Abstract

Mobile JKN is a digital platform launched by BPJS Health to simplify access to healthcare services, particularly through its online queue registration feature. Despite its benefits, many users still struggle to operate the application due to limited digital literacy. This community service program aimed to enhance public competency in utilizing the Mobile JKN app for outpatient registration at RSUD Bangil. The activity involved direct health education, live app demonstrations, and personal guidance for patients and their families. Effectiveness was evaluated through pre- and post-activity questionnaires measuring knowledge improvement. The results indicated a significant increase in participants’ ability to independently use the online queue function. This initiative is expected to contribute to digital transformation in healthcare services and improve the efficiency of outpatient registration procedures.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital-based qualitative analysis form to assist in the evaluation process of inpatient medical records at Mardi Waluyo Regional General Hospital in Blitar City. Current documentation practices are still done manually, resulting in medical records that are often incomplete and inconsistent. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a simple Research and Development (R&D) approach. Qualitative analysis was conducted to assess the completeness and consistency of medical records, while the R&D approach was used in designing the electronic-based qualitative analysis form. Based on 30 medical record samples, several inconsistencies were identified, particularly in the completeness and consistency of nursing care notes. This digital form was developed to simplify the assessment process, improve accuracy, and reduce documentation errors. Equipped with automatic notifications and an Excel export feature, this form facilitates a more structured and efficient qualitative analysis process. This innovation is expected to support service quality improvement and be further developed into a more complex electronic qualitative analysis system in the future.

Abstract

Interoperabilitas Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi tantangan utama dalam transformasi digital sektor kesehatan. Meskipun bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data pasien dan mutu layanan, implementasinya masih terkendala ketidakcocokan standar data, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, serta kurangnya tenaga ahli. Selain itu, belum adanya regulasi nasional yang jelas menyebabkan sulitnya integrasi data antar fasilitas kesehatan, yang berdampak pada keterlambatan akses informasi medis dan pengambilan keputusan klinis yang kurang optimal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini menganalisis faktor penghambat interoperabilitas RME, dampaknya terhadap layanan kesehatan, serta strategi untuk meningkatkan integrasi sistem informasi kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur terhadap jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara 2021–2025 melalui Google Scholar dan SpringerLink. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakcocokan standar data, keterbatasan infrastruktur, serta regulasi yang belum optimal menjadi kendala utama. Selain itu, kurangnya pelatihan tenaga medis dan minimnya tenaga ahli memperlambat adopsi RME. Kesimpulannya, strategi yang diperlukan meliputi standarisasi data, penerapan API terbuka, peningkatan infrastruktur TI, penguatan regulasi, serta pelatihan tenaga medis dan administrator rumah sakit. Dengan strategi yang tepat, sistem RME di Indonesia dapat lebih terintegrasi, meningkatkan efektivitas layanan kesehatan, mempercepat akses informasi medis, serta meningkatkan keamanan dan mutu pelayanan pasien.
