Abstract

Canva merupakan salah satukakas yang banyak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan konsep design-thinking [1]. Tidak hanya mudah digunakan, Canva juga menyediakan ribuan template yang bisa digunakan oleh pemula dengan sangat mudah. Aplikasi ini bisa Anda gunakan secara gratis, namun ada pula versi berbayar dengan tambahan tools dan template yang lebih lengkap. Hal ini menjadikan tim dosen membuat suatu pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul “Membuat Design Flyer penjualan dengan Canva pada anggota remaja Masjid Baitul Halim” . Dengan tujuan supaya remaja masjid dapat berkreasi dengan membuat flyer menggunakan aplikasi gratis Canva.

Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip digital dengan Google Drive merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah penyimpanan arsip digital yang kurang teratur dan sulit diakses. Dalam kegiatan ini, masyarakat akan dibimbing dalam membuat folder dan subfolder yang terstruktur, memberikan label pada dokumen, melakukan backup, dan memanfaatkan fitur kolaborasi untuk berbagi dokumen dengan rekan. Selain itu, masyarakat juga akan diajarkan tentang cara mengoptimalkan Google Drive untuk pengelolaan arsip digital, seperti memanfaatkan fitur-fitur seperti Google Forms untuk mengumpulkan data arsip digital, Google Sheets untuk mengolah data arsip digital, dan Google Keep untuk mengorganisasi dokumen dan membagikan arsip dengan rekan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, diharapkan yayasan KOPIA dapat lebih terampil dalam mengelola arsip digital dengan Google Drive dan memiliki akses yang lebih mudah dan terstruktur pada dokumen dan file yang mereka miliki dan juga dapat menambah wawasan baru dan meningkatkan ketrampilan/kreativitas dalam mengembangkan materi pembelajaran pada Anggota Yayasan KOPIA Raya Insani.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide training to Karang Taruna members in the skills of making animated sales videos using the Canva platform. Karang Taruna is a youth organization that plays an active role in community development at the local level. Participants will be introduced to using Canva, including how to create an account and choose a suitable template for sales promotion purposes. They will learn the basic steps in arranging design elements such as text, images, and icons to create engaging videos. Next, the training will focus on techniques for using animation elements to add dynamic elements to videos. Participants will practice how to incorporate animation into text, images, and other design elements to increase the appeal of videos. During the training, there will be a discussion regarding marketing and visual communication strategies that can help Karang Taruna members maximize the effectiveness of animated videos in their sales campaigns. At the end of the program, Karang Taruna members will have the skills to create high-quality animated videos with Canva. They will be able to use these skills to promote Karang Taruna's activities and initiatives, as well as support product or service sales efforts within their communities. It is hoped that this training can increase the competitiveness and positive impact of Karang Taruna in the local community.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide training to members of Karang Taruna in the skill of creating online catalogs using Canva as a promotional tool. Catalogs play a crucial role in promoting products sold by your business. However, in this internet era, catalogs should ideally be presented online to reach a wider audience. Hence, online catalogs (e-catalogues) can be a primary weapon to attract customers' interest in the items you sell. Karang Taruna is a youth organization actively involved in community development at the local level. Participants will be introduced to the use of Canva, including creating an account and selecting suitable templates for the purpose of creating online catalogs as a sales promotion medium. Various options of product catalog templates are available for use. Users can adjust paper size, change dimensions, and perform editing using various available features. Canva can be accessed via mobile applications or the website. Users can save design results in various file formats. Essentially, Canva can be used for free. However, users can also purchase premium features and gain unlimited access. They will be able to use these skills to promote Karang Taruna's activities and initiatives, as well as support sales efforts of products or services within their community. This training is expected to enhance Karang Taruna's competitiveness and positive impact in the local community.

Abstract

Abstract— The use of technology in the tourism industry is becoming increasingly crucial considering changes in consumer behavior that tend to rely on digital platforms to make transactions. To analyze the effectiveness and reliability of facilitating the process of purchasing tickets online. In addition, it also includes an evaluation of the level of user satisfaction with this web-based system and its impact on increasing visits to the Cinta Bridge tourist attraction. Through surveys of tourists using a web-based ticket sales system, interviews with tour managers, and analysis of ticket transaction data documented in the system. Research participants include tourists, managers, and other related parties. The data were obtained and analyzed using statistical methods and qualitative analysis to gain a thorough understanding of the impact of the Web-Based Bridge Tourism Entrance Ticket Sales Information System. Demonstrating that managing ticket stock and arranging visit schedules more efficiently is also a positive result for the development of the technology-based tourism industry by proving the benefits of the Web-Based Bridge of Love Entrance Ticket Sales Information System. The results of this study can be the basis for the development and implementation of similar systems in other tourism destinations. In addition, the research is considered to provide valuable insights for related parties in optimizing the use of technology to improve user experience and operational efficiency in the tourism sector
