Abstract

This study examines the impact of attractions, amenities, and accessibility, both partially and simultaneously, on the destination image of Keraton Kanoman Cirebon from the perspective of Maqashid Al-Syariah. A mixed-method approach was employed, utilizing questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis. The population included tourists, market traders, tourism actors, local government representatives, and related agencies. The findings reveal that attractions and accessibility significantly impact the destination image, while amenities do not significantly affect it. Simultaneously, the three variables collectively contribute to shaping the destination image of Keraton Kanoman. Moreover, the management strategies implemented to enhance the destination image include organizing cultural and religious events such as the Nusantara Palace Festival, Panjang Jimat rituals, and celebrations of religious holidays. These efforts align with Maqashid Al-Syariah principles by promoting religious protection (hifz dien), intellectual enrichment (hifz aql), and economic empowerment (hifz al-maal). The study highlights the need for improved accessibility and the development of supporting amenities to further bolster the image of Keraton Kanoman as a heritage tourism destination.Keywords: Attractions, Accessibility, Destination Image, Maqashid Al-Syariah, Heritage Tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest of MSMEs in Pilangsari Village in choosing sharia bank financing. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The sample in this study was Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pilangsari Village, totaling 80 respondents taken using proportional proportional sampling. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, statistical analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests (R^2) and hypothesis tests in the form of t tests (partial) and f tests (simultaneous) with using SPSS Statistics Version 22. The research results show that there is no influence between knowledge and financing procedures on the interest of Pilangsari Village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in choosing sharia bank financing, and there is a positive and significant influence between promotion on the interest of Pilangsari Village MSMEs in choosing sharia bank financing and The calculated t value > t table is (2.862 > 2.227) with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Knowledge, Promotion and Financing Procedures together influence MSMEs' interest in choosing Islamic bank financing with a contribution of 15.9% while the remaining 84.1% is influenced by other variables not researched by the author.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion in improving the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kuningan Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the understanding, experiences, and practices of MSME actors in accessing and utilizing Islamic financial services. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving MSME actors, Islamic financial institutions, and related stakeholders. The findings indicate that Islamic financial literacy plays a crucial role in shaping MSME actors’ understanding of Sharia-based transaction principles, thereby encouraging business decision-making that aligns more closely with values of justice and sustainability. Islamic financial inclusion also makes a tangible contribution through easier access to financing, savings products, and other Islamic financial services that support improved business performance. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited understanding, insufficient socialization, and unequal access to Islamic financial services. This study concludes that strengthening Islamic financial literacy and expanding Islamic financial inclusion are strategic factors in enhancing MSME performance in Kuningan Regency. Therefore, synergy among local governments, Islamic financial institutions, and MSME actors is required to promote the development of competitive MSMEs grounded in Sharia principles.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi syariah di kawasan ASEAN menunjukkan dinamika yang signifikan, seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat Muslim terhadap sistem ekonomi berbasis prinsip-prinsip Islam serta dukungan regulasi dari pemerintah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan ekonomi syariah di empat negara ASEAN, yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, dan Singapura, dengan menyoroti aspek regulasi, kelembagaan, industri keuangan syariah, serta kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber sekunder berupa jurnal ilmiah, publikasi lembaga keuangan, serta dokumen kebijakan terkait ekonomi syariah di masing-masing negara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Malaysia dan Brunei Darussalam memiliki sistem ekonomi syariah yang relatif mapan dengan dukungan regulasi yang komprehensif dan integrasi kelembagaan yang kuat. Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat didorong oleh kebijakan strategis pemerintah serta potensi pasar domestik yang besar, meskipun pangsa pasar keuangan syariahnya masih dalam tahap penguatan. Sementara itu, Singapura mengembangkan ekonomi syariah secara adaptif melalui pendekatan pasar dan kebijakan yang inklusif untuk menarik investasi global. Secara keseluruhan, perkembangan ekonomi syariah di negara-negara tersebut menunjukkan model yang beragam sesuai dengan karakteristik sosial, politik, dan ekonomi masing-masing negara, namun tetap berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah yang universal.

Abstract

Krisis ketimpangan ekonomi kontemporer menjadi tantangan global, di mana kapitalisme gagal menciptakan keadilan distributif. Penelitian terdahulu fokus teknis pada zakat dan wakaf tanpa mengintegrasikannya dalam kerangka holistik konsep harta sebagai amanah, serta belum menjembatani teologi dan kebijakan aplikatif. Penelitian ini menganalisis relevansi konsep amanah dalam ekonomi Islam sebagai solusi alternatif mengatasi ketimpangan struktural. Menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menggali sumber primer (Al-Qur'an, Hadis, kitab klasik) dan sekunder (buku kontemporer, jurnal, laporan), dengan kerangka evaluatif maqashid syariah sebagai lensa analitis melalui analisis konten model Miles-Huberman. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa harta sebagai amanah menolak kepemilikan absolut individu, menempatkannya dalam tanggung jawab moral-sosial terintegrasi maqashid syariah. Kapitalisme, termasuk varian digital, menciptakan ketimpangan struktural melalui akumulasi modal tak terkendali, sementara ZISWAF (zakat, infak, sedekah, wakaf) menawarkan distribusi berkelanjutan, dengan potensi zakat nasional mencapai 327 triliun rupiah. Model kebijakan distributif mencakup integrasi ZISWAF dalam kebijakan fiskal, optimalisasi wakaf produktif, digitalisasi, dan kolaborasi publik-swasta. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ekonomi Islam menawarkan paradigma holistik-humanis yang memerlukan perubahan sistemik. Kontribusi teoretisnya mengembangkan kerangka komprehensif penghubung konsep amanah dengan kebijakan aplikatif, melampaui pendekatan teknis-instrumental. Secara praktis, memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengambil kebijakan dan panduan bagi lembaga zakat, serta berkontribusi pada dekolonisasi wacana ekonomi dengan paradigma Islam sebagai alternatif kredibel.

Abstract

Islamic banking is one type of banking activity whose activities are based on sharia principles, which aims to be free from usury. However, in its development it has experienced obstacles, especially in the field of marketing. So that the right strategy is needed, so that Islamic banking can be accepted by the community. In this case, in order to win the competition, it must create a product that is different from similar products, this difference is called product differentiation. In addition, the company can raise public awareness of its existence with a positive and innovative impression through the products offered. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product differentiation and brand awareness on the interest in becoming a customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. While the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study show that product differentiation and brand awareness together influence the interest in becoming a customer; (2) product differentiation has a positive effect on purchasing interest; (3) brand awareness has a positive effect on purchasing interest.
