Abstract

UMKM smilax ointment is a business that sells goods in the form of ointments that are useful for the male reproductive organs. These MSMEs still use traditional business strategies and use computer technology only for database creation. Smilax ointment UMKM product is Smilax cream which consists of 3 packages, namely 100 grams, 80 grams, and 40 grams. The research was conducted using the UMKM database and the clustering method used was k-means clustering because K-means is non-hierarchical in accordance with the data obtained from UMKM. In addition, k-means is able to classify data very quickly compared to fuzzy k- means[1]. This research includes the stages of data collection, preprocessing, analysis process (k-means), evaluation, and conclusions. The results of the clustering classification which was carried out four times based on the type of packaging, obtained a value of k = 2 where the cluster "0" is the unproductive region/city and cluster "1" is the most productive region/city, namely Jakarta and Jayapura both for the 100 gram, 80 gram, packaging type. and 40grams.

Abstract

Dengan banyaknya alternatif marketplace online yang lebih terstruktur dan memiliki sistem perlindungan konsumen yang lebih ketat, seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan Bukalapak dan lain-lain yang menjadi saingan Marketplace Facebook. Selain itu Fitur Market Place di Facebook di luncurkan sejak tahun 2016 namun belum di ketahui tingkat penerimaannya. Preferensi penjual dan pembeli rata-rata penjual memilih menggunakan group Facebook atau media social lain untuk berjualan di bandingkan dengan Market place Facebook, dari segi kesadaran atau pemahaman juga mengenai fitur dan manfaat fitur Marke tplace Facebook masih kurang. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan eksplanatori dengan tujuan menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel penelitian serta menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan untuk memahami fenomena yang diteliti, penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) sebagai kerangka konseptual utama. Model ini membantu dalam mengidentifikasi variabel penelitian yang berkaitan dengan konsep-konsep utama dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), seperti Persepsi Kemanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use), Penggunaan Aktual Sistem (Actual System Use), serta Sikap terhadap Penggunaan (Attitude Toward Using). Metode analisis PLS 3 dipilih karena fleksibilitasnya dan dapat menangani banyak variabel sekaligus tanpa memerlukan asumsi yang kompleks, serta mampu mengatasi masalah multikolinieritas antar variabel. Disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan dan manfaat yang dipersepsikan Market place Facebook secara signifikan mempengaruhi sikap dan niat pengguna dalam menggunakan platform tersebut. Meskipun sebagian pengguna merasa cukup memahami cara penggunaannya, masih ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan dan sikap penolakan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya yang lebih efektif dalam mensosialisasikan fitur-fitur dan manfaat Marketplace Facebook serta meningkatkan aspek-aspek yang masih kurang memuaskan, seperti frekuensi penggunaan yang belum optimal dan kekurangan fitur dalam proses jual-beli Keyword : Analisis, Penerimaan , Marketplace , Facebook , TAM

Abstract

Efisiensi pengelolaan stok persediaan produk menjadi tantangan utama bagi pengusaha rumahan yang menjual produk, karena pencatatan yang masih di lakukan secara manual sering menimbulkan selisih data, pencatatan penjualan tercecer, dan proses perhitungan stok yang membutuhkan  waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  dapat mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas distribusi produk melalui pengelolaan inventori secara real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, dengan pendekatan pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall, yang pada akhirnya dapat menghasilkan prototipe sistem yang lengkap meliputi  daftar input stok, pelacakan distribusi, dan laporan otomatis mulai dari laporan penjualan harian.mingguan, bulanan, tri bulan, bahkan hingga kepada laporan penjualan tahunan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok hingga dapat meningkatkan akurasi stok serta adanya kemudahan yang diberikan dalam melakukan monitoring secara real-time.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology (IT) currently encourages companies or organizations to optimize and improve operational efficiency and service quality. Cafe XYZ is one of the businesses engaged in the culinary field that currently utilizes IT in managing sales data and business operations. However, in its implementation, it still does not use appropriate standards, causing operational processes to be slow, such as the cashier section often experiences errors in recording transactions and often experiences data loss. This study aims to provide recommendations for improvements based on the COBIT 2019 standard. The method used in this study is the COBIT 2019 framework by measuring the level of IT process capabilities expected with the current one, which is measured using the COBIT 2019 Toolkit and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that there is a gap between the current level of IT process capabilities and those expected in the APO12 process objective and DSS01, DSS03 and DSS05. Therefore, IT governance improvements are needed through strengthening security mechanisms and incident handling. With these recommendations, it is hoped that IT management at Cafe XYZ can be effectively improved

Abstract

In today's technological era, social media has had an impact on everyday life, both positive and negative, and almost all levels of society use social media. Some behaviors that are prone to being done by students, especially high school students, in social media such as cyberbullying, spreading hoaxes, uploading inappropriate content, spreading personal data, hate speech and addiction to social media. It is important to provide an understanding of the ethics of using social media so that there is no behavior that violates norms and can also be avoided from sanctions from the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE). For this reason, participants are equipped with an understanding and skills in utilizing or using social media wisely and responsibly. There are 7 stages that are carried out starting from observation, implementation plan, proposal preparation, activity implementation, evaluation, reporting and publication.

Abstract

TikTok is a platform that is widely loved by teenagers, especially among high school students. However, excessive and unsupervised use of TikTok can have negative impacts such as decreased student concentration, TikTok addiction, and exposure to age-inappropriate content. YPK Oikumene Manokwari High School became the object of Community Service (PKM) because many parents and educators are still unfamiliar with how TikTok works, making it difficult to provide guidance or supervision to students. This community service activity was carried out to provide an understanding of the positive and negative impacts of TikTok.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has both positive and negative impacts on students. AI can help students understand lessons, summarize material, and also encourage student independence in learning. However, this convenience has the potential to make students dependent on AI and decrease critical thinking skills. Therefore, it is important to conduct outreach about the use of AI in schools, especially YPK Imanuel Pasir Putih High School. The methods used in this community service are lectures and question and answer sessions. This activity aims to provide students with an understanding and wisdom in using AI. The result of this PKM activity is to increase high school students' awareness of utilizing AI technology as a learning tool.
