Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the application of contextual strategies in improving the understanding of learning materials of students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh through the interpretation of Tarbsawi verses. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a field research approach. Data were obtained from data sources in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The data sources were lecturers and students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then, the data analysis process was carried out through data reduction, coding, theme extraction, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The implementation of contextual strategies in the learning process of interpreting Tarbawi verses in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh is implemented by connecting the teaching material with students' daily lives. Lecturers use examples relevant to students' social and cultural conditions, as well as various media, to enhance understanding. This helps students more easily understand and apply the values of tarbawi in real life. 2) The effectiveness of contextual strategies in improving the understanding of students of the PAI Study Program at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh regarding the interpretation of Tarbawi verses is that contextual strategies are proven to be effective in improving students' understanding of the interpretation of Tarbawi verses. 3) The obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education students at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh in understanding the interpretation of Tarbawi verses through contextual strategies are differences in social and cultural backgrounds, limited literacy on deeper interpretation, and a lack of optimal learning support facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of gadget use on children's learning motivation at Edu Privat Beurawe. The background of this study states that there is a shift in children's learning interests along with the development of information technology that provides easy access to various learning resources. The use of gadgets among students, although presenting some problems, also offers significant potential in increasing learning motivation. The research method used was a survey with a questionnaire distributed to 17 junior high school students at Edu Privat Beurawe, which explored the frequency of gadget use and its impact on their learning motivation. Data analysis showed that 80% of students used gadgets to study for 2-3 hours per day, and the results indicated a significant positive relationship between gadget use and learning motivation (p < 0.05). Students who actively used gadgets for educational purposes showed higher learning motivation scores with an average of 78 compared to those who used gadgets less who only reached an average of 65. However, around 35% of respondents reported that they were often distracted by non-educational applications, indicating challenges that need to be addressed. This study provides insight into teaching strategies in the digital era that can create a more engaging and effective learning environment for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of parenting patterns carried out concerning bullying behavior at MTsN 2 Simeulue. This research uses a qualitative method. The results conclude that among the various types of bullying behaviors committed by perpetrators, most come from children who essentially come from disharmonious or broken families, families where education at home is full of violence or authoritarianism, siblings who often tease each other, and sometimes children are overly spoiled by their parents. The parenting patterns originating from such family environments make the child a perpetrator of bullying at school because they are already accustomed to violence and therefore also commit violence towards others. Bullying behavior has a significant impact on the victims, sometimes causing psychological disturbances, and even suicidal tendencies. Therefore, various parenting patterns are implemented to reduce bullying behavior among students at MTsN 2 Simeulue, including planning the recruitment of guidance counselors (BK teachers), providing BK rooms, cooperation between BK teachers and homeroom teachers, class-to-class socialization, and collaborative efforts between parents and teachers. This study also benefits MTsN 2 Simeulue students by reducing bullying incidents. Students can express their frustrations that previously had no outlet to share their problems at home or in their play environment; now BK teachers become their confidants. Socialization delivery becomes more directed and focused on students, and the approach between parents and teachers in educating students is strengthened.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berfungsi untuk menganalisa tentang peningkatan pola asuh yang di lakukan pada perilaku bulying di MTsN 2 Simeulue, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dari berbagai macam perilaku bullying yang di lakukan oleh pelaku bullying kebanyakan berasal dari anak -anak  yang pada hakekatnya berasal dari keluarga yang tidak harmonis/ broken, keluarga yang pendidikan di rumahnya penuh  kekerasan/otoriter, saudara sekandung saling mengejek dan  juga kadang  terlalu dimanja oleh orang tuanya, perilaku pola asuh yang berasal dari pola asuh  keluarga tersebut menjadikan anak sebagai dalang pelaku bullying di sekolah, karena mereka sudah terbiasa dengan kekerasan sehingga melakukan kekerasan pula kepada orang lain. Perilaku bullying ini sangat berdampak terhadap korbannya terkadang mereka menjadi terganggu psikisnya dan bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan melakukan bunuh diri, oleh karena itu, berbagai macam pola asuh yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying pada siswa MTsN 2 Simeulue, diantaramya: perencanaan perekrutan guru BK, pengadaan ruang BK, kerjasama guru BK dan wali kelas, sosialisasi class to class, dan kerjasama orang tua dan guru. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat manfaat yang di rasakan oleh siswa pada MTsN 2 Simeulue yaitu berkurangnya perlakuan bullying, siswa dapat melepaskan unek-uneknya yang selama ini tidak ada tempat bercerita permasalahannya di rumah atau lingkungan bermainnya, kini guru BK menjadi tempat curhatnya, penyampaian sosialisasi lebih terarah dan terfokus pada siswa dan terjalinnya pendekatan orang tua dan guru dalam memberikan didikan pada siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal basis and views of Islamic scholars regarding the practice of non-cash gold trading and assess its compliance with Islamic economic principles, particularly regarding the permissibility of such practices as regulated in the DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, considering that gold now has a dual role as an investment tool and a high-value commodity. Using a qualitative methodology through a comprehensive literature review sourced from the Quran, hadith, DSN-MUI fatwa, and inter-school fiqh literature, this study examines in depth the legal arguments that form the basis for the permissibility of non-cash gold transactions. The findings show that DSN-MUI permits such practices with the application of strict conditions, including certainty of ownership, price transparency, and avoidance of usury elements, and this view is in line with the thoughts of some scholars such as Ibn Taimiyah and Ibn Qayyim who provide room for legal adaptation to the development of the modern economic system as long as Islamic principles are maintained. The main contribution of this research lies in the affirmation and integrative argumentation that non-cash gold buying and selling can be justified according to sharia as long as the principles of justice, transparency, and prudence are met, so that this practice is not only consistent with the objectives of sharia to realize benefits and prevent losses, but also relevant in answering the needs of gold transactions in the contemporary era. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dasar hukum dan pandangan ulama mengenai praktik jual beli emas tidak tunai serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah, khususnya terkait kebolehan praktik tersebut sebagaimana diatur dalam Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010, mengingat posisi emas yang kini memiliki peran ganda sebagai alat investasi sekaligus komoditas bernilai tinggi. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka komprehensif yang bersumber dari Alquran, hadis, fatwa DSN-MUI, dan literatur fikih lintas mazhab, penelitian ini menelaah secara mendalam argumentasi hukum yang menjadi dasar diperbolehkannya transaksi emas secara tidak tunai. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa DSN-MUI membolehkan praktik tersebut dengan penerapan syarat-syarat ketat, antara lain adanya kepastian kepemilikan, transparansi harga, serta penghindaran dari unsur riba, dan pandangan ini sejalan dengan pemikiran sebagian ulama seperti Ibnu Taimiyah dan Ibnu Qayyim yang memberikan ruang adaptasi hukum terhadap perkembangan sistem ekonomi modern selama prinsip syariah tetap terjaga. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini terletak pada penegasan dan argumentasi integratif bahwa penjualan beli emas tidak tunai dapat dibenarkan secara syariah selama prinsip keadilan, keterbukaan, dan kehati-hatian terpenuhi, sehingga praktik tersebut tidak hanya konsisten dengan tujuan syariah untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan dan mencegah kerugian, tetapi juga relevan dalam menjawab kebutuhan transaksi emas pada era kontemporer.
