Abstract

Stunting is a very crucial global problem, influenced by socio-economic factors such as high poverty, high rates of early marriage, and low public knowledge. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness and knowledge about the importance of balanced nutrition and practical steps to prevent stunting. The community service method applied is socialization and training targeting mothers who have toddlers in Margosari Village. The results of the community service show that mothers can understand the urgency of providing food with balanced nutrition and maintaining health. In this community service, mothers can also make a menu of tempeh nuggets, potato cakes, and cream shop from corn. These menus are rich in protein that can support the growth and development of toddlers during their growth period. Mothers can also get used to serving varied and economical menus from vegetables in their respective gardens or yards.

Abstract

Abstrak Setiap warga negara Indonesia mempunyai hak mendasar untuk memiliki harta benda, termasuk urusan yang berkaitan dengan perumahan dan lingkungan yang sehat. Dalam bentuknya yang paling mendasar, hak kepemilikan bersama atas suatu kompleks bangunan merupakan hak eksklusif atas wilayah privat hingga ruang publik. Jenis kepemilikan ini paling sering disebut sebagai konsep strata title. Pengertian strata title menggabungkan kepemilikan perseorangan dan kepemilikan bersama, namun tidak umum digunakan dalam kepemilikan tanah atau hunian pada kompleks perumahan horizontal. Strata title juga dapat ditemukan di kondominium. baik di masyarakat perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Metode hukum yuridis normatif, baik pendekatan kasus, pendekatan undang-undang, dan pendekatan konseptual, semuanya digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan, pembangunan rumah susun di atas tanah Hak Guna Bangunan berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan akses terhadap sumber daya ekonomi dan menurunkan angka sengketa pertanahan. Kata Kunci: Hak Kepemilikan Tanah; Satuan Rumah Susun; Perjanjian Abstract Every Indonesian citizen has the fundamental right to own property, including matters related to housing and a healthy environment. General rights of joint ownership of a building complex essentially consist of exclusive rights over private space to public space or what is commonly known as the concept of strata title. The concept of strata title combines joint and individual ownership, but does not include ownership of land or houses in horizontal housing complexes. both in urban and rural communities. This investigation uses normative juridical legal procedures, including methods based on opprach statutes, opprach cases, and conceptual approaches. Based on these findings, the construction of flats on Building Use Rights land has the potential to improve community welfare by increasing access to economic resources and reducing the risk of survival.
