Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that ratified the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The consequence that must be considered is that Indonesia is obliged to solve all problems and resolve gender issues and guarantee gender and guarantee children's rights, one of which is getting the right to education. Gender equality is an agenda that cannot be ruled out in education. Both in the learning process and learning as well as being the purpose of learning. Gender based education, gender sensitive education, gender responsive education or gender mainstreaming in the field of education continues to be launched. Then, promoting gender equality to students is something that should be implemented since elementary school. Promoting gender equality not only through genderbased education by inserting values and characters in students, but also can integrate into material, models, and learning strategies. Citizenship Education is a subject that is sufficiently collected in the achievement of gender equality. This is so because in citizenship education is material that intersects with genders such as human rights, democratic education, and multicultural education. If gender perspective has been introduced early in the elementary school stage by adjusting cognitive and affective development, then it is not impossible that gender equality can be realized as one of the commitments from Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Abstract

AbstractSDN Duri Kepa 17 Pagi and SDN Jelambar 01 Pagi have problems over pedagogic competency values that focus on the ability to understand the characteristics of the students. This is due to the absence of pedagogic pedagogy development programs for teachers after graduating from lectures and the challenges and developments of the era that influenced learning styles and educational interactions. So the solution offered is the accompaniment of Pedagogic Literacy Movement for the characteristics of learners. Method of implementation of socialization, training, self-evaluation, reflective pedagogical paradigm, exploration, simulation, documentation, discussion of friendship, mapping and practice. Objectives Outcome targets: (a) Training and advisory services of knowledge up to the formation of pedagogic competence, (b) Products: Modules, Worksheets, PPR matrices, Journal of Friendship, Matrix Johari Window and TSM, (c) HaKI, (d) Journal of Abdimas Esa Unggul University and additional procedural of SNIPMD, (e) Publication on Esa Superior University repository. The result obtained is an increase in pedagogic literacy. The conclusion is that there are improvements: (a) School paradigm as a learning organization, (b) pedagogic theory knowledge, (c) variation of teaching approach, (d) variation of teaching style, (e) communication model, (f). Ability to identify the characteristics of students, (g) attitude of entry behavior. Keywords: school literacy movement, pedagogic literacy movement, quality of learning Abstrak SDN Duri Kepa 17 Pagi dan SDN Jelambar 01 Pagi memiliki permasalahan atas nilai-nilai kompetensi pedagogik yang berfokus pada kemampuan memahami karakteristik anak didik. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak terdapatnya program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik bagi guru setelah lulus dari perkuliahan dan berbagai tantangan dan perkembangan era yang berpengaruh pada gaya belajar dan interaksi edukatif. Maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pendampingan Gerakan Literasi Pedagogik untuk karakteristik peserta didik. Metode pelaksanaan sosialisasi, pelatihan, evaluasi diri, paradigma pedagogik reflektif, eksplorasi, simulasi, dokumentasi, diskusi pertemanan, pemetaan dan praktek. Tujuan Target luaran: (a) Jasa pelatihan dan pendampingan pengetahuan hingga kepada terbentuknya kompetensi pedagogik, (b) Produk : Modul, Lembar kerja, matriks PPR, Jurnal Pertemanan, Matrikx Johari Window dan TSM, (c) HaKI, (d) Publikasi pada Jurnal Abdimas Universitas Esa Unggul dan tambahan proceding SNIPMD, (e) Publikasi pada repository Universitas Esa Unggul. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah peningkatan literasi pedagogik. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapatnya peningkatan: (a) Paradigma sekolah sebagai organisasi pembelajaran, (b) pengetahuan teori pedagogik, (c) variasi pendekatan mengajar, (d) variasi gaya mengajar, (e) model komunikasi, (f). Abstract

The negative impact felt during the pandemic experienced by lecturers in online learning  as it is today  is the difficulty in giving a humanist touch to students, one of which is  ethics education with the name character education. Character education is an essential thing to be instilled in students and students. When online learning is like today, it is responsibility and honesty that are important to keep in check. But in fact, the character of commitment and honesty is ignored by students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of responsibility and honesty on learning outcomes in Natural Sciences. This research is quantitative research using the survey method. The subjects involved in this study were 170 students. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collected data was then analyzed by several tests, namely data description analysis test, regression test, normality test, correlation test, determination test, t-test, and F test. The results showed that F-count = 9.780 > F-table = 3.05 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between responsibility and honesty simultaneously on science learning outcomes. Based on these findings, teachers should pay attention to the character of responsibility and honesty and continue to develop these characters in students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain empirical information about the implementation of Minangkabau inheritance law towards Minang settled foreigner in Minang Family Association (IKM) Depok City. This study uses quantitative methods and extension of existing data, interviews, and documentation. Based on research results show the community of settled foreigner in IKM Depok city over low treasures or livelihoods vary in the practice of inheritance law. The heirs in Minangkabau inheritance law in the livelihoods of this study are four groups. First, the heirs who use Islamic law, which women get half of men. Secondly, the heirs are equally distributed inheritance rights of each child. Third, women get more than men. Fourth, heirs for women only, so all the livelihood of parents is delegated only for women. So it can be concluded that the implementation of Minangkabau inheritance law in Minang settled foreigner in IKM Depok City vary. This difference occurs because the background of the pattern of life and mindset within each family. Patterns of life and mindset that make a person or family apply inheritance law according to customary law, religious law, or positive law. Keywords: inheritance law, Minangkabau inheritance law, Minang settled foreigner ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi empiris mengenai implementasi hukum waris Minangkabu pada Minang perantau di Ikatan Keluarga Minang (IKM) Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan masyarakat Minang perantau di IKM Kota Depok pada harta pusaka rendah atau mata pencaharian berbeda-beda dalam melaksanakan hukum waris. Ahli waris dalam hukum waris Minangkabau pada mata pencaharian dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat kelompok. Pertama, ahli waris yang menggunakan hukum Islam, yakni perempuan mendapatkan setengah dari laki-laki. Kedua, ahli waris dibagi sama rata hak warisnya setiap anak. Ketiga, anak perempuan mendapatkan lebih banyak daripada anak laki-laki. Keempat, ahli waris hanya pada anak perempuan saja, jadi seluruh harta pencaharian orang tuanya dilimpahkan ke anak perempuan saja. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa imlementasi hukum waris Minangkabau pada Minang perantau di IKM Kota Depok berbedabeda. Perbedaan ini terjadi karena latar belakang dari pola hidup dan pola pikir di dalam setiap keluarga. Pola hidup dan pola pikir yang membuat seseorang atau keluarga menerapkan hukum waris sesuai dengan hukum adat, hukum agama, atau hukum positif. Abstract

This study reviewss (1) Influence of learning materials for civics on the civic responsibility of student, (2) Influence of learning methods for civics on the civic responsibility of the student, (3) Influence of instructional media for civics on the civic responsibility of the student.The research uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Data collection using the study questionnaire. The population in this study is the Jakarta State University student who contracted general courses in the second semester Citizenship Education (102) in 2015. The results showed that (1) Learning materials Civics significant influence on civic responsibility in students with t count 6,502 > t table 1.971. (2) Methods of teaching Civics significant influence on civic responsibility in students with t count 7.290 > t table 1.971. (3) Media Learning Civics significant influence on civic responsibility in students with t count 3.737 > t table 1.971.

Abstract

Cerpen-cerpen anak memiliki pola khusus yang berbeda dari cerpen-cerpen orang dewasa pada umumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pola cerita dalam cerpen-cerpen anak Indonesia dan relevansinya pada pembelajaran sastra di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik analisis isi yang ditopang oleh teori naratologi. Objek penelitian berupa dua antologi cerpen berjudul Misteri Kucing dalam Lukisan dan Pasukan Jumat Berbagi dengan total 20 judul cerita. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pola cerita dalam cerpen-cerpen anak Indonesia memiliki sekuen lengkap, cenderung berpola kronologis, pencirian tokoh utama didominasi oleh penyebutan nama tokoh dan pendeskripsian secara tidak langsung, serta narator dihadirkan secara ekstradiagesis dan intradiagesis dengan menunjukkan sikap kedekatan terhadap tokoh-tokoh utamanya. Relevansi penelitian ini dalam pembelajaran sastra di SD adalah sebagai sumber belajar siswa untuk meningkatkan minat baca. Selain itu, pemahaman terhadap pola cerita dalam cerpen-cerpen anak akan membantu guru untuk memahami karakteristik peserta didiknya.

Abstract

Mitra pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dipilih adalah SD Exiss ABATA di Kelurahan Srengseng. Pemilihan lokasi ini berdasarkan pertimbangan keberadaan sekolah berdekatan dengan kampus Universitas Esa Unggul, yang sama-sama masih dalam  wilayah Kota Jakarta Barat. Sebagai sekolah dasar unggul yang fokus kepada pembentukan manusia seutuhnya yang seimbang antara pola pikir, sikap mental dan pola tindak  sesuai dengan konsep pendidikan Islam berlandaskan Al-Qur’an dan hadits, perlu dibekali juga dengan kemampuan wirausaha. Tujuan untuk menanamkan motivasi dan membangun jiwa wirausaha sejak dini, agar dikemudian hari dapat membangun usaha dan menjadi pengusaha syariah Islami yang sukses pada bidangnya. Metode  pengabdian, menerapkan metode pelayanan kepada masyarakat berupa transfer pembelajaran dan kolaborasi. Pembelajaran motivasi usaha terintegrasi dengan mata palajaran, dan kolaborasi dengan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah dilaksanakan pembelajaran   transformasi pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan keterampilan hidup (life skill) kepada anak-anak didik. Pembelajarannya dilakukan  secara berkolaborasi antara tim dosen abdimas dan guru kelas. Ada faktor yang menguntungkan, dimana salah seorang anggota dari tim dosen abdimas adalah sebagai guru SD di lokasi. Pembahasan hasil terkait substansi sejalan dengan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 24 Tahun 1995 tentang Gerakan Nasional Memasyarakat Membudayakan Kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat terintegrasi dalam semua mata pelajaran, muatan lokal, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pengembangan diri, kultur sekolah atau aturan-aturan yang dibuat oleh sekolah. Kata kunci : menanamkan motivasi, jiwa wirausaha, anak-anak sekolah dasar

Abstract

This research aims to describe the position of gender studies in the curriculum of civic education study programs in universities. This research was conducted at several universities that have civic education study programs. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, while the data analysis technique used triangulation to obtain data validity. The results of the research found three things. First, the four universities that were the objects of this research developed curricula according to the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Second, there are explicitly no courses related to gender studies in the civic education curriculum at these universities. However, several lecturers try to bring gender issues into the learning process as a study case. Third, there are many challenges in integrating gender studies into the citizenship education curriculum, one of which is the expertise of civic education lecturers who cannot teach about gender. To overcome the challenges of integrating gender studies into the civic education curriculum, it is crucial to advocate for including gender studies to ensure comprehensive coverage of gender issues. This advocacy is a call to action for all involved in civic education. As well, developing strategies to integrate gender issues into existing courses through case studies, discussions, and projects can enrich the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the code mixing of student slang at universities in Indonesian language courses, especially Esa Unggul University. This type of qualitative research and descriptive method of analysis. The process of collecting basic and advanced technical data is insertion, intrusion, or insertion techniques. The data before being analyzed is verified first, then analyzed. Validation is done by triangulation technique through internal and external validation. The results found that many students use mixed language, especially writing. It is better for lecturers to give warnings both directly in class, and in writing through scientific writing, and provide intensive counseling so that the younger generation does not lose their national identity. Abstract

Abstract. Siri marriage is a marriage that is legally religious but not valid according to the rules of state law. The government has made a regulation in the form of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 for the sake of creating order in the life of society and the state. However, what happens in the field, the problem of serial marriage still often occurs in society and is even considered to have become a common thing to do. As happened in Pondoksalam District, hundreds of couples have performed serial marriages, so the formulation of the problem in this study is how the practice of serial marriage occurs in Pondoksalam District; and How are the efforts of the KUA of Pondoksalam District in minimizing the high number of serial marriages. The purpose of this study is to answer the formulation of the problem. In conducting this research, the author uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach associated with Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and PMA No. 34 of 2016 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of KUA. The primary data source in this study is data from interviews with the head of KUA Pondoksalam District, Judge of the Purwakarta Religious Court and several communities of serial marriage perpetrators in Pondokalam District and the Law on Marriage Registration. The secondary sources of data are books and journals related to the research. The results of this study show that there are still many couples who carry out nikah siri due to several factors; Economic factors, spouse factors do not meet the administrative requirements and underage marriage. KUA has made efforts to minimize the occurrence of serial marriage by conducting counseling, socialization and guidance to the community regarding the urgency of marriage registration and marriage procedures in accordance with applicable laws. (max. 250 words). Abstrak. Abstrak. Pernikahan siri merupakan pernikahan yang sah secara agama tetapi tidak sah secara aturan hukum negara. Pemerintah telah membuat aturan dalam bentuk Undang-Undang Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1974 demi terciptanya ketertiban dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Namun yang terjadi di lapangan, problematika pernikahan siri masih sering terjadi di masyarakat dan bahkan dianggap sudah menjadi hal biasa untuk dilakukan. Seperti yang terjadi di Kecamatan Pondoksalam, ratusan pasangan telah melakukan nikah siri., sehingga rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana praktik pernikahan siri yang terjadi di Kecamatan Pondoksalam; dan Bagaimana upaya KUA Kecamatan Pondoksalam dalam meminimalisir tingginya pernikahan siri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang dikaitkan dengan UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan dan PMA No. 34 Tahun 2016 Tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja KUA. Sumber data primer pada penelitian ini adalah data hasil wawancara dengan kepala KUA Kecamatan Pondoksalam, Hakim Pengadilan Agama Purwakarta dan beberapa masyarakat pelaku pernikahan siri di Kecamatan Pondokalam dan Undang-Undang Tentang Pencatatan Nikah. Sumber data sekundernya adalah buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal terkait dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan masih banyak pasangan yang melaksanakan nikah siri diakibatkan beberapa faktor; Faktor ekonomi, faktor pasangan tidak memenuhi persyaratan administratif dan pernikahan di bawah umur. KUA telah berupaya dalam meminimalisir terjadinya nikah siri dengan melakukan penyuluhan, sosialisasi dan bimbingan kepada masyarakat terkait urgensi pencatatan pernikahan dan prosedur pernikahan yang sesuai dengan undang-undang yang berlaku.
