Abstract

This study aims to describe moral values and patriotism in the Disney Moana film. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, research data source in the form of Disney Moana film. Data collection techniques in the form of literature study. Data analysis techniques in the form of techniques see. The results showed that the moral values contained in Disney Moana Film were (1) animal lover, (2) soft heartedness, (3) working together, (4) happy learning history, and (5) not giving up. Meanwhile, the value of patriotism contained in Disney Moana Film, namely (1) faithful friends, (2) never give up, (3) brave, (4) love the motherland, and (5) admit mistakes.Keywords: Value, morality, patriotism

Abstract

  The aim of the study was to determine the influence of the application of learning descriptive writing by using cooperative model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type. The research method used was experimental method, with a quasi-experimental design. This research was limited to the third year of class X students of MAN 3 in North Aceh District, while the sample of the study was the students of social class X2. The data analysis used in this study was t-test analysis by the Paired Samples T-Test model. As a result, the study showed that learning descriptive writing by using STAD type of cooperative model went well and provided better learning outcomes. It is proven by the average value of pre-test and post-test results. The results of pre-test test obtained an average value was 70.21, while the results of the post-test test obtained an average value was 87.79. Thus, there was a split about 17.58 between the results of pre-test and post-test. The Paired Sample t-test results showed significance of sig-0.00. This was less than a significant level of 0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected and Hi was accepted, and there was a positive influence on the application of learning descriptive writing by using STAD type of cooperative model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kolokial berbahasa Indonesia dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe serta mendeskripsikan ragam kolokial berbahasa Indonesia mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif menurut pendapat Moleong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahasa kolokial yang terjadi dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe adalah bahasa santai yang digunakan sehari-hari ketika berbicara dengan orang lain. Tiga ragam kolokial yang terjadi dalam percakapan mahasiswa IAIN Lhokseumawe meliputi (1) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf vokal [a], [i], [e], [o], [au], dan [ai]; (2) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf konsonan [s], [h], [m], dan [k]; dan (3) kolokial yang menghilangkan huruf vokal dan huruf konsonan [ba], [ang], [ka], [id], [gan], [er], [du], [un], [be], [ya], [bagai], dan [te]. The purpose of this study is to describe Indonesian-language colloquials in the IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversation and describe the Indonesian-language colloquial diversity of IAIN Lhokseumawe students. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data source of this research is Lhokseumawe IAIN students. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques in the opinion of Moleong. The results of this study indicate that colloquial language that occurs in IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversation is a casual language that is used daily when talking to others. Three types of colocials that occur in IAIN Lhokseumawe students' conversations include (a) colloquial which removes vowels [a], [i], [e], [o], [au], and [ai]; (b) colloquial which removes the consonant letters [s], [h], [m], and [k]; and (c) colloquial which removes vowels and consonants of [ba], [ang], [ka], [id], [gan], [er], [du], [un], [be], [ya], [bagai], and [te].

Abstract

Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini berkenaan dengan analisis gangguan berbahasa orang berperilaku latah di Desa Bukit Hagu Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana bentuk lingual bahasa latah berdasarkan jenis latah pada masyarakat di Desa Bukit Hagu Kecamatan Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dan mengindentifikasi  faktor  penyebab masyarakat di Desa Bukit Hagu Kabupaten Aceh Utara berperilaku latah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Desa Bukit Hagu. Teknik pengumpulan data, dilakukan dengan wawancara, teknik simak, rekam, dan catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bentuk lingual latah yang peneliti temukan adalah (a) Kodok kodok kodok pakde ; (b) awas kaki seribu dip ehh awas kaki seribu dip  ; (c) hah ada pacat hah ada pacat ; (d) ehh monyet ehh monyet ; (e) ihh bibik ada ubanya ihh bibik ada ubanya ; (f) wihhh jumpa uang wihh jumpa uang ; dan (g) derrr derrr derrr. (2) Gangguan berbahasa latah yang ditemukan ermasuk jenis latah echolalia. (3) Gangguan berperilaku latah bukan hanya terjadi pada perempuan saja, tetapi juga terjadi pada laki-laki.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kekerabatan bahasa Aceh dengan bahasa Melayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik leksikostatistik. Instrumenpenelitian yang digunakan adalah daftar 100 kosakata dasar Swadesh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan(1)tingkat kekerabatan bahasa Aceh dengan bahasa Melayu sebesar 48.4%, (2) bahasaAceh dengan bahasa Melayu mulai berpisah dengan bahasa protonya (bahasa induk) sejak 1.635tahun yang lalu, (3) bahasa Aceh dengan bahasa Melayu termasuk dalam klasifikasi keluargabahasa.

Abstract

Language is one of the most important elements that influences life and culture, as well as being the main means of human communication. Acehnese is one of the regional languages ​​that still lives in the Aceh region and is used by the majority of the population as a means of expressing their thoughts, feelings and desires. Morphology is the science that studies words and the influence of changes in word form on word groups and meanings. Songs can be interpreted as a variety of rhythmic sounds. This research aims to identify and analyze the morphological processes that occur in verbs in the Acehnese language contained in Rafli's albums. This aims to understand the morphological characteristics of verbs in the Acehnese language used in the context of music or works of art, especially in music albums produced by Rafli Kande. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The descriptive method is the presentation of data based on facts in accordance with those contained in Rafli's album. The data collection technique used was the technique of listening and noting the verbs in Rafli Kande's song lyrics. The results of this research show that there are four types of derivative verbs found in the Rafly Kande song album, namely the prefix meu- in the title of the song Aneuk Yatim, the prefix to the title of the song Gisa Bak Punca. The prefix neu- is in the title of the song Hoka Raja Loen, and the prefix geu- is found in the title of the song Rawa Tripa.

Abstract

  The aims of this research are; 1) Describe the theory of acquiring the Acehnese language in children aged 2-4 years, 2) Describe the process of acquiring the Acehnese language in children aged 2-4 years. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. The subjects of this research were 2 children aged 2-4 years, the first child from Gampong Meunasah Mampree, Syamtalira Aron District, North Aceh Regency, and the second child from Gampong Blang, Tanah Pasir District, North Aceh Regency. Data collection techniques use observation and question and answer. The data obtained was then compiled in the form of observation field notes and questions and answers for children aged 2-4 years which were then analyzed to determine the acquisition of Acehnese language phonemes used by children aged 2 years in their daily lives. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the language acquisition of Muhammad Aksan Rafassya aged 3 years is very good. The research subjects had mastered vowel and consonant sounds. At the age of 2 years Aksan was able to own and master words in his surroundings. This is also strengthened by mastery of nouns, adjectives and verbs. Meanwhile, Hidayatul Azizi's language acquisition at the age of 2 years is not good because he is not yet very fluent in pronouncing consonant sounds. However, at the age of 2 years Hidayatul Azizi was able to pronounce vowel sounds well. The vowel sounds that Hidayatul Azizi already pronounces fluently are the words 'jeut', 'loen', and the word 'itek'.

Abstract

Pragmatics is a branch of linguistics that studies the language used to communicate in certain situations. In a specific context, this definition means that apart from the language used to communicate, there are also other aspects that cannot be separated from linguistic research. This research aims to find out whether there are violations of the principle of politeness in the Podhub podcast episode with Prilly Latuconsina and Teuku Rizky. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques by listening to every word in the podcast carefully, thoroughly and seriously. The research results show that in the Podhub podcast there are violations of the principles of politeness in the form of the maxim of wisdom, the maxim of generosity, the maxim of acceptance, the maxim of humility, the maxim of suitability, and the maxim of sympathy.Keywords: Podcast, Podhub, Violation of the Principles of Decency

Abstract

The uswah hasanah approach exemplifies the learning method as a personality-forming agent. Uswah hasanah is an ever-present form of instruction. Through the resuscitation of Acehnese oral folklore based on art, the purpose of this research was to investigate the design process and efficacy of the module created utilizing the uswah hasanah technique. This research utilizes a research and development methodology. The model employed is the creation of a four-dimensional model. The 4-D development model (Four D) is a development paradigm for learning devices. The 4D development paradigm has four major phases: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The study of the module validation findings by the Indonesian Language Lecturer revealed a mean score of 3.92, placing it in the extremely valid category (3.5 V 4). On the basis of these results, it can be stated that the module designed by the researcher is suitable for field testing on a limited scale. The success of the module employing the Uswah Hasanah Method via the Revitalization of Aceh Oral Folklore Based on Art will be determined by conducting a restricted test on students of the Indonesian Language Education Department in Semester I of the Literary Theory Course.

Abstract

Language is a human communication system that is used to understand each other with certain goals. This research aims to find out the process of language development in three year old children. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the research found that Aqila can now say 2 to 4 words such as drink milk, Dad buy snacks. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of interviews with the child's parents and observing directly his language development showed that this child experienced language development according to the level at his age, including the words mother, father, sister, brother, milk, traveling. This research can conclude that Aqila often omits several phonemes or even adds phonemes to her vocabulary. Such as changing the consonant phoneme /k/ to consonant phoneme /t/, and changing the consonant phoneme /l/ to consonant phoneme /r/.
