Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing feasibility of Berkatul Bliss, a healthy snack made from rice bran designed for people with diabetes. Amid increasing demand for functional foods, it is essential to develop local products that are both nutritious and competitive in the market. This research employed a descriptive approach using qualitative and quantitative methods through consumer surveys, focus group discussions (FGDs), and analysis of marketing mix strategies (product, price, distribution, promotion). The results show that Berkatul Bliss possesses high appeal in terms of product quality, packaging, and its functional value as a low-glycemic food. Consumer acceptance was notably positive, especially regarding health benefits, informative packaging, and affordable pricing. The marketing strategy based on local ingredients proved effective in enhancing the product's competitiveness. These findings support contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 (food security), SDG 3 (health and well-being), and SDG 8 (economic growth). The study recommends an integrated and educational marketing strategy as a long-term approach to developing local functional food products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Motor skills are an important aspect of early childhood development that requires stimulation through interactive, engaging learning processes that are tailored to children's learning characteristics. However, learning at the Kuncup Mekar Early Childhood Education Center (PAUD POS) in Tambakharjo Village is still dominated by conventional media, resulting in suboptimal use of multimedia technology as a learning medium. This community service activity aims to improve early childhood motor skills through the implementation of the Visual Interactive Learning Model (VILM) based on multimedia technology. The service was carried out over two days by integrating educational animated videos, digital visual media, interactive demonstrations, practical activities, mentoring, and evaluation. The activity was carried out indoors at the Kuncup Mekar Early Childhood Education Center (POS PAUD) Building and outdoors at the Tambakharjo Energy Food Court to provide a more varied learning experience. Evaluation was carried out using observation sheets for the development of children's motor skills based on indicators of eye-hand coordination, movement accuracy, precision, independence, and participation during learning. The results of the community service showed that the application of multimedia technology-based learning successfully improved early childhood motor skills, characterized by increased hand movement coordination, accuracy in completing activities, independence, and active involvement during the learning process. Furthermore, the use of visual media and interactive demonstrations can increase children's attention and enthusiasm, making the learning environment more enjoyable.  Keywords: Early Childhood, Motor Skills, Multimedia Technology, Visual Interactive Learning Model, Interactive Learning
