Usaha madu klanceng Omah Ra&Fi Jepara (Mitra) terdapat di Kabupaten Jepara mempunyai 100 buah koloni lebah Trigona leavicep. Produksi madu dimulai dari rumah lebah diambil dari setup, dan diperas menggunakan alat pemeras manual. Madu kemudian disaring, kemudian dikemas menggunakan botol plastik dan botol kaca. Hasil perasan madu kurang bersih karena tercampur oleh kotoran sarang lebah yang rusak. Kandungan/kadar air pada madu selama ini belum dilakukan kontrol kualitas dikarenakan ketidaktahuan dan ketiadaan alat kontrol. Hal inilah yang menjadi kendala untuk menjaga kualitas madu dari Omah Ra&Fi. Permasalahan lain yaitu mitra juga belum memanfaatkan limbah sarang lebah menjadi produk bernilai jual, manajemen usaha masih sederhana dan terbatas di Jepara sehingga dapat dirumuskan tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi dengan penambahan setup koloni jenis Heterotrigona itama dan leavicep, memberi spinner dan pengurang kadar air dehumidifier, melatih pembuatan limbah menjadi sabun, dan memperluas area pemasaran dengan membuat market place serta mendesain kemasan dengan teknologi Augmented Reality. Kegiatan pengabdian dimulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan bahwa mitra telah mampu menggunakan alat-alat meningkatkan kontrol kualitas madu, membuat sabun, mengemas madu dan sabun dengan kemasan terbaru serta memanfaatkan market place di Instagram dan facebook.The Omah Ra&Fi Jepara (Mitra) honey business is located in Jepara Regency and has 100 bee colonies. This is an obstacle to maintaining the quality of honey from Omah Ra&Fi. Another problem is that partners have not yet utilized bee hive waste into products with commercial value, and business management is still simple and limited in Jepara. Therefore, the objectives of this community service program can be formulated as follows: to increase production capacity and quality by adding Heterotrigona itama and leavicep colony setups, providing spinners and dehumidifiers to reduce moisture content, training in the production of soap from waste, and expanding the marketing area by creating a marketplace and designing packaging with Augmented Reality technology. The community service activities began with preparation, implementation, assistance, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of the activities showed that the partners were able to use the tools to improve honey quality control, make soap, package honey and soap with the latest packaging, and utilize the marketplace on Instagram and Facebook.
