Abstract

This study wants to find out whether compensation, job safety, career paths, communication, relationships with superiors, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction, and how they affect employee resignation. From a population of 100 employees, a total of 73 people were sampled. The results show that compensation and work-life balance have a significant effect on job satisfaction and resignation, while relations with superiors have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and communication has a significant effect on resignation through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether factors such as compensation, job certainty, career path, communication, relationships with superiors, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction in three health clinics. In this research is descriptive quantitative. The results show that compensation, job certainty, communication, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction. Data processing is performed using multiple regression methods

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of features and best practices of social media on the Enhancement of E-Commerce, especially Instagram, which can support current trends in online purchasing. In this research is descriptive quantitative. The number of samples used using simple random sampling. The results of this study provide results on Instagram best features and practices that can contribute greatly to the digital economy, e-commerce. Instagram is the perfect social media platform for running an online business, because Instagram has functional features in displaying products, connecting with target customers, and developing broader discussions that make their brands able to offer their ideal customers and by implementing best practices can encourage consumer engagement

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction for a product is very influential on the sustainability of a business, for that it is necessary to maintain the quality of products and services continuously. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect on the application of business ethics to customer satisfaction. The main object of this research is the customers of Bebek H. Slamet in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Does the application of business ethics have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Bebek H. Slamet customers in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. Trust is the most dominant variable of the business ethics variable that affects customer satisfaction at Bebek H. Slamet stalls in Joglo branch, West Jakarta

Abstract

To analyze the effect of discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this research are employees of PT. Reswara Abadi ingredients are taken based on the Slovin formula with a random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique was performed using partially and simultaneous regression analysis. The Result discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Sarana Reswara Abadi, either partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the leading sectors in supporting Indonesia's economic recovery. In an effort to improve the quality of tourism facilities and infrastructure necessary to support the accommodation of those activities. One of them is the hospitality industry. Betawi Sofyan Hotel as one of the hotel sharia cannot avoid away from competition three star hotel in Jakarta. Competition hotel makes Hotel Sofyan must have a good strategy to compete with other hotels. Betawi Sofyan Hotel also must analyze the external and internal environment, determine the competitive position in the industry, and formulate a strategy for success in the competition. The results of this study indicate that the Hotel Sofyan has a big opportunity to grow and compete. From a generic analysis that has been done, Betawi Sofyan Hotel has a differentiation strategy and SWOT analysis of the strategy showed that strategy which is suited for aggressive growth policy (Oriented Growth Strategy). Key Success Factor of Betawi Sofyan Hotel are the working spirit (the spirit of motivation) and competence, utilization and capital allocation appropriately used to repair and improve the quality of all facilities available and Corporate Culture Establishment, Implementation Services and Products Character, Improve Brand Equity.

Abstract

The palm oil industry has become an important industry for the Indonesian economy. The palm oil industry has the potential to generate significant economic and social development in Indonesia. Palm oil is the second most successful agricultural product in Indonesia after rice, and is the largest agricultural export. The industry consists of interrelated business activities that produce various palm oil products. Therefore, in order for these firms to operate efficiently along their supply chain, they need a better approach in their supply chain management. Therefore, this paper aims to propose a research framework to investigate supply chain practices in the palm oil industry. This research framework needs to be tested using the data of palm oil industry companies in Indonesia, because this framework is slightly different from other industries

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the potential of the e-commerce industry and to establish preliminary assessment, evaluation and understanding of the characteristics of online shopping in Indonesia which experienced the slowest growth in the last five years. Chi-test tests are used to determine the relationship between current online shoppers and demographic variables. The t-test sample is then used to compare the average difference between the current online buyers and the non-online buyers. It also investigates the influence of factors (demographic profile, previous online shopping experience, perceived benefits, consumer lifestyles, and perceived buyer confidence)

Abstract

The rapid development of retail in Indonesia makes it important to have a good product distribution so that it is fast and right into the hands of consumers. Thus, in meeting customer satisfaction, it is necessary to implement supply chain management and total quality management in improving company performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management which consists of integration of suppliers and distributors, reducing suppliers, partnerships and procurement sources, for total quality management consisting of focus on customers, continuous system improvement, education and training, teamwork, obsession with quality, involvement employees, scientific approach, restrained freedom, long term commitment and unity of purpose. The data used is primary data obtained directly from all employees of PT Unirama Duta Niaga Bekasi branch as respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that supply chain management and total quality management together have a positive and significant influence on company performance at PT Unirama Duta Niaga Bekasi branch, the hypothesis is that "there is a significant positive influence on the role of supply chain management and total quality management on company performance has been proven".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of purchasing decisions by consumers on product quality and prices on coffee products in Ruangopi. This research is quantitative descriptive. Type of the research was descriptive verification that with the depiction and exposure variables studied and then pulled conclusion. Research variable which being independent variable was a product quality  and the price as well as the purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were consumers who came to Ruangopi for 1 month. Sampling in this study using random sampling to 83 consumers who buy coffee in Ruangopi. Test instruments conducted with validity test and reliability test and analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis.
