Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a central role in shaping employee behavior, including Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The study sample consists of 219 employees from the Directorate General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a quantitative method with descriptive data analysis techniques utilizing SmartPLS version 3. Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven changes in consumer behavior in accessing internet services and making purchase decisions. In the fixed internet service industry in Indonesia, there are indications of a mismatch between brand image and consumer purchase decisions, especially in First Media. This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions with Brand Image as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative approach with 125 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Brand Image (T-Statistic = 8,936; P-Value = 0.000) and Purchase Decision (T-Statistic = 2.283; P-Value = 0.022). Brand Image also has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions (T-Statistic = 5.275; P-Value = 0.000). In addition, Brand Image has been shown to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions (T-Statistic = 4,203; P-Value = 0.000), which indicates the presence of partial mediation. These findings indicate that effective social media marketing not only directly affects purchasing decisions, but also indirectly through strengthening brand image.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of leadership change and employee rotation on organizational performance in public organizations through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The study collected scientific articles indexed in Scopus and Google Scholar using Publish or Perish. The selected literature was analyzed using the PRISMA procedure and bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer to identify research trends, dominant topics, and relationships among variables. The findings indicate that leadership change and employee rotation affect organizational effectiveness, employee competence, work motivation, and organizational adaptability. Competency-based leadership change tends to strengthen strategic direction and organizational performance, while employee rotation contributes to competence development, work flexibility, and productivity. However, inappropriate leadership placement and rotation that do not match employee competence may reduce organizational effectiveness, especially in hierarchical public organizations with high performance pressure. The review identifies organizational culture, communication systems, competency management, and employee adaptability as important conditions that shape the effectiveness of both policies. In the context of the Directorate General of Taxes, the findings underline the importance of competency-based human resource management in supporting bureaucratic reform and sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

This study synthesizes evidence on how Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) affects financial stress and financial well-being among Generation Z. A systematic literature review was conducted using publications retrieved from Scopus through Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, and SINTA. The search covered studies published from 2018 to 2025. After title, abstract, keyword, and full-text screening against predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 30 relevant studies were analyzed through thematic synthesis. The literature consistently shows that BNPL expands short-term purchasing access and increases transaction value by reducing the perceived immediacy of payment. However, installment framing, promotional intensity, and frictionless checkout can encourage impulsive buying, overspending, multiple repayment obligations, and over-indebtedness. The effect on financial well-being is therefore conditional rather than uniformly negative or positive. Responsible financial behavior and self-control emerge as central mechanisms, while financial literacy is most effective when it is translated into budgeting, repayment discipline, and deliberate credit use. The review proposes a conditional framework in which BNPL usage influences financial stress and well-being through behavioral and psychological pathways. The findings support stronger consumer protection, transparent product design, risk-sensitive credit limits, and targeted financial education for young users.
