Keadaan dan tantangan pandemi pada awal tahun 2021 dengan telah ditemukannya vaksin atas virus Covid-19 tentunya diperlukan percepatan dalam pemberian vaksin kepada seluruh umat manusia di seluruh dunia. Di Indonesia, Pemerintah menggalakan program vaksinasi masal kepada seluruh Warga Negara Indonesia dengan melakukan percepatan vaksinasi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia sampai dengan saat ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas dipandang perlu melakukan analisa sentimen. Media sosial twitter dipilih sebagai salah satu sarana dalam analisas sentiman ini. Terdapat 1013 komentar positif dan negatif para pengguna twitter dengan kata kunci “vaksin” yang didapatkan untuk diproses terkait tanggapan masyarakat atas pelaksanaan vaksinasi masal yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan Algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naïve Bayes berbasis SMOTE dilakukan perbandingan pengujian atas komentar positif dan negatif tersebut. Dari proses pengujian tersebut didapatkan hasil akurasi dari algoritma SVM menggunakan teknik SMOTE didapatkan nilai akurasi =70.51% dan nilai AUC =0.827, sedangkan proses pengujian menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan teknik SMOTE didapatkan nilai akurasi = 64.36% dan nilai AUC = 0.423. dari proses diatas, penggunaan Support Vector Machine berbasis teknik SMOTE memiliki akurasi yang lebih tinggi sehingga dapat digunakan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap analisis sentimen vaksinasi Covid-19.

The problem faced by companies in general is the delay in agreeing to apply for leave, this is caused by two things, namely too many stages to be skipped and the difficulty of meeting with the boss whenever he wants to apply for leave. The purpose of this research is to design a proposed design for a leave application information system. The development method used is the prorotype method, while the method used to find the root of the problem is one of the techniques in Root Cause Analysis, namely Fault Tree Analysis. The results of this study are a prototype proposal that can be taken into consideration for companies to start implementing a digital-based system for submitting employee leave. Pramuka salah satu Pendidikan non formal yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai etika, akhlak mulia, pengendalian diri serta potensi diri yang diterapkan dalam Undang-Undang Gerakan Pramuka No.12 Tahun 2010. Saat ini extrakulikuler kepramukaan sudah menjadi materi wajib disetiap seluruh sekolah dasar, menengah pertama maupun menengah atas. Dengan aplikasi android siswa dapat dengan mudah mempelajari materi kepramukaan dimanapun dan kapanpun, dengan aplikasi ini siswa lebih semangat untuk belajar karena disertai dengan vidio dan materi pembelajaran yang menarik, dan juga siswa tidak perlu membeli ataupun membawa buku saku pramuka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, perancangan, pembuatan, dan tahap uji coba. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengenalan kepramukaan berbasis android ini, maka bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat bantu dapat meningkatkan minat siswa mengikuti kegiatan dan lebih mengenal kepramukaan. The Internet is very okay for right now, the Internet cannot be separated from its use of email, one of the threats that occur when using email is spam, spam is a message or email is unwanted by the recipient and sent in the masses.. Research on spam attacks are derived from the dataset as much spam 4601 records comprising 1813 records are considered spam and not spam data 278 with initial attributes as much as 57 attribute with attribute class 1, wants done on using select attribute with the decision tree becomes 15 attribute with attribute class 1 conducted 3 experiments testing with percentage attribute 30%, 50% and 70% select attribute obtained the results of the select attribute features of 70% better results were obtained from 30% or 50% with accuracy values of 92,469%.

Users of the Gojek and Grab application can provide reviews or comments about the application on Google Play. Reviews in the form of giving opinions about their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the services provided. So with the many opinions provided, making people selective in choosing an online motorcycle taxi service provider. The application with the best review will be chosen by the community. In previous studies regarding the classification of online ojek service review using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, C.45 and Random Forest produced an unsatisfactory accuracy of 69.18% at the highest value. This study aims to determine the extent of the analysis of Gojek and Grab application user reviews based on user comments by classifying negative and positive reviews with a higher level of accuracy than previous studies so that applications with the best reviews can be known for public consideration in using the application's services. The method used for data review classification is using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The test results on the Grab application review get the highest accuracy results in the amount of 73.09% with AUC value = 0.804, while for the test results on the application review Gojek get an accuracy value of 65.59% and AUC value = 0.680

Permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh Warunk Upnormal adalah Pelayan masih kerepotan jika pemesanan dilakukan melalui manual, karena pelayan harus mencatat dengan manual pesanan dari konsumen. Masalah berikutnya adalah saat melakukan laporan petugas pelayan harus merekap secara manual data pemesanan yang ada sehingga sering salah dalam perhitungan dan memerlukan waktu lama. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi perusahaan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi untuk permasalahan yang ada. Melalui teknologi informasi perusahaan dapat membuat sistem manajemen restoran berbasis website. Dengan adanya sistem manajemen restoran berbasis website yang terintegrasi maka konsumen dapat langsung memilih makanan dan minuman yang akan di pesan dari website. Kemudian saat sampai restoran langsung mencetak pesanan yang sudah dipesan sebelumnya dengan memasukkan kode pesan. Pesanan langsung akan masuk ke system dapur setelah pesanan selesai data akan langsung terintegrasi dengan bagian kasir. Cetak laporan juga akan lebih mudah dilakukan. Dan pesanan konsumen akan lebih cepat disajikan, sehingga konsumen tidak akan menunggu antrean terlalu lama.

Abstrak Dunia Pendidikan saat ini bergantung pada kemajuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, manajemen dan lainnya, termasuk pemanfaatan internet yang memberikan dampak besar. Salah satunya adalah Sekolah Dasar yang memiliki infrastruktur jaringan komputer yang digunakan untuk menyediakan akses internet bagi siswa, guru, dan staf untuk materi pembelajaran online. SDN Kedaung Kaliangke 03 merupakan sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Kedaung Kaliangke Kecamatan Cengkareng. Jaringan yang digunakan di SDN Kedaung Kaliangke 03 adalah jaringan area local (LAN) dan jaringan area local nirkabel (WLAN). Akses jaringan yang tinggi dan ketika semua pengguna terhubung bersama maka menyebabkan beban berat pada bandwidth yang tersedia untuk melayani pengguna jaringan bahkan menyebabkan akses data yang lama bahkan gagalnya transfer data. QoS adalah metode pengukuran kualitas jaringan dan upaya untuk mendefinisikan fungsi dan karakteristiknya. QoS mengukur serangkaian metrik kinerja yang ditentukan dan dikaitkan dengan suatu layanan.. Dengan mengelola bandwidth QoS maka semua perangkat apapun dapat mengakses internet dengan kapasitas bandwidth yang sama rata. Perangkat atau perangkat apa pun dapat mengakses internet dengan baik dan stabil. The world of education currently depends on technological advances in learning, management and others, including the use of the internet which has had a big impact. One of them is an elementary school which has a computer network infrastructure that is used to provide internet access for students, teachers and staff for online learning materials. SDN Kedaung Kaliangke 03 is an educational institution located in Kedaung Kaliangke, Cengkareng District. The networks used at SDN Kedaung Kaliangke 03 are local area networks (LAN) and wireless local area networks (WLAN). High network access and when all users are connected together it causes a heavy load on the bandwidth available to serve network users, even causing long data access and even data transfer failures. QoS is a method of measuring network quality and an attempt to define its functions and characteristics. QoS measures a series of performance metrics that are determined and associated with a service. By managing QoS bandwidth, all devices can access the internet with the same bandwidth capacity. Any device or device can access the internet properly and stably.

Pertamina Company launched the MyPertamian Application as a solution to the problem of uneven distribution of subsidized fuel and the implementation of non-cash payment innovations during the pandemic. However, the mismatch between the implementation of the innovation and the habits of the community has led to a rejection of the use of the application. Therefore, with this research, it is expected to identify the factors influencing the rejection of innovation usage using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) approach, with SmartPLS measurement and System Usability Scale (SUS) measurement as the readiness for application usage among 48 respondents through questionnaire completion. The research results show that aspects such as ease of use, usefulness, and perceived value of the MyPertamina application significantly influence user acceptance and the decision to adopt the application. On the other hand, innovation resistance appears in the form of user concerns about change, complexity, and data security. Therefore, design implications and development strategies can be identified to enhance user experience and reduce innovation barriers.

Online fraud refers to various fraudulent acts carried out over the internet with the aim of fraudulently obtaining financial gain or personal information. We need to continue to spread awareness about the importance of security for ourselves and the people we know, where currently there are many different modes of online fraud. One application that is well known to the public is the GetContact application, which is an application designed to provide information about incoming calls, identify spam or fraudulent calls, and provide services related to a list of telephone contacts that have been registered by fellow users of the application. In this research, researchers will analyze the sentiment of comments from users of the Getcontact application by comparing the test results of classification algorithms, namely Naïve Bayes Classifier and SVM. This research process will begin with data sampling using the scrapping technique on Google Playstore and processing data from users of the Getcontact application using RapidMiner. After the preprocessing process and model testing with two textmining methods using algorithms, namely SVM and Naive Bayes, the evaluation and validation results show that Naïve Bayes has a higher level of accuracy than SVM. For Naïve Bayes, the accuracy value reached 82.97% with an AUC value of 0.500, while for SVM, the accuracy value was 78.00% with an AUC value of 0.926. These results show that Naïve Bayes is superior in classifying user comments on the Getcontact application on Google Play as positive and negative comments.
