Abstract

ABSTRAK Fenomena bullying di sekolah merupakan fenomena yang sudah tidak asing lagi, seperti memaki,  menampar, menebar gosip, mencibir,  memukul, mengancam, mengucilkan, dan lain sebagainya sudah sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Perilaku ini dapat berdampak serius bagi korban bullying baik secara fisik  maupun  psikologis. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari UNICEF (United Nations Emergency Children’s fund)  tahun  2015  (40%) sedangkan tahun 2016 meningkat (41-50%) terjadi pada anak sekolah pada rentang umur 13 sampai 15 tahun. Data dari KPAI (Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia)  menyebutkan  bahwa perilaku bullying tahun 2018 sebanyak 1.589 kasus.  Berdasarkan permasalah yang ada, masih tingginya angka kejadian stress pada siswa yang mengalami bullying atau perundungan di sekolah, maka diperlukan kegiatan yang dapat mengurangi angka kejadian stress pada siswa.  Meningkatkan kesehatan mitra dengan cara mengurangi angka kejadian stress melalui sosialisasi edukasi yang dilakukan oleh tim dosen pengusul dari bidang keilmuan keperawatan, kebidanan dan psikologi melalui aplikasi andoid yang ramah lingkungan karena bersifat paperless pada siswa yang mengalami stress akibat perilaku bullying atau perundungan di SMPIT Islamic School Bantul Jannah Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kegiatan promosi kesehatan dilakukan dengan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan melalui aplikasi virtual menggunakan platform dengan metode ceramah, Tanya jawab, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Jumlah audience 60 orang Audience sebelum dilakukan kegiatan peserta belum mengenal tentang upaya srceaning stress pada anak yang mengalami bullying (perundungan), setelah di lakukan edukasii peserta secara keseluruhan dapat memahami dengan benar. peserta tampak antusias mengikuti kegiatan. Peserta mengikuti penyuluhan dengan senang hati karena penyuluhan dilaksanakan dengan menyenangkan. Kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan kondusif karena peserta memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Stress, Bullying, PerundunganABSTRACT The phenomenon of bullying in schools is a familiar phenomenon, such as cursing, slapping, spreading gossip, sneering, hitting, threatening, isolating, and so on which often occur in the school environment. This behavior can have serious impacts on victims of bullying both physically and psychologically. Based on data obtained from UNICEF (United Nations Emergency Children's Fund) in 2015 (40%) while in 2016 the increase (41-50%) occurred in school children aged 13 to 15 years. Data from KPAI (Indonesian Child Protection Commission) states that bullying behavior in 2018 was 1,589 cases. Based on existing problems, there is still a high incidence of stress among students who experience bullying or harassment at school, so activities are needed that can reduce the incidence of stress among students. The health of partners by reducing the number of stress incidents through educational outreach carried out by a team of proposing lecturers from the scientific fields of nursing, midwifery and psychology through an andoid application that is environmentally friendly because it is paperless for students who experience stress due to bullying or bullying behavior at SMPIT Islamic School Bantul Jannah Bandar Lampung. This research uses a method of health promotion activities carried out by providing health education through virtual applications using a platform with lecture, question and answer, discussion and demonstration methods. Total audience was 60 people. Before the activity, the participants did not know about efforts to relieve stress in children who experience bullying. After education, the participants as a whole were able to understand correctly. Participants seemed enthusiastic about participating in the activity. Participants took part in the counseling with pleasure because the counseling was carried out in a fun way. The extension activities were conducive because the participants paid attention to the material presented well. Keywords: Stress, Bullying, Harassment
