Abstract

Abstract Learning methods are one of the keys to the success of a learning process. Learning methods must also be adapted to the child's needs and conditions. A good learning method is a learning method that makes the child the center of learning while the teacher only becomes a facilitator. One child-centered learning method is the project-based learning method. The project-based learning method is a learning method that uses projects or activities as media. Students will be required to be more active and learning will feel very enjoyable with the projects or activities carried out. This research uses a project-based learning method to reduce angry emotions in children aged 4-5 years in RA. Fatma Ds. Pugeran District. Gondang District. Mojokerto. The aim of the research will be to examine: 1) The causes of anger tantrum behavior in children with the initial "A" shown in RA. Fatma Ds. Pugeran District. Gondang District. Mojokerto. 2) The application of project-based learning is implemented in RA. Fatma Ds. Pugeran District. Gondang District. Mojokerto. This research is a type of qualitative research where the results of data collection and data analysis show that project-based learning methods can be used to reduce angry emotions in children aged 4-5 years in RA. Apart from that, Fatma is also expected to foster enthusiasm for learning in class. Keywords: Project Based Learning Method, Anger Tantrum.

Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengembangkan imajinasi untuk menemukan suatu hal yang menakjubkan yang belum terfikirkan sebelumnya, namun tidak harus dari hal baru, ada juga yang berasal dari ide lama namun di kembangkan lagi sehingga menciptakan hal yang baru, pada kreativitas anak perlu dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan sejak dini, hal ini di dorong dengan pemberian metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas anak. Maka dari itu peneliti menggunakan metode proyek untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak melalui kegiatan ecoprint. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh efektivitas metode proyek melalui kegiatan ecoprint untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak di kelompok B RA Putra Harapan Gondang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif metode eksperimen dengan jenis one group pre-test post-test pada kelas yang sengaja dijadikan sampel. Kemudian untuk mengetahui ke efektivannya dengan menggunakan uji T. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pemberian metode proyek melalui kegiatan ecoprint memberikan pengaruh efektivitas pada peningkatan kreativitas anak di kelompok B di RA Putra Harapan Gondang.

Abstract

Religious culture management is crucial, especially in the world of education. Where management based on religious culture, which essentially guides, directs, and shows the path that is pleasing to Allah SWT, has an important role in improving teacher professionalism. This study aims to find out; 1) How performance management based on religious culture improves teacher professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ihsan Sarang Burung Muaro Jambi, 2) What are the roles of performance management based on religious culture in improving teacher professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ihsan Sarang Burung Muaro Jambi, 3) What are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of performance management based on religious culture in improving teacher professionalism at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Ihsan Sarang Burung Muaro Jambi. Using qualitative research methods, data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher found that; 1) Performance management based on religious culture is the Application of Integration of Religious Values, habituation, and Spiritual Guidance, Teacher Competency Development, evaluation, and Appreciation, 2) Inhibiting factors for the head of the madrasah are Limited Human Resources, Limited Activity Time, Differences of Opinion in Decision Making. The supporting factors are; Headmaster's Commitment, Competency Development. 3) While the efforts made by the head of the madrasah include; Developing Spiritual Guidance Programs, Improving the Quality of Worship, Developing an Islamic School Environment.
