Abstract

AbstrakDalam dunia akademik, dosen yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan pelayanan yang baik siswa dapat Berikankontribusi positif pada tempat kerja. Seorang dosen harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif sesuaidengan Tri Dhamma Perguruan Tinggi dengan tetap mengelola pekerjaan sehari-hari dalam rutinitasnya. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi model yang menjelaskan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dosenmempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI di UIN KHAS Jember. Variabel-variabel dalam model penelitianmempengaruhi kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar dosen. Sebanyak 75 responden mengisi kuesioner; darijumlah tersebut, 35 orang adalah responden perempuan (atau 25,33%) dan 74,67% responden adalah respondenlaki-laki dengan usia yang sama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI UIN KHASJember dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional pengajarnya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu menentukankebijakan yang dapat menopang motivasi belajar program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Khas Jember.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi BelajarAbstractIn the academic world, lecturers who have emotional intelligence and good service to students can make positivecontributions to the workplace. A lecturer must be able to carry out his duties effectively in accordance with theTri Dhamma of Higher Education while still managing daily work in his routine. The aim of this research is toevaluate a model that explains how lecturers' emotional intelligence influences the learning motivation of MPIstudents at UIN KHAS Jember. The variables in the research model influence lecturers' emotional intelligence andlearning motivation. A total of 75 respondents filled out the questionnaire; of this number, 35 people were femalerespondents (or 25.33%) and 74.67% of respondents were male respondents of the same age. This researchconcludes that the learning motivation of MPI UIN KHAS Jember students is influenced by the emotionalintelligence of their teachers. It is hoped that these findings can help determine policies that can support learningmotivation for the Islamic Education Management study program at UIN Khas Jember..Keywords : Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation

Abstract

Conflict management is an important skill in organizations and groups to maintain harmony and productivity. Conflict, defined as differences of opinion or clashes of interests between individuals or groups, can have negative impacts if not managed well, but can also be a source of innovation and development. This research aims to identify effective definitions, approaches and strategies in conflict management in order to provide practical guidance for organizations in handling conflict. The research method used is literature study with all information used coming from relevant articles and books. The research results show that an effective approach to conflict management includes integrating, obliging, dominating, avoiding and compromising approaches. These strategies, when implemented appropriately, can reduce tensions, strengthen communication, and build trust between the parties involved. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of selecting approaches and strategies that are adapted to the characteristics of conflict to produce constructive solutions, as well as the importance of developing conflict management skills for organizational members in order to achieve common goals
