Abstract

One of the things that must be seriously paid attention according to Islamic teaching is education of the children. The two sources of Islamic teaching, the Qur’an and the hadith, convey many messages in order that the parents pay attention to religious teaching for their children. Within this context, the family constitutes the main pilar to form the personality of the children which must be conducted by implanting Islamic teaching since the early time. This is intended to encourage the children to possess good personality in order that they will not be easily influenced by a greater social life.Kata Kunci:    pendidikan agama, keluarga,  kepribadian anak

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis daring di PAUD Islam Terpadu Anak Mandiri Kota Palu di masa pandemic covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis daring pada masa pandemi covid-19 di PAUD Islam Terpadu Anak Mandiri Kota Palu yaitu dapat dilihat dari kreativitas guru dalam manajemen kelas seperti mengelola dan menyusun perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan melalui kelas daring dengan membuat grup kelas di aplikasi whatsapp dan membuat video pembelajaran kemudian dikirim ke grup kelas yang telah dibuat, dan kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang ada di lingkungan sekitar, penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat mempermudah guru dalam menjelaskan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan akan membuat peserta didik tertarik untuk belajar serta cepat paham dengan materi yang disampaikan. Adapun yang menjadi faktor pendukung kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis daring di PAUD Islam Terpadu Anak Mandiri Kota Palu yaitu ketersediaan sarana prasarana di sekolah, kerja sama sesama guru dan mengikuti program webinar. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis daring di PAUD Islam Terpadu Anak Mandiri Kota Palu yaitu Keterbatasan waktu dalam membuat video pembelajaran, terbatasnya memori penyimpanan di HP dan gangguan jaringan yang mengakibatkan proses pembelajaran menjadi terhambat

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the motivation of the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu, how much influence job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu, and the extent of the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu. The approach used in this study a quantitative approach. This study population is students and lecturers IAIN Palu and the sample is Lecturer and Student IAIN Palu as many as 62 people. Data obtained by using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique used is the correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between motivation on the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu with a regression coefficient of 0.602 means strong, motivation variable contribution to the performance of lecturers by 36.3%, while the remaining 63.7% is determined by other variables. The high and low quality of faculty performance can be predicted by the regression equation y = a + b1x1 = 45.327 + 0,340X1. It shows the higher work motivation, the lecturer will get better performance. 2) There is a significant relationship between satisfaction with the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu with a regression coefficient of 0.579 means quite strong. The contribution of variable satisfaction with the performance of lecturers by 33.52 and 66.48% determined by other variables. The other variable factors such as age, education, hobbies and others. The high and low quality of faculty performance can be predicted by the regression equation y = a + b1x1 = 45.327 + 2,066 X1. It shows higher levels of job satisfaction then the performance will be better lecturer. 3) There is significant influence motivation and satisfaction with the performance of lecturers IAIN Palu with a regression coefficient of 0.637 means strong. The contribution of variable satisfaction with the performance of lecturers 40.6% means that the contribution of motivation and job satisfaction IAIN lecturer to lecturer performance only by determined by other variables. The high and low quality of faculty performance can be predicted by the regression equation y = a + b1x1 + b2 + 0,340X1 X1 = 45.327 + 0.166 X2. This shows if the motivation and job satisfaction increased by one unit then the performance of lecturers IAIN hammer will increase the unit anyway. This means that if the motivation and job satisfaction increases, performance of lecturers IAIN Palu will also increase and vice versa if the motivation and job satisfaction decreases eat Palu IAIN lecturer performance will decrease

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Pendekatan penelitian yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Data dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data secara induktif melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam membentuk  karakter  peserta didik yaitu menerapkan kebiasaan  seperti  shalat tepat waktu, datang tepat waktu ke sekolah, dan mematuhi tata tertib yang  menjadi   dasar   terbentuknya karakter disiplin peserta didik. Proses   implementasi   tidak  hanya dilakukan dalam konteks  pembelajaran  di  kelas,  tetapi juga melalui kegiatan pembiasaan yang bersifat keseharian. Hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwasannya faktor pendukung yaitu 1) Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana,2) Motivasi dari guru,3) Motivasi orangtua,4) Lingkungan pergaulan. Adapun faktor penghambat yaitu 1) Faktor dari anak itu sendiri, 2) sikap pendidik, 3) Sikap Orangtua, 4) Lingkungan pergaulan. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwasannya perlu adanya kerja sama antara orangtua, guru, lingkungan pertemanan, serta masyarakat untuk mengefektifkan pembentukan karakter displin peserta didik melalui implementasi nilai pendidikan agama Islam dalam bidang ibadah dan akhlak.

Abstract

This research analyzes the Multicultural Islamic Religious Education Learning (MIREL) at SMKN 1 Poso in building religious harmony as a conflict resolution. Conflict socio-religious become a critical problem regarding diversity in schools and society. Meanwhile, Islamic religious education provided in schools does not prioritize a multicultural perspective, which includes the practices of different religions and other cultures. This study uses qualitative field research with a case study approach and data analysis, according to Miles and Huberman. Results show that this school carries out the MIREL formally-textual and informally-textual. Learning formally-textual is held through three stages. At the beginning stage, teachers contextualize the values of example and self-control through exemplary stories from the prophets. In the main stage, the teachers integrate the values of tolerance, harmony, democracy, unity, concern, and justice by presenting material that includes faith, morals, jurisprudence, and the history of Islamic culture. Teachers instill multicultural values of cooperation and responsibility in the closing stage by assigning group tasks. The school holds informally textual learning through the Religious Saturday program collaboration in cross-cultural, socio-religious, and humanitarian activities. This research has implications for strengthening the MIREL in schools to build sustainable religious harmony among students and society in the post-conflict area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi implementasi dan efektivitas model pembelajaran sufistik dalam membentuk karakter rabbani siswa di MI Muhammadiyah Al-Haq Palu, mengisi kekosongan literatur tentang penerapan pendidikan sufistik di tingkat madrasah ibtidaiyah yang selama ini dianggap prematur oleh perspektif teoretis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif Miles-Huberman-Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran sufistik yang mengintegrasikan metode muraqabah, muhasabah, dan riyadhah berhasil diimplementasikan secara sistematis melalui pendekatan holistik dalam domain intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Efektivitas model terbukti signifikan dengan peningkatan kehadiran shalat berjamaah dari 45 persen menjadi 85 persen, penurunan kasus ketidakjujuran hingga 75 persen, peningkatan prestasi akademik 15 persen, dan transformasi karakter spiritual-moral yang terukur. Temuan ini membantah skeptisisme teoretis tentang ketidaksesuaian pembelajaran sufistik untuk anak usia MI, membuktikan bahwa adaptasi metodologis yang developmentally appropriate mampu menciptakan pengalaman spiritual autentik dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan paradigma baru bahwa pembelajaran sufistik bukan prematur bagi siswa MI, melainkan fondasi krusial pembentukan karakter rabbani yang seimbang antara dimensi intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual. Kontribusi penelitian terhadap SDGs mencakup penyediaan model pendidikan berkualitas, penguatan kesejahteraan mental, pengurangan kesenjangan pendidikan, dan pembangunan generasi yang matang secara holistik untuk masyarakat yang damai dan sejahtera.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI melalui pembelajaran Tutor Sebaya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas kelas VIII SMPN 2 Nunukan Kalimantan sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Peningkatan kemampuan belajardengan Modul Amanah Dan Jujur siswa meliputi kualitas proses dan kualitas hasil. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar PAI modul amanah dan jujur pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 2 Nunukan Kalimantan yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh mengalami peningkatan dari siklus 1 hasil belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat rendah dengan skor rata-rata 64. Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 13 yaitu 74.4, hasil belajar siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan tinggi. 2) Siswa yang tuntas belajar pada siklus 1 sebesar 16 orang (43.3%) sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 20 orang (100%). Ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan belajar PAI modul amanah dan jujur siswa, yang di tandai dengan peningkatan hasil belajar pada silus I ke siklus II. Selain itu keaktifan siswa sudah semakin tampak mengalami kemajuan, dimulai dari siklus I yang mengalami peningkatan persentase kegiatan siswa yang dicatat melalui lembar observasi setiap pertemuan sebanyak 2 siklus.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is an educational institution that plays a vital role in helping shape the character of students in accordance with Islamic values. Raudhatul Jannah Islamic Elementary School in Silae Village, Palu City, is an Islamic-based elementary school in West Palu. The research observes how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education values and how educators shape the character of students so that they understand and practice the values of Islamic religious education in everyday life. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research design. The data and data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is inductive through data reduction, presentation, and verification. Research shows that character building in students involves adopting habits such as praying on time, arriving at school on time, and adhering to rules, which are fundamental to character development. This implementation process takes place not only in the classroom but also through daily activities.  The implementation of Islamic religious education values in character formation at Raudhatul Jannah Islamic Elementary School, Palu, involves two main steps: implementation and evaluation.
