Abstract

Entrepreneurship in the digital era is increasingly shaped by globalization and technological change. Business activities now extend beyond national boundaries, relying on digital platforms, international partnerships, and knowledge exchange. Global networking provides entrepreneurs with access to markets, resources, and social capital, while collaboration across borders accelerates innovation through cooperation among firms, universities, governments, and international institutions. This paper highlights the importance of global networking and collaboration in strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems, with Indonesia as a central focus. Case studies such as Gojek’s partnership with Google and Tencent, and Tokopedia’s alliance with Alibaba, demonstrate how international cooperation enhances infrastructure, expands market reach, and fosters innovation. Despite these advances, challenges remain, including limited digital literacy, reliance on foreign investment, and gaps in national policy. Addressing these issues through human resource development, digital platforms, and supportive policies is essential for building inclusive and globally competitive entrepreneurship.
