Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation and reflection of the use of PowerPoint-based interactive games in increasing motivation to learn literacy and numeracy in early childhood. Through observation methods carried out on children, documentation, and literature studies, various related literature and research were analyzed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of this approach. The research results show that PowerPoint-based interactive games are able to create an interesting, participatory and child-centered learning atmosphere. Children aged 5-6 years can more easily understand literacy concepts, such as recognizing letters and words, as well as numeracy, such as simple addition, through visual and interactive elements in games. In addition to improving cognitive skills, this approach also has a positive impact on the development of social skills, such as cooperation and communication. However, successful implementation depends on teacher competence in designing technology-based educational content and support from parents. Challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and lack of teacher training need to be addressed through training and providing adequate facilities. In conclusion, PowerPoint-based interactive games have great potential as innovative learning media to support early childhood development, as long as they are supported by collaboration between schools, teachers and parents.

Abstract

Implementation of multicultural education in PAUD units has an important role in instilling the values ​​of diversity, tolerance and respect for differences from an early age. Multicultural education aims to form an early generation capable of living side by side in harmony. This research aims to provide an understanding for educators about how to implement multicultural education in PAUD units to increase effectiveness in an exciting learning process. Researchers used a qualitative approach with literature studies adapted to the topic of discussion. This research provides practical recommendations for educators to create an inclusive learning environment that supports the realization of multicultural education from an early age. Abstract

Pengembangan perilaku prososial anak usia dini merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk kemampuan sosial anak sejak masa keemasan. Namun, hasil observasi awal di beberapa Taman Kanak-kanak menunjukkan bahwa perilaku prososial anak, seperti empati, kerja sama, berbagi, dan kepedulian terhadap teman, belum berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran digitalisasi warisan budaya melalui media video animasi permainan tradisional dalam menumbuhkan sikap prososial anak di Taman Kanak-kanak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi 10 orang anak  kelompok B dan 3 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan video animasi permainan tradisional mampu menarik perhatian anak, meningkatkan keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran, serta menstimulasi munculnya perilaku prososial seperti empati, kerja sama, berbagi, dan tolong-menolong. Media ini juga dinilai guru sebagai sarana yang efektif untuk mengintegrasikan nilai budaya lokal dengan pembelajaran yang sesuai perkembangan anak usia dini.
