Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang etika dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam hal ini media social dan pemahaman tentang UU ITE  sehingga menyebabkan banyaknya kasus yang muncul seperti status dan komentar di facebook, twiter, instragram dan lain-lain yang menimbulkan pencemaran nama baik, penyebaran berita bohong serta penipuan secara online yang memaksa pelaku harus berurusan dengan hukum dan merugikan para korbannya. Untuk meminimalisir atau mengantisipasi terjadinya penyalagunaan media social di kalangan anak sekolah khususnya pada SMA Adven Manokwari, untuk itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang etika dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi dan memperkenalkan UU ITE. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui beberapa langkah yakni pre test, sosialisasi, post test dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan dapat dikatakan berhasil karena setelah dilakukan sosialisasi para siswa-siswi sudah lebih memahami etika penggunaan teknoloi informasi dan UU ITE dibanding sebelumnya.

Abstract

Media sosial dianggap menjadi esensi utama masyarakat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang masif. Selain sebagai sarana berkomunikasi dan mendapatkan informasi, media sosial juga berguna sebagai wadah untuk pengembang bisnis.Masyarakat kampung sairo sudah menggunakan media sosial.Pemanfaatan dalam media promosi itu belum di lakukan karna kurang pengetahuan.Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyrakat memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai promosi hasil kebun masyarakat kampung Sairo. Pengabdian sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan , wawasan dan keterampilan masyrakat Kampung Sairo tentang pemanfaatan media sosial promosi hasil kebun, sehingga dapat meningkat penjulan hasil kebun masyarakat Kampung Sairo

Abstract

With the development of Information Technology, learning activities and the world have also changed. Every educational institution requires good governance in order to achieve the expected goals. Campus responsible for the use of Information Technology so that when damage occurs it is not handled properly and there is a risk of data security breaches and compliance with regulations which could be detrimental to the XYZ Campus. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations in the form of IT governance design using COBIT 2019 to help XYZ campus implement the prioritized programs contained in the RENSTRA document. Data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The interview results show that the prioritized process domains are: EDM01, EDM03, EDM04, APO04, APO07, BAI05, BAI09, MEA04. Data analysis shows that the current IT process capability level is still on average at level 1, while the expected average is level 3 and 4, meaning that XYZ campus has not yet carried out most of the existing IT process activities so it requires a better IT governance design. appropriate to be used as a reference in realizing prioritized programs

Abstract

The use of the internet now exists in all aspects of people's lives, the internet is here to provide a source of presentation of various types of information and multimedia. The presence of the internet has had a tremendous influence on all levels of society. So through this, it is important to know how to be wise and careful when using the internet. Because there are positive and negative impacts of internet use. The Community Service Team carries the theme of socializing healthy internet use for the people of Sairo village, which is the most important part of providing understanding to the community to be alert in using the internet so that it does not have a bad impact on generations.

Abstract

An interesting issue among Indonesian society is about cybercrime and cyberlaw along with the development of technology and information that has an impact on two sides, namely positive and negative impacts on society. The negative impact of the presence of information technology that is developing so rapidly cannot be avoided. Various negative impacts that must be faced by people who lack knowledge about cybercrime and cyberlaw. The results of the implementation of socialization for the young generation of the Sion Sanggeng-Manokwari church can better understand cybercrime and cyberlaw in order to prevent and avoid cyber crime so as not to become victims or perpetrators of crimes on the digital platforms used. The implementation of this socialization uses lecture methods, simulations and questions and answers around the topics of cybercrime and cyberlaw.

Abstract

Abstract Tutoring Institutions (Bimbel) are non-formal educational institutions that work to maximize children's learning potential which may not be fully achieved through conventional education. There are many bilingual educational institutions that exist today, each with its own regulations and requirements designed to attract students, especially elementary school (SD) students. Standards that are often used as a guide to attract students are Tuition fees, distance from home, facilities. and teaching staff. Alternatives to bimbel institutions are Zefanya Bimbel, Study Star Bimbel, Camat Bimbel and Quantum Bimbel. Each bimbel institution has different requirements or policies, it presents a unique challenge for students to choose atutoring place that suits their expectations. One of the methods of problem solving that can be used is by building a computer-based system to help decision-making, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW), The SAW method can select the best alternatives from several available alternatives because it is ranked after determining the weight of each feature. From this research, getting the results of Bimbel Camat becomes the recommendation of the best choice of bimbel. Keywords: Decision Support System, Simple Additive Weighting, Alternative

Abstract

In today's technological era, social media has had an impact on everyday life, both positive and negative, and almost all levels of society use social media. Some behaviors that are prone to being done by students, especially high school students, in social media such as cyberbullying, spreading hoaxes, uploading inappropriate content, spreading personal data, hate speech and addiction to social media. It is important to provide an understanding of the ethics of using social media so that there is no behavior that violates norms and can also be avoided from sanctions from the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE). For this reason, participants are equipped with an understanding and skills in utilizing or using social media wisely and responsibly. There are 7 stages that are carried out starting from observation, implementation plan, proposal preparation, activity implementation, evaluation, reporting and publication.

Abstract

The learning process is a teaching-learning process carried out by students and teachers in educational units. It takes a determination from various parties to achieve togetherness and the same vision in creating integrated integration in learning objectives. The Process of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) at Advent Manokwari Junior High School teachers only use printed books and do not utilize learning media, so the learning process becomes boring and makes students bored and learning is also less interesting. The purpose of this research is to design and develop E-Learning Learning Media in English Subjects for Class VII Students in order to facilitate teachers and students in learning and teaching activities at Manokwari Adventist Middle School. The design is done by making Learning Media that makes it easy for teacher teaching in the classroom. The design of this process includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequance Diagrams and Class Diagrams that can explain the data flow and system characteristics that are processed to produce the desired information. The research results show the success rate of English Learning Media made is in accordance with the design made and also the learning media as a means of learning that is more interesting and interactive because it is more bring students closer to ICT for learning English. and can function as a means of gathering and discussion for students.

Abstract

Buying a used car is often considered by the public as an alternative because it is more affordable than a new one. However, the process of choosing a used car is not easy because there are various factors that must be considered, such as engine condition, completeness of documents, physical condition, price, engine capacity, and year of manufacture. At CV Auto Mobil Manokwari, prospective buyers often have difficulty determining the choice of a used car that best suits their needs and budget. This research aims to design a website-based decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist buyers in choosing used cars objectively and systematically. The AHP method is used to compare each criterion in pairs and determine the priority weight of each criterion. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with a waterfall approach. With this system, the process of selecting used cars becomes more directed, accurate, and efficient, as well as helping users make decisions practically and quickly, and objectively.

Abstract

Selama ini sistem pengaduan masyarakat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak belum berjalan secara optimal dan belum dikelola dengan baik. Mekanisme pengaduan masih bersifat manual, di mana masyarakat yang ingin menyampaikan keluhan atau aspirasi harus mendatangi kantor pemerintah secara langsung. Proses ini menimbulkan sejumlah permasalahan, antara lain laporan yang disampaikan tidak selalu tercatat dengan baik, sehingga sering kali hilang atau tidak terdokumentasi secara rapi. Selain itu, setiap aduan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama untuk ditindaklanjuti karena harus terlebih dahulu dikoordinasikan dengan bagian teknis sesuai dengan isi laporan yang disampaikan.Kondisi tersebut semakin diperburuk oleh faktor geografis Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak yang didominasi oleh daerah pegunungan dan lembah-lembah dalam, sehingga masyarakat harus menempuh perjalanan berjam-jam hanya untuk sampai ke kantor-kantor pemerintah. Hal ini jelas menimbulkan hambatan serius bagi masyarakat dalam menyampaikan pengaduan, serta mengurangi efektivitas pemerintah daerah dalam menerima dan menindaklanjuti setiap laporan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak dalam merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis web. Dengan adanya sistem ini, masyarakat dapat menyampaikan keluhan, saran, maupun aspirasi tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor pemerintah. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan, efisiensi waktu, serta mengurangi beban masyarakat yang berada di wilayah dengan akses transportasi terbatas.Selain itu, sistem pengaduan berbasis web juga memungkinkan pemerintah daerah untuk menindaklanjuti laporan secara lebih cepat, karena setiap aduan dapat langsung diteruskan kepada unit kerja teknis terkait tanpa harus melalui proses birokrasi manual yang panjang.
