Abstract

Information security and awareness of the dangers of information leakage are the most important things in information technology, especially information that is classified and has strategic value. Information security risk management is an approach organizations use to identify, distribute, measure, and manage risks related to information security, which, if left unchecked, can paralyze existing business process activities in the organization. In carrying out its business processes, the West Java Province Diskominfo still has risk problems, namely that information security incidents often disrupt institutional business processes, where some incidents can be handled directly (reactively) in the field. However, several other incidents require planning and time. There are quite a few solutions, and there is no proper supervision and planning in managing data and information security, so Information Security Risk Management based on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is needed. The results of this research show that there are forty-one information security risks in the West Java Province Diskominfo, and recommendations have been given for each risk in accordance with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

Abstract

Abstrak - CV. BMEX Cargo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa ekspedisi pengiriman barang menggunakan transportasi darat, laut dan udara. Pengiriman barang di perusahaan tersebut sudah terkomputerisasi menggunakan Borland Delphi akan tetapi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan diperlukan adanya perubahan sistem layanan, maka dari itu perusahaan merancang aplikasi berbasis website. Tujuannya untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam mengolah data pengiriman barang. Dalam perancangan aplikasi tersebut menggunakan pemrograman PHP dengan framework codeigniter. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development (RD), yaitu penelitian dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah yang ada untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk perangkat lunak berupa aplikasi pengolahan data pengiriman barang, untuk metode perancangan perangkat lunaknya menggunakan Extreme Programming dengan model UML (Unified Modeling Language) sedangkan metode pengumpalan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi literatur. Basis data yang digunakan, yaitu menggunakan XAMPP dan MySQL dalam memasukkan data pengiriman barang ke komputer. Dengan perancangan aplikasi pengolahan data pengiriman barang yang dibuat dapat memudahkan karyawan dalam mengolah data dan bertransaksi secara online dengan lebih efisien.Kata Kunci : Pengiriman Barang; Pengolahan Data; Website; Extreme Programing; Abstract - CV. BMEX Cargo is a company engaged in the field of goods delivery expedition services using land, sea and air transportation. The delivery of goods in the company has been computerized using Borland Delphi, but to improve customer service, a change in the service system is needed, therefore the company designed a website-based application. The goal is to make it easier for employees to process goods delivery data. In designing the application, PHP programming is used with the CodeIgniter framework. The type of research conducted is Research and Development (RD), namely research by applying existing steps to produce a software product in the form of a goods delivery data processing application, for the software design method using Extreme Programming with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model, while the data collection method uses interviews and literature studies. The database used is XAMPP and MySQL in entering goods delivery data into the computer. By designing a data processing application for shipping goods, it can make it easier for employees to process data and make online transactions more efficiently.Keywords: Goods Delivery; Data Processing; Website; Extreme Programing;
