Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on job satisfaction of PT. MNC Animation. This research was conducted on 68 respondents to employees of PT. MNC Animation in Jakarta. Obtaining data results using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The analysis technique uses multiple and simple linear regression. Based on the test results found that creativity and innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast to creativity which does not have a partial effect. However, innovation has an effect on job satisfaction partially.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of service quality and price on the repurchase of merchandise at PT Sakyo Putra Pratama, using quantitative descriptive research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that service quality and price simultaneously have a positive and direct impact to repurchasing the merchandise. The calculation of the correlation coefficient and determination coefficient indicate that there is a very close level of relationship between the variabels of service quality and price towards repurchasing at PT Sakyo Putra Pratama.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether factors such as compensation, job certainty, career path, communication, relationships with superiors, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction in three health clinics. In this research is descriptive quantitative. The results show that compensation, job certainty, communication, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction. Data processing is performed using multiple regression methods

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions either simultaneously or partially on Purbasari Cosmetic Products in East Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by the accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who were taken from the population of consumers or buyers of Purbasari Cosmetics Obtaining data using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. Data analysis in this study is quantitative using multiple linear regression. The results of tests conducted, it was found the fact that Brand Image and Price simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment and incentives on UD job satisfaction. Bekasi City Trubus. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all UD employees. Trubus has 510 employees. The sample of this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique is with the formula isaac and michael. The data collection technique is carried out by questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple and part partially ial linear regression analysis, The results of this study show: First, there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction. Second, there isa positive influence of incentives on job satisfaction. Third, there is a positive influence of the work environment and incentives on job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be useful for increasing job satisfaction through a comfortable work environment and incentives provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of talent and creativity on the entrepreneurial spirit of the customers of the Jatimakmur branch of the Anugrah Mega Mandiri Cooperative. Data collection uses a questionnaire, and the method of analysis uses simultaneously and partially linear regression. The results showed that talent has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit, creativity also has a significant effect on the entrepreneurial spirit. Simultaneously, talent and creativity show significant results for the entrepreneurial spirit of the customers of the Jatimakmur branch of the Anugrah Mega Mandiri Cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, located in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta, discussed on Jl. Goat Island II Kav.I-II.No.33. From a population of 1,500 employees, a total sample of 94 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The technique used to take samples is the random sampling method and the type of data used is heterogeneous. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between competence and work environment on employee performance. Partially, competence has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as work environment variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on merchandise repurchases at PT Carita Sari Pratama using quantitative descriptive research. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially had a positive and unidirectional relationship. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient and determination show that there is a very close relationship between the variable product quality and service quality on purchases at PT Carita Sari Pratama.

Abstract

Globalization changes the business environment, which demands change from every business organization involved, to succeed in the new environment. For that purpose, human resource management needs to be directed to the development of human capital, which assumes employees as assets, not costs, for the company. The implication is that management needs to recognize each of its employees in order to maximize their potential and manage it to be a competitive advantage. This is where performance management plays a very important role.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine factors that lead to job satisfaction and its impact to resignation. This study consists of two submodels. The first submodel investigate the influence of compensation, job security, career path , organizational communication, and company policy on job satisfaction. While the second submodel investigate the effect of job satisfaction of the employee's resignation. The first submodel found that compensation and job security variables have no significant effect on job satisfaction, while career paths, organizational communication, and company policies have a significant impact on job satisfaction. The results of submodel 2 states that job satisfaction have a significant effect on the employee's resignation. Relationships are both negative, which means if the job satisfactions are high, the resignation will be lower. And vice versa.
