Abstract

Environmental Influences and Purchasing Decisions at McDonald's Galuh Mas Branch, Karawang. This study aims to explore the influence of the environment and atmosphere on the purchase decision process of McDonald's Galuh Mas Branch, Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research. Abstract

This research aims to develop an empowerment strategy for Family Welfare Movement (PKK) members through a circular economy-based waste recycling program supported by a social media approach. In the context of the increasing problem of environmental pollution caused by plastic waste, empowering the PKK as a community group has significant potential to manage plastic waste through innovative eco-friendly fashion products. This program adopts circular economy principles by processing plastic waste into useful products, such as eco-friendly tote bags. Social media is used as a strategic tool for education, promotion, and strengthening the marketing network for recycled products, thereby expanding market reach and increasing social inclusion. The research method combines a qualitative approach with market analysis, community engagement, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media use in empowerment. The results are expected to contribute to PKK empowerment in creating new, sustainable sources of income, while supporting plastic waste reduction through innovative and environmentally friendly products. The implications of this research also include strengthening the social, economic, and environmental aspects of community plastic waste management, which can be applied more broadly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi E-Sistem Informasi Manajemen (E-SIM) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas promosi pemasaran pada d’SRUPUT, sebuah UMKM di bidang minuman. Di tengah persaingan digital, pengelolaan data promosi yang manual sering kali menghambat optimalisasi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan informan kunci (pemilik), informan utama (staf operasional), serta informan pendukung (konsumen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transisi dari pengelolaan promosi konvensional ke berbasis E-SIM memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada metrik media sosial, antara lain: jangkauan per posting (+220%), interaksi (+350%), dan tingkat konversi penjualan (+140%). Implementasi E-SIM juga berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pemasaran dengan kenaikan Return on Investment (ROI) dari 200% menjadi 533%. Secara keseluruhan, E-SIM terbukti efektif sebagai alat manajemen data untuk mengubah pola promosi dari sporadis menjadi terencana dan berbasis data (data-driven), yang secara langsung memperkuat daya saing UMKM di pasar digital

Abstract

The underutilization of rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum L.) peel waste presents a significant opportunity for bioentrepreneurship. This project bridges biotechnology and business by transforming agricultural waste into a high-value, natural hand sanitizer. Utilizing the potent antibacterial properties of active compounds specifically tannins, flavonoids, and geraniin the extraction process employs a maceration method with food-grade solvents to ensure safety and efficacy.Preliminary results demonstrate that these phytochemicals effectively inhibit bacterial growth, offering a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to synthetic, high-alcohol sanitizers. From an entrepreneurial perspective, this innovation leverages low-cost raw materials to reduce production costs while meeting the rising market demand for sustainable hygiene products. Ultimately, this initiative serves as a catalyst for local bioentrepreneurship, promoting a circular economy by converting organic waste into a marketable bioproduct that provides both scientific and sustainable health solutions.
