Abstract

This article with a literature study aims to describe the implementation of marriage guidance programs, as a pre-marital program which is expected to be a systematic way to realize national family resilience. Marriage is one of the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad which is carried out as an effort to fulfill human biological needs to live together, love each other, love each other and love each other and contains a vertical dimension. The results of the discussion show that the realization of family resilience must start from the process of forming a family through legal marriage, according to religious values. The family is the main foundation in building a system and social order as the basis for national resilience. Marriage guidance is a form of revitalization to strengthen the formation of marriage institutions which is a concrete effort that is expected to be able to realize the formation of many sakinah families in Indonesia. The marriage guidance program is a form of state responsibility to be able to realize national family resilience.

Abstract

Discourse on Malay is still evolving. Among the discourse is about the identity of the nation-state known as the Malay race. Various scientific approaches have been used in the search for common ground in this discourse, one of which is arkeo-anthropological approach. Arkeo-anthropological approach in view of the Malay cultural identity remains focused on human material Malays, particularly referring to the reality of the human origins of Malay as the owner of Malay culture. In this case then, arkeo-anthropological approach directs the discourse about Malay in search of human traces and remains of the ancient Malay culture. This paper uses arkeo-anthropological approach of looking at the human who the owner of the Malay culture.

Abstract

Abstract This article is intended to describe the discourse related to the historical position that can be approached with a natural science approach and a social science approach. The natural science approach in the form of positivism philosophy influences the position of history as a science. Even so, the philosophical approach of idealism that is close to social science also has an influence on the historical position. This article uses a qualitative descriptive method with the library study method. From the results of the review, it is known that the positivism paradigm in historical studies makes history a science with an empirical-quantitative approach and makes humans and historical sources part of nature (inanimate objects). On the other hand, the idealism paradigm in historical studies makes history a unique unit. Keywords: Paradigm, Philosophy, Positivism, Idealism, History

Abstract

This community service article discusses the study of the Risalatul Mahid book in implementing religious education in Madrasah Diniyah NU, Sidorejo Village, Pekalongan Regency. The discussion focused on the method and its application in learning, as well as assessment techniques after the implementation of learning. This service activity aims to strengthen the understanding of students/students regarding reproductive health, with the background that there are still people, especially teenage women who do not have a good understanding of their reproductive health. The learning method is carried out by providing material accompanied by discussions both online and offline, especially targeting female students at Madrasah Diniyah NU, Sidorejo Village. From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that in learning the Risalatul Mahid book, it is delivered according to the discussion chapter that will be taught and in its implementation it is responded well which can be seen from the increased understanding of participants related to reproductive health aspects.

Abstract

Negara Republik Indonesia diidealkan dan dicita-citakan oleh para pendiri (founding fathers) sebagai suatu negara yang berdasarkan atas hukum. Dalam Pasal 1 ayat(3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia ditegaskan bahwa Indonesia adalahnegara hukum. Berdasarkan ungkapan tersebut sudah sepantasnya dan wajar jika setiap warga negara Republik Indonesia harus memiliki kesadaran hukum yang tinggi. Kesadaranhukum adalah kesadaran seseorang atau sekelompok masyarakat pada peraturan-peraturan atau hukum yang berlaku dengan tanpa tekanan, paksaan maupun perintah dari pihak luar untuk tunduk dan taat pada hukum yang berlaku. Dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat, strategi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan tindakan (action) dan pendidikan (education). Dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat Kelurahan Bligo, program pemberianedukasi (pendidikan) hukum dan penyuluhan hukum dianggap memiliki peran yang sangat efektif dan strategis karena dinilai dapat menambah sekaligus menciptakan kesadaran hukum di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

The popularity of the qualitative approach has recently increased. Especially in the social sciences (including the humanities), where this approach has its own place, although, the most important substance in science, namely the theory itself, is actually qualitative. This is further strengthened by the essence of a qualitative approach (in the social sciences of the humanities) which emphasizes the investigation of a social phenomenon and human problem. This article describes how a qualitative approach is used (particularly) in the science of history, as well as the various characteristics inherent in qualitative research which is so closely related to the science of history. This article was written using descriptive analytical method supported by literature study as the data mining process. From the results of the description, it is known that history as a family of humanities will inevitably (still) use a qualitative approach in its scientific description. This qualitative approach is in the form of a narrative-descriptive-analytical explanation of history, which makes history, apart from being a science, also a story. The task of history is to tell stories through narrative texts, so that a qualitative approach is embedded in the science of history.Keywords: Approach, Qualitative, Historical Science

Abstract

The birth of Five Work Cultures within the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, is to answer his desire to restore a good image and trust in the eyes of the public as evidenced by good performance after previously there were several cases of corruption that plagued him. The five work cultures include integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, and exemplary. This article aims to describe how the concept of revitalizing these 5 work culture values, not only in terms of good government management or based on the embodiment of the vision and mission of institutions and leaders, but also based on the concept of Islam based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah by making the Prophet Muhammad as a concrete role model. From the results of the study, it can be seen that conceptually the revitalization and implementation of five work cultures based on the example of the Prophet's life in the Ministry of Religion can be carried out with the discipline of application by relying on the best human example, namely the Prophet Muhammad, based on transcendental awareness.

Abstract

Sufism is often accused of causing the decline of Islam because its teachings are full of fatalism, occultism, escapism, and irrationalism. Adherents of the trek are also often regarded as an exclusive, selfish, and asocial community. But in fact, the existence of Sufism can go hand in hand with the teachings of jihad, which is one of the teachings with values that are contrary to the assumption of the importance of Sufism. This article aims to reveal that the trek's practice in its history moved the spirit of struggle. This article was written using historical methods such as heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. It can be concluded in this article that the teachings of jihad can be well applied to tarekat adherents, especially to the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war incident. The involvement of the Samaniyah orders in the Menteng war proved that Sufism, apart from being identical to the spiritual dimension, could also move into the social size. The teachings of jihad introduced by Abd Shomad al-Palimbani, as well as his students' involvement, became the key to the participation of the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war of 1819, which led to the victory of the Palembang side over the Dutch in the Menteng war of 1819.

Abstract

Libraries can be briefly interpreted as a place to find information. This means that in every corner of the library an information search can be made. On this basis, the library has a service corner or literally interpreted as a corner. This article aims to describe the various corner services owned by the IAIN Pekalongan Library, as well as to analyze the problems faced in each corner service so that it can also produce an overview of efforts to solve the problems faced. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature study. From the results of the study, it was found that the IAIN Pekalongan Library serves five forms of corner services, namely: Corner Khazanah Pekalongan, BI Corner, Leyeh-Leyeh Corner, Studio Corner, and Multifunction Corner. Some of the problems faced in corner services at the IAIN Pekalongan Library include: lack of visitors, limited collections, dependence on funding, and lack of technical staff/librarians. Efforts made by the IAIN Pekalongan Library to overcome the problems that exist in its corner service include: conducting promotions, increasing the number of collections, conducting various collaborative efforts, and recruiting technical staff/librarians.

Abstract

As a basic science from various fields, Mathematics is important to learn because it is also the basis for the development of science and technology. The existence of educational developments requires students to adapt to changes. The COVID-19 outbreak requires the learning process to be carried out online (in a network). However, in learning, optimization of learning must still be done which in this case must create a spirit of student learning by providing meaningful learning. This empowerment program is based on the limited conditions during the Pandemic which was carried out by providing tutoring, especially in mathematics. This learning mentoring program is carried out in a targeted manner through online and offline learning methods for SMP - MTs and SD - MI students in Karanganyar Village, Pekalongan Regency with a total of 67 students participating in the mentoring. The final result of this program is an overview of the differences between online and offline math tutoring. Optimization of mathematics learning is more visible in offline learning. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and motivation given to make students able to follow the lesson well so that the material is easy to understand. However, the end result of this program is that students are able to optimize learning, understand, and master mathematics better.
