Abstract

Profitable business predictions are used to help chicken breeder in anticipating profit earned in the next harvest. The existence of a profitable prediction, enables breeder to predict when the next harvest is experiencing little profit or harvest failures. In addition, to be the breeder still has risky capital and bankruptcy. In this research, the author compare two methods accordingly in this case, there are triple exponential smoothing method and monte carlo method. The data used in the calculation of news data is profitable on the previous harvest. To find the value of two methods are match, the author's use mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) to learn the percentage of the value of the error. Based on the value of MAPE, triple exponential smoothing method have value of 12.10% with α value = 0.3 and monte carlo method have value of 40.58%. Meanwhile with the anticipated value of profit testing for the next 2 harvest grab the difference up to Rp. 19,935,410.

Abstract

Manpower needs of the company will be reliable and quality from year to year is always increasing. Where the requirements in the workforce is not only in the field of academic, non-academic ability also is of no less importance after the alumni entering the workforce. Therefore, STT-PLN is required to produce a qualified workforce and have high competitiveness in their field. In order to obtain maximum results is then, in need of harmony between education and field of work of the graduates as well as the necessary harmony between the academic ladder STT-PLN graduates with non-academic level is the main requirement in obtaining employment. To obtain this information then dibutukan further research on the level of competence of alumni with the working world markets. This research will use Fuzzy Clustering Means clustering method (FCM) to obtain information about the competencies needed in the world of work. The number of clusters formed is as much as three clusters in which, of the three clusters that have been produced will find the best cluster. The best member of the cluster will be a priority competencies that will be applied in the field of learning in STT-PLN. From the calculation of the index XB it can be concluded that the cluster 3 is the best cluster. Where members of the cluster 3 may be a priority concern for decision makers in determining policy on the application of learning methods to the lecturer / lecturer / educator in applying methods of learning to the learning process of students not only gain competency in the academic field but also in the field non-academic indirectly. Because based on survey results that competency is a point which is not less important in addition to competency in the academic field.

Abstract

Aplikasi pengajuan pasang baru dan tambah daya listrik dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi dan perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin cepat, baik dari sisi perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Permasalahan yang yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya data dan berkas pelanggan yang tidak sesuai ketika melakukan pendaftaran online saat proses pasang baru dan tambah daya listrik yang menyebabkan adanya daftar tunggu yang dapat menghambat proses bisnis yang ada di PT PLN (Persero) Area Cengkareng. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dirancang untuk membantu dalam memberikan rekomendasi pelanggan prioritas penanganan pasang baru dan tambah daya di PT PLN (Persero) Area Cengkareng dan dapat membantu memudahkan pelanggan dalam memperoleh pemberitahuan permohonan pengajuan pasang baru atau tambah daya yang telah diajukan. Metode yang digunakan untuk membantu dalam menentukan rekomendasi pelanggan prioritas penanganan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP). MFEP bekerja dengan mengambil keputusan multi faktor dimana proses pemilihan alternatif terbaiknya menggunakan weighting system, dengan pengolahan data kuantitatif. Sehingga nilai total hasil evaluasi rekomendasi pelanggan yang menjadi prioritas penanganan pada penelitian ini adalah adalah 0.845.
