Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires teachers to have the ability to develop teaching modules that are in line with students’ needs and the school’s context. However, many elementary school teachers still struggle in designing systematic and contextual teaching modules that focus on learning outcomes. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out at SD 2 Malomba with the aim of improving teachers’ competence in designing teaching modules. The method used was training, mentoring, and hands-on practice. The results showed an increase in teachers’ understanding of the teaching module structure and their ability to produce teaching modules according to the Merdeka Curriculum standards. This activity also had a positive impact on teachers’ motivation to create more creative and innovative learning designs.
