Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam cara guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjalankan tugasnya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Generative AI, khususnya melalui platform Qwen, dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja di lingkungan SMA Negeri 1 Moyo Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis berbasis praktik langsung, yang melibatkan 27 peserta terdiri dari guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest, posttest, kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 30,15 poin, serta peningkatan pemahaman tematik sebesar 35–45% pada aspek seperti konsep dasar AI, fungsi Qwen, aplikasi pembelajaran, dan etika teknologi. Peserta merasakan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi waktu dalam menyusun dokumen administratif dan perangkat pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital, kegiatan ini berhasil membangun kesadaran akan potensi AI sebagai mitra kerja profesional. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada penguatan kapasitas digital, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi secara etis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Keterbatasan guru dalam menghasilkan artikel ilmiah akibat beban kerja dan kesulitan riset mendorong perlunya solusi inovatif berbasis teknologi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas menulis 34 guru di SMAN Moyo Utara Kabupaten Sumbawa melalui workshop pemanfaatan platform Artificial Intelligence berbasis Perplexity. Metode pelaksanaan berupa studi kasus deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan pelatihan hands-on dan project-based learning. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan kognitif peserta yang signifikan dengan gain score ternormalisasi sebesar 65,1% serta tingkat kepuasan pelatihan rata-rata 4,63 (skala 5). Analisis dokumen membuktikan 82,4% peserta berhasil menyusun draft outline artikel dengan struktur IMRaD yang baik. Workshop ini berhasil mendemonstrasikan bahwa Perplexity AI berfungsi efektif sebagai scaffolding intelektual yang mempercepat tahap riset dan perancangan naskah. Kesimpulannya, integrasi alat AI spesifik dalam pelatihan yang terstruktur mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi menulis ilmiah guru. Untuk keberlanjutan, diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan guna menguatkan kemampuan sintesis dan etika penggunaan sumber digital sehingga peningkatan kuantitas diiringi peningkatan kualitas karya tulis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of bread production processes at the MSME Tina Bakery using the stopwatch time study method. The production process was mapped with an Operation Process Chart (OPC) and a Worker–Machine Chart to identify workflow and the simultaneous involvement of operators and equipment. Work‐time data were collected through direct observation and subsequently analyzed to determine cycle time, normal time, and standard time. The findings indicate that one production cycle requires an observed time of 22,029 seconds, equivalent to approximately 6 hours and 7 minutes. Assuming a performance rating of 100% and a 20% allowance, the standard time is 26,434.8 seconds, or roughly 7 hours and 34 minutes. Proofing is the longest stage, while several manual activities—such as dough shaping—also consume substantial time. The work‐study charts reveal an imbalance between operator and machine times, indicating considerable idle time. Based on these results, this study recommends rescheduling production, productively utilizing waiting periods, and adopting mechanical aids for labor-intensive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. Abstract

Agricultural waste such as rice straw and wood waste has great potential to be utilized as an environmentally friendly biomass energy source. However, the community in Batu Rimba Hamlet, Batu Mekar Village, Lingsar District, still tends to openly burn this waste, causing environmental pollution and not providing optimal economic value. This community service activity aims to increase community understanding, awareness, and interest in processing agricultural waste into biomass fuel. The implementation method is carried out through the stages of problem identification, socialization, training, direct practice of biomass production, and activity evaluation using a questionnaire for 20 training participants. The materials provided include biomass potential, the impact of open burning, and techniques for processing wood waste and straw into alternative fuels such as biomass briquettes. The results of the activity showed that the training program successfully increased community capacity with an average level of understanding of 83.25%, awareness of 84.50%, and interest and readiness of 84.75%. Overall, the average evaluation score reached 84.17%, which is included in the high category. In addition to improving community knowledge and skills, this activity also fosters awareness of the importance of sustainable agricultural waste management and has the potential to open up renewable energy-based business opportunities at the local level. Therefore, training on utilizing wood and straw waste as biomass can be an educational and practical solution to support more valuable and environmentally friendly agricultural waste management. Abstract

This study proposes the application of Optimal Power Flow (OPF) in the Lombok Electricity System consisting of 19 buses and 7 generating units, with the main objective of reducing production costs under peak load conditions. The method used is a hybrid optimization method that combines two methods, namely the Particle Swarm Optimization and Simulated Annealing algorithms. Particle Swarm Optimization and Simulated Annealing (PSO–SA) method. Combining PSO and SA algorithms can improve the weaknesses of PSO with its jumping feature. In other words, the use of the PSO-SA algorithm is more effective than the PSO method. The simulation results show a generation cost of USD 31,158. The total generated power is 193,736 MW, which is equivalent to a total load of 193.34 MW. In addition, the voltage profile of all buses is at 0.95–1.05 pu and the power flow of all lines is below the thermal capacity. This finding confirms that the use of the PSO–SA algorithm effectively reduces operating costs without violating the system's operating constraints.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko banjir di Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan memprediksi curah hujan bulanan menggunakan model SARIMAX (Seasonal AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average with Exogenous Variables) dengan memasukkan indeks Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) sebagai variabel eksogen. SARIMAX dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangkap pola musiman dan tren curah hujan serta mempertimbangkan pengaruh fenomena iklim global seperti El Niño dan La Niña. Data curah hujan dan SOI yang digunakan mencakup periode November 2000 hingga Oktober 2024. Hasil evaluasi model menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang cukup baik dengan Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 37,61 mm dan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) sebesar 42,84 mm. Prediksi menunjukkan peningkatan curah hujan signifikan pada bulan Desember hingga Februari, yang menandakan periode risiko banjir tertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil prediksi ini, direkomendasikan beberapa langkah mitigasi, termasuk peningkatan infrastruktur penampungan air, pengelolaan waduk, penguatan sistem drainase, serta edukasi masyarakat untuk kesiapsiagaan banjir. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pengembangan sistem mitigasi banjir yang lebih efektif di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan dapat diaplikasikan di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik serupa.
