Abstract

Teachers of Entrepreneurship Education (PKWU) at SMK Maarif NU Kajen play a vital role in nurturing student creativity and driving the development of innovative products. This qualitative descriptive study explores how PKWU teachers support students in cultivating creativity and producing innovative work. The research identifies three principal roles of teachers: facilitators who use project-based learning and business simulations; mentors who provide academic guidance and emotional encouragement to boost confidence and resilience; and evaluators who assess students’ theoretical knowledge, attitudes, and innovative product outcomes. Key challenges include low student motivation, imbalance between theoretical instruction and practical activities, and insufficient development of soft skills. To overcome these issues, teachers implement strategies such as Project-Based Learning (PBL), integrate digital technologies, and offer continuous mentoring. The findings conclude that successful entrepreneurship education depends largely on teachers’ ability to effectively blend theory with practice, foster a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment, and develop students’ entrepreneurial mindset. This prepares students to become independent, creative, and competitive in the workforce.

Abstract

Zakat profesi merupakan salah satu isu fikih kontemporer yang muncul seiring dengan perubahan struktur ekonomi masyarakat Muslim modern, di mana sumber penghasilan tidak lagi didominasi oleh sektor pertanian dan perdagangan, melainkan oleh profesi dengan sistem gaji dan honorarium. Perubahan ini memunculkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama mengenai status hukum, metode perhitungan, serta waktu pembayaran zakat profesi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis pro dan kontra zakat profesi dengan menelusuri dasar normatif, argumentasi fikih, dan pendekatan metodologis yang digunakan oleh masing-masing pandangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitik, melalui penelaahan terhadap Al-Qur’an, hadis, karya-karya fikih klasik dan kontemporer, serta fatwa lembaga keagamaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan pandangan mengenai zakat profesi berakar pada perbedaan dalam memahami karakter zakat sebagai ibadah tauqifi, penerapan syarat nisab dan haul, serta penggunaan pendekatan maqashid al-syariah. Kelompok penentang menekankan keteguhan pada batasan nash, sedangkan kelompok pendukung menekankan aspek keadilan sosial dan relevansi kontekstual. Implikasi dari kajian ini menegaskan bahwa zakat profesi merupakan persoalan ijtihadiyah yang terbuka, sehingga penerapannya memerlukan sikap proporsional, dialogis, dan kontekstual agar zakat tetap berfungsi sebagai instrumen keadilan sosial dalam masyarakat Muslim modern.

Abstract

The ongoing ecological crisis in the modern era demands a serious response from the world of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Generation Z, who lives within a digital culture, faces a dual challenge : an abundance of environmental information on one hand, yet weakened ecological sensitivity on the other. This article aims to examine the concept of ecotheology-based PAI learning, the challenges of its implementation, its effectiveness in building ecological ethics for Generation Z, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for its optimization. The study employs a library research approach with a descriptive-qualitative analysis method applied to various relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that ecotheology-based PAI learning integrating ecological tawhid, khalifah fil ardh, amanah, and mizan is more effective in developing students' spiritual-ecological consciousness compared to conventional approaches. Contextual, project-based, and digital media-assisted learning models have proven effective in enhancing Generation Z's ecological understanding, attitudes, and actions. However, several obstacles persist, such as the dominance of lecture-based teaching methods, limited ecotheological competence among teachers, and insufficient supporting facilities. This article affirms that reconstructing PAI learning toward transformative ecological praxis is a strategic step in addressing the environmental crisis and shaping a generation that is both religiously grounded and committed to the sustainability of the earth.

Abstract

Psychological anxiety among Generation Z has become a growing concern in educational settings due to increasing academic demands, social pressures, and the challenges of modern life. This study aimed to examine the dynamics of psychological anxiety experienced by Generation Z students at SMA Negeri 1 Sragi, formulate the concept of integrating rahmah values into humanistic counseling as an intervention approach, describe its implementation in school counseling services, and analyze its implications for addressing students’ psychological anxiety. This research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving students and guidance and counseling teachers. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that academic anxiety was the most dominant form of anxiety experienced by students, particularly related to academic achievement, examination results, and expectations for higher education. Other contributing factors included limited supportive communication within families, social comparison with peers, and stigma toward counseling services. The integration of rahmah values into humanistic counseling was conceptualized through four core dimensions: empathy, unconditional positive regard, self-awareness development (muhasabah), and compassion-based emotional support. The implementation of these values was reflected in counseling relationships characterized by empathy, acceptance, confidentiality, and respect for students’ dignity. Students reported feeling more comfortable, understood, and accepted during counseling sessions, which encouraged greater self-disclosure and trust in counselors. Furthermore, the integration of rahmah values contributed positively to students’ ability to manage anxiety, enhance self-confidence, and develop adaptive coping strategies. The study concludes that integrating rahmah values into humanistic counseling represents an effective and holistic approach to promoting the mental health and psychological well-being of Generation Z students in school environments.
