attacks and physical and mental oppression by the colonialists for several centuries. Islamic boarding schools, which were initially carried out in a simple way, turned out to play a significant role in the history of Islamic education in Indonesia, and gave birth to many famous figures.
