Faktor penyebab rendahnya kemampuan literasi sains adalah belum tersedianya instrumen penilaian yang sesuai untuk mengukur aspek literasi sains secara komprehensif. Permasalahan ini menuntut pengembangan instrumen penilaian yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menguji instrumen penilaian berbasis model PISA untuk siswa SMK pada materi makhluk hidup dan lingkungannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D. Subjek penelitian yakni siswa kelas X TKJ di SMK Negeri 1 Parigi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan persentase validitas sebesar 85,88 %. Reliabilitas instrumen nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,87, dengan kategori reliabel. Analisis literasi sains menunjukkan 72% siswa berada dalam kategori rendah dan 28% dalam kategori sedang, dengan skor rata-rata skor rata-rata sebesart 45 berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan ketiga aspek literasi sains, aspek menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar 67 dengan kategori sedang, sementara aspek mengevaluasi dan merancang penyelidikan serta menafsirkan data ilmiah masih rendah dengan skor masing-masing memperoleh skor sebesart 38 dan 30. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya peningkatan pembelajaran berbasis eksperimen, analisis data, serta integrasi teknologi dan pendekatan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Development of PISA-Based IPAS Assessment Instruments to Measure the Science Literacy Skills of Vocational High School Students The factor causing low science literacy skills is the lack of appropriate assessment instruments to comprehensively measure aspects of science literacy. This problem requires the development of valid and reliable assessment instruments to measure the science literacy skills of vocational high school students. The purpose of this study was to develop and test PISA-based assessment instruments for vocational high school students on the subject of living things and their environment. The research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model. The research subjects were 10th grade TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Parigi. The results showed that the developed instrument was highly valid with a validity percentage of 85.88%. The reliability of the instrument was Cronbach's Alpha of 0.87, which is considered reliable. The science literacy analysis showed that 72% of students were in the low category and 28% in the moderate category, with an average score of 45 in the low category. Based on the three aspects of science literacy, the aspect of explaining scientific phenomena obtained the highest score of 67 in the moderate category, while the aspects of evaluating and designing investigations and interpreting scientific data were still low, with scores of 38 and 30, respectively. These findings emphasize the need to improve experiment-based learning, data analysis, and the integration of technology and contextual approaches to comprehensively improve students' science literacy.
