Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between school organizational climate and teachers’ work motivation at the junior secondary school level. Organizational climate refers to teachers' collective perceptions of the school work environment, while work motivation relates to internal and external factors that influence teachers' enthusiasm and performance in carrying out teaching duties. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. Data collection was carried out using a closed-ended questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The sample consisted of 17 teachers from SMP AL-ISHLAH in Tasikmalaya Regency. Data analysis was conducted using the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test and Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a very strong and significant relationship between the school’s organizational climate and teachers’ work motivation. The correlation coefficient obtained was r = 0.944 with a significance value of p = 0.0047. This finding indicates that the more positive the school organizational climate perceived by teachers, the higher their work motivation. This research highlights the importance of creating a supportive and motivating work environment in school management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore teachers’ environmental management practices in supporting risk-inclusive play in elementary school settings through a systematic literature review. It examines how teachers manage play environments to balance children’s safety with meaningful developmental opportunities. By synthesizing selected studies, this research highlights the role of teachers as environmental managers who regulate risk through continuous assessment, spatial arrangement, and adaptive supervision. The findings indicate that flexible environmental management practices allow children to engage in manageable challenges that support physical, social, and emotional development. Teachers who move beyond risk avoidance toward risk management create learning environments that encourage autonomy while maintaining appropriate safeguards. The review also reveals that institutional policies, cultural norms, and parental expectations significantly influence how risk-inclusive play is implemented in schools. Supportive school policies and shared understanding among stakeholders strengthen teachers’ confidence in facilitating challenging play experiences. This study contributes to the field of elementary education by positioning environmental management as a pedagogical strategy rather than merely a safety mechanism, offering insights for teacher education and school policy development aimed at fostering balanced and developmentally supportive play environments.

Abstract

The worldwide workplace has undergone fundamental change due to technological disruptions, a shift in social norms caused by pandemics, and corporate disruption. In this context, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) continues to function as a specialized administrative unit and has developed into a crucial strategic tool for the organization's operations. The purpose of this article is to examine the conceptual evolution of MSDM from a mechanistic approach to a more holistic and humanistic perspective. Through a review of recent literature and conceptual analysis, this article explains how the functions of MSDM—rekrutmen, pengembangan, kinerja management, compensation, and industrial connection—are adapted to contemporary challenges like artificial intelligence (AI), hibrid work models, gig economy, and mental health.. This article argues that the effective age of MSDM is based on the synergy between the development of technology for data-driven efficiency and the development of humanist philosophy that promotes employee martabat, kesejahteraan, and kebermaknaan kerja as the foundation of each policy. By integrating these two elements, an organization can not only achieve productivity and innovation but also create a tangguh, inclusive, and sustainable work environment. This article concludes with practical recommendations for MSDM practitioners and organizational leaders to develop strategies that prioritize kemanusiaan above strategic goals.

Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era encourages schools to integrate technology comprehensively into learning practices and institutional management. In this context, the digital leadership of school principals plays a crucial role in directing change, developing teacher professionalism, and creating a sustainable culture of learning innovation. This study aims to analyze the role of principals’ digital leadership in enhancing teacher professionalism and promoting learning innovation in the era of educational transformation. The research method used is a qualitative literature study by analyzing various scientific articles, research reports, and relevant academic documents. The analysis was conducted using thematic content analysis techniques to identify patterns of digital leadership roles and their impact on teachers’ professional practices as well as learning innovation. The results show that principals’ digital leadership contributes through three main aspects: the development of teachers’ digital competencies through training and coaching, the implementation of technology-based academic supervision, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative school culture. In addition, principals are proven to strengthen technology integration in the learning process through a clear digital vision, professional collaboration, and the use of data as a basis for decision-making. However, challenges such as teacher resistance, limited infrastructure, and digital literacy gaps remain major obstacles to optimizing innovation. This study reaffirms the importance of principals’ digital leadership capacity to ensure that educational transformation proceeds effectively and sustainably
