Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to describe the management of library services through mobile libraries at MTsN 10 Jember as strengthening students’ interest in reading, describing the management of madrasa libraries through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating processes. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection instruments in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were students of MTsN 10 Jember, librarians from the Jember Archives and Library Service. The research results show that Madrasah Library Service Management is something that motivates students to write works entitled Love Poems for My Prophet and Longing for Family Heaven. Apart from the madrasa library, there are other benefits gained from using the mobile library, namely increasing students’ knowledge, insight and abilities, teachers taking an active role in accompanying students, teachers are happy to see students enthusiastic about reading.

Abstract

The rotating wheel is a circle that can be rotated and divided into several sectors/parts inwhichtherearequestioncards.Oneinterestingwaytoimprovemasteryofmufrodatandto make it easier for students to remember mufrodat is to use a rotating wheel, which isexpectedtobeabletoimprovestudents'abilities,especiallyinincreasingstudents'vocabulary. The main aim of learning Arabic mufradat is to introduce new vocabulary tostudents either through, train students to be able to pronounce the vocabulary properly andcorrectly, understand the meaning of vocabulary, both denotatively or lexically and whenused in the context of certain sentences. Mastery of mufradat is a person's understandingand ability to use or master mufradat in communication. The method used in this researchis a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques use expert theoriestaken from some books and scientific journals. Actions used in this research is rotatingwheelmedia.Roda putar berbentuk lingkaran yang dapat diputar dan dibagi menjadi beberapasektor/bagian yang didalamnya terdapat kartu soal. Salah satu cara yang menarik untukmeningkatkanpenguasaanmufrodatdanuntukmemudahkansiswadalammengingatmufrodat adalah dengan menggunakan media roda putar, yang diharapkan mampu untukmeningkatkankemampuansiswakhususnyadalammeningkatkankosakatasiswa.Tujuanutama pembelajaran mufradat bahasa Arab adalah memperkenalkan kosakata baru kepadasiswa baik, memahami makna kosakata, baik secara denotatif maupun leksikal dan biladigunakan dalam konteks kalimat tertentu. Penguasaan mufradat adalah pemahaman dankemampuanseseorangdalammenggunakanataumenguasaimufradatdalamberkomunikasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi eksplorasiilustratif subjektif. Strategi pengumpulan informasi memanfaatkan spekulasi utama yangdiambil dari beberapa buku dan catatan harian logis. Kegiatan yang digunakan dalameksplorasiiniadalahmedia roda berputar.

Abstract

In today's world, the education sector must be treated and managed professionally because competition is increasingly fierce. Educational institutions will be abandoned by consumers or society if they are managed carelessly. With increasingly tight competition, every madrasah inevitably has to strive for effective management in order to provide the best service. A quality madrasah in the eyes of the community will have a positive impact onthe institution itself. This requires a strategy to bedeveloped to achieve educationalgoalsat a certain level. Theaim of this research is to explain the strategies used, namely internal and external strategies at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 10 Jember to increase the number of students. This research is research using qualitative methods. This qualitative research method was chosen because the researcher intended to describe and analyze certain phenomena in depth and detail. Data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on strategies carried out at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 10 Jember by implementing two strategies, namelyfirst,aninternalstrategywiththreesteps,1)Improvingthequalityofstudents,2)Collaborationbetween teaching staff and school principals, 3) Improving madrasa facilities and infrastructure . Second, external strategies include, 1) Utilizing social media, 2) Making banners and brochures, 3) Socializing with government agencies.Di zaman sekarang ini, Pentingnya mengelola bidang pendidikan secara profesional semakin meningkat karena persaingan yang semakin ketat. Jika lembaga pendidikan tidak dikelola dengan baik, konsumen atau masyarakat mungkin akan meninggalkannya. Oleh karena itu, dengan persaingan yang semakin ketat, setiap madrasah harus berusaha menerapkan manajemen yang efektif agar dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik. Madrasah yangberkualitas di mata masyarakat akan memberikan dampak positif bagi lembaga itu sendiri. Diperlukan penyusunan strategiuntukmencapaitujuanpendidikanpadatingkattertentu.Tujuandaripenelitianiniadalahuntukmenjelaskan strategi yang digunakan, yakni strategi internal dan eksternal di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 10 Jember untuk meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dipilih karena peneliti bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis fenomena tertentu secara mendalam dan terperinci. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengenai strategi yang diterapkan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 10 Jember meliputi dua strategi utama. Pertama, strategi internal dengan tiga langkah, yaitu 1) Meningkatkan mutu peserta didik, 2) Kerja sama antar tenaga pendidik dan kepala sekolah, 3) Memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana madrasah. Kedua, strategi eksternal meliputi, 1) Memanfaatkan media sosial, 2) Pembuatan banner dan brosur, 3) Sosialisasi dengan instansi pemerintah.
