Abstract

The aim of this PKM activity is to optimize health services by utilizing IT as a supporting tool that facilitates the performance of health workers. which will be held on January 13 2024 at Ponkesdes Banyuurip, Ujungpangkah District. This information system (IS) implementation activity goes through three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The methods used at this planning stage are observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The implementation stages are carried out by implementing IS in partner environments as well as providing outreach to health officers regarding how IS works. The evaluation stage is carried out by reflecting on the plans that have been made and the implementation that has been carried out. The results of this activity show that the IS diagnosis matches the doctor's diagnosis with an accuracy rate of above 80%. IS also speeds up performance and tidies up data on hypertension patients at Ponkesdes Banyuurip.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya dilakukan, Salah satu cara dengan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yakni melalui seleksi karyawan baru yang tepat. Perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa mereka mempekerjakan orang yang memiliki kepribadian dan kemampuan yang sesuai dengan posisi yang akan diisi. Tes kepribadian DISC merupakan tes yang digunakan untuk menentukan tipe kepribadian dengan mengukur kepribadian seseorang menggunakan empat dimensi, yaitu Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), dan Compliance (C) dengan lebih cepat. Tes kepribadian DiSC memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana seseorang bereaksi dan berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dirancang menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Framework Laravel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap 23 responden aplikasi menunjukkan hasil yang 100 % akurat dan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Hal ini akan membantu perusahaan dalam proses pengukuran kepribadian yang lebih efisien, terstandar, dan akurat.

Abstract

Twin Lake Tourist Attractions still carry out all of their business activities manually. Recording of financial transactions, data storage, and making transaction reports, are still done manually. This situation raises several problems, including requiring large data storage areas and requiring a relatively long time to generate transaction reports. By using a computerized information system, these problems can be solved. A financial information system is urgently needed because in addition to solving these financial problems, it will also be used as the first system to initiate the computerization of other manual systems at Twin Lakes Tourist Attractions. The information system developed uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) system development methodology, by creating functional and non-functional analysis documents as a design foundation using data flow diagrams (DFD) and development will be carried out using a web-based programming language. The result of this community service is in the form of an integrated financial information system that can be used to solve the problems experienced by the Twin Lakes Tourist Attractions. The information system will then be continued to be made into an integrated system with other systems, according to the needs of the Twin Lake Tourist Attractions.
