The purpose to analyze the influence of work motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Kalimalang. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Kalimalan,. The analytical method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the work motivation and workload have a positive and significant effect employee job satisfaction of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Kalimalang.

Purpose to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang to 282 people. By using the Slovin formula, a sample of 74 employees of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang. The research method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that in simultaneous or partially ways the work environment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT. Duta Angkasa Prima Kargo Tangerang.

Purpose to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Lazada Werehouse. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Lazada Werehouse Warehousing Division, Methods of data analysis using simultaneous and partially linear regression. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of good Work Motivation and Work Environment for Employee Performance at Rektorat Krisnadwipayana University. This research was conducted with 55 respondents from krisnadwipayana university’s employees. Obtaining data using a questionnaire with a semantic differential scale. The results of study conducted with semantic differential scale, shows that work motivation and work environment simultaneously have asignificant influence on employee’s performance and the result is accordance with the questionnaires that have been distributed to respondents

This research is aims to determine the effect of competency and compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on employee performance taking this sample using the simple random sampling method. The data is then analyzed using regression, based on data analysis, it is known that the competency and compensation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This means that competence and compensation affect employee performance simultaneously. Partially competency variables affect significant employee performance. This means that the competency variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The compensation variable partially affects significant employee performance.

Finaccel Finance Indonesia (Kredivo Jakarta Barat.) The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling.The analytical method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that in partially and simultaneous ways leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. To analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Jalan Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. This research was carried out on PT. Jalan Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. The research method used is a clear depiction of the relationship between variables. The population in this study were employees of PT. Jalan Pondok Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi. By using the Isaac and Michael formula was obtained. The analysis method uses simultaneous and partially linear regression. The research results show that both simultaneous and partially leadership styles and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction of PT. Jalan Pondok Hijau Pondok Gede Bekasi.

To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of HR Quality and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Optimization at PT. Bank Central Asia Percetakan Negara. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study used all 30 employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Percetakan Negara. The sampling technique in this study used the census sample type. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression and partial. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Human resource quality has a positive effect on employee performance; 2) Organizational culture has a positive effect on optimizing employee performance; and 3) Together, human resource quality and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance
