Abstract

This study aims to explore how the handling of vandalism behavior can be done through the management of guidance and counseling services at SMAN 1 Yosowilangun Lumajang and some Malaysian schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, passive observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation. The results of the study indicate that preventive actions carried out by means of socialization and punishment in the form of replacing and repairing damaged facilities which are then recidivists, namely by conducting coaching with member of the Indonesian National Army in collaboration with Yonif 527 Lumajang. And also the results of research in Malaysian schools that the main factors that cause students to behave vandalism are the attitudes of the students themselves, as well as family background factors and peer influence. The role of parents, the role of schools, and the role of social media are steps that can be taken to overcome the problem of vandalism behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze how effective the sister application is in paying UKT for UIN KHAS Jember students. This research uses quantitative research methods and comparative causal research. Data collection was obtained from an online questionnaire, which was distributed to 30 students of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at UIN KHAS Jember. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling method. The results of data analysis show that the items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test shows that there are no problems of normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing through simple linear regression shows that the sister application has a significant and positive effect on UKT payments for UIN KHAS Jember students. Based on the results of this analysis, it was concluded that the sister application was effectively used for paying UKT for UIN KHAS Jember students.

Abstract

Educational asset management includes an inventory of facilities and infrastructure that play an important role in supporting the smooth teaching and learning process. This study aims to identify the actual condition of facilities and infrastructure at MTs. Negeri 2 Jember, evaluate their compliance with national education standards, and analyze the obstacles faced and solutions that can be applied in the inventory process. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through field observations, intensive interviews, and documentation analysis. The results showed that most of the facilities and infrastructure in MTs. Negeri 2 Jember are available, but there are still discrepancies in the aspects of eligibility and data collection. The main obstacles found are limited competent human resources, lack of technical training, and weak asset documentation system. This study recommends strengthening the digital-based inventory system and increasing the capacity of education personnel in managing school assets. The findings are expected to be the basis for policy-making and planning for more effective and efficient infrastructure management.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir dalam manajemen sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan merupakan investasi jangka panjang yang krusial bagi keberhasilan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas program pengembangan karir serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Melalui studi kasus pada MA Mamba’ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah Bangsalsari, ditemukan bahwa hasil penelitian, misal: program mentoring yang terstruktur, kesempatan pelatihan yang relevan, dan adanya jalur karier yang jelas sangat berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi, produktivitas, dan retensi tenaga kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk merancang program pengembangan karir yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengembangan karir yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di MA Mamba’ul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah Bangsalsari. Model yang diusulkan menggabungkan elemen-elemen dari berbagai teori pengembangan karir, seperti teori minat, teori sosial kognitif, dan teori karier-life span. Melalui proses validasi, model ini terbukti relevan dan dapat diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan di Indonesia. Implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program pengembangan karir dan memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the marketing communication strategy 5.0 played by public relations in increasing student numbers. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores in depth how the practice of marketing communication strategy 5.0 is used to market the madrasah in increasing student numbers. Data was collected through a series of semi-structured interviews with various stakeholders, including madrasah management staff, teachers, parents, and the learners themselves, while the researcher also used active participation observation, as well as primary documentation. Analysis of the data provided a deeper understanding of the public relations 5.0 marketing communication strategy in increasing student numbers. The results of this study indicate that in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember in its marketing using 4P, namely product, which is given in the form of product innovation in the form of diverse extracurricular and madrasah activities with market needs. Price, the price offered by the madrasah is also in accordance with the surrounding community and there is transparency between the community and the madrasah. Place, the strategic location of the madrassa which is located close to people's homes makes it easier for people to reach their children to study at the madrassa, and promotion, where the madrassa promotes using social media by creating interesting content in accordance with the times and existing trends.

Abstract

Character education based on local wisdom is becoming increasingly important in the context of multicultural societies. This article explores the integration of interfaith moderation values within local wisdom programs in cultural schools, focusing on efforts to create a harmonious and tolerant learning environment. The study was conducted at SMPN 2 Jember, recognized as a cultural school, using a qualitative approach that involved data collection through observations, interviews, and document studies. The findings indicate that the integration of interfaith moderation values into the local wisdom curriculum not only enhances students' awareness of the importance of tolerance but also strengthens local cultural identity. The program encompasses various activities, such as batik vest creation, culturally friendly canteens, and regional language days, which serve as media for instilling interfaith moderation values. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of a more values-based educational model and serve as a reference for other schools in implementing local wisdom as part of character education.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam dunia akademik, dosen yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional dan pelayanan yang baik siswa dapat Berikankontribusi positif pada tempat kerja. Seorang dosen harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara efektif sesuaidengan Tri Dhamma Perguruan Tinggi dengan tetap mengelola pekerjaan sehari-hari dalam rutinitasnya. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi model yang menjelaskan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dosenmempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI di UIN KHAS Jember. Variabel-variabel dalam model penelitianmempengaruhi kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar dosen. Sebanyak 75 responden mengisi kuesioner; darijumlah tersebut, 35 orang adalah responden perempuan (atau 25,33%) dan 74,67% responden adalah respondenlaki-laki dengan usia yang sama. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar mahasiswa MPI UIN KHASJember dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional pengajarnya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu menentukankebijakan yang dapat menopang motivasi belajar program studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Khas Jember.Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi BelajarAbstractIn the academic world, lecturers who have emotional intelligence and good service to students can make positivecontributions to the workplace. A lecturer must be able to carry out his duties effectively in accordance with theTri Dhamma of Higher Education while still managing daily work in his routine. The aim of this research is toevaluate a model that explains how lecturers' emotional intelligence influences the learning motivation of MPIstudents at UIN KHAS Jember. The variables in the research model influence lecturers' emotional intelligence andlearning motivation. A total of 75 respondents filled out the questionnaire; of this number, 35 people were femalerespondents (or 25.33%) and 74.67% of respondents were male respondents of the same age. This researchconcludes that the learning motivation of MPI UIN KHAS Jember students is influenced by the emotionalintelligence of their teachers. It is hoped that these findings can help determine policies that can support learningmotivation for the Islamic Education Management study program at UIN Khas Jember..Keywords : Influence of Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 kini menjadi situasi yang mempengaruhi segala bidang baik sosial, pendidikan, politik serta agama. Belakangan ini, situasi pandemi dimanfaatkan beberapa pihak untuk kepentingan tertentu terutama tentang penguatan radikalisme yang banyak digaungkan melalui dunia digital. Moderasi beragama penting diterapkan terutama dimasa pandemi karena masih ada kelompok- kelompok tertentu yang tidak mau diatur atau tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan alasan takdir tuhan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang pentingnya menjaga moderasi beragama di tengah pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan demi tercapainya moderasi beragama dan diterapkannya protokol kesehatan di era pandemi covid-19 berupa Webinar Nasional dengan tema “Menerapkan Moderasi Beragama Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19” melalui aplikasi Zoom Meeting bagi tokoh masyarakat dan umum serta kegiatan pendukung lainnya. Program kerja Kuliah Kerja Nyata Daerah Asal (KKN-DA) yang dilaksanakan terkait upaya pencegahan Covid-19 dan berbasis moderasi beragama sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik. Kata Kunci: Moderasi Beragama; Pengabdian Masyarakat; Pandemi Covid-19 The COVID-19 pandemic has now become a situation that affects all fields, including social, educational, political and religious. Lately, the pandemic situation has been used by several parties for certain purposes, especially about regarding the strengthening of radicalism which widely echoes through the digital world. Religious moderation is important, especially during the pandemic because there are still certain groups who do not want to be regulated or do not apply health protocols on the grounds of divine destiny. This study aims to describe the importance of maintaining religious moderation during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Activities carried out to make religious moderation and the implementation of health protocols in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in the form of a National Webinar (Web Seminar) with the theme "Implementing Religious Moderation Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic" through the Zoom Meeting application for community leaders and the public as well as other supporting activities. The work program for the student study service (KKN-DA) which was carried out related to efforts to prevent Covid-19 and was based on religious moderation had been carried out quite well. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SDN Tempurejo 01. Penelitian ini diambil dari mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, menganalisis proses perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang diterapkan serta menganalisis sistem perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang telah dibangun di SDN Tempurejo 01. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor,proses maupun sistem perencanaan sumber daya pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan tersebut secara signifikan mempengaruhi efektivitas perencanaan sumber daya manusia di sekolah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pihak sekolah dalam menyusun perencanaan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MA Mambaul Khoirotil Islamiyah Bangsalsari Jember because the institution actively collaborates with the business and industrial sectors to enhance the relevance of education to workforce needs. The study aims to describe the effectiveness of the public relations role in establishing cooperation with business and industrial partners at MA Mambaul Khoirotil Islamiyah Bangsalsari Jember. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. Informants were selected purposively, including the principal, public relations staff, teachers, and industry partners. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively to interpret field findings. The research findings show that the role of public relations at MA Mambaul Khoirotil Islamiyah Bangsalsari Jember is quite effective in building networks with DUDI, as evidenced by the increase in the number of partners from 1 to 3 and the implementation of several programs, such as internships, training, and guest lecturers, with a duration of 1–3 years. These data confirm that, despite the relatively simple public relations approach, the partnership remains productive and sustainable. This effectiveness is reflected in the increasing number of collaborations and the alignment between educational programs and industry needs.
