Abstract

Salah satu pembudidaya sayuran hidroponik di kabupaten Jepara Bapak Ryan Arfian dengan usahanya yang bernama Bagus Hydrofarm (Mitra) memiliki permasalahan di bidang kapasitas produksi yang rendah. Hal ini dikarenakan mitra hanya mempunyai 800 titik tanam dewasa. Proses produksi sayuran hidroponik juga masih rendah karena belum adanya kontrol kualitas pada hasil produksinya. Permasalahan tersebut muncul karena belum adanya pengetahuan mitra mengenai proses produksi dan kontrol kualitas yang cukup dan baik. Selain itu juga disebabkan oleh belum adanya alat untuk mengetahui kandungan nutrisi pada air dan belum adanya alat ukur kelembaban dan suhu. Managemen usaha pada mitra juga masih dikelola secara sederhana dan kekeluargaan.untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, metode yang digunakan antara lain sosialisasi, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil peningkatan manfaat dari program kemitraan wilayah ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 17,5%, peningkatan pengetahuan cara budidaya sayuran hidroponik sebesar 100%, peningkatan aset berupa alat ukur PH dan TDS sebesar 100%, peningkatan aset berupa alat pengukur suhu dan kelembaban sebesar 100%, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha yang baik sebesar 100%.

Abstract

The Boiler is one of the equipment in the steam power plant which their reliability will be decreased by annually. Boiler degradation can be observed by the decreasing value of boiler efficiency every year. To maintain the efficiency it is necessary to know the main cause of degradation factors. PLTU Tanjung Jati B Unit 3 and 4 using pulverized coal fired boilers with forced circulation and sub-critical pressure type, the steam capacity is 2x2280 tons / hour to generate electrical energy of 2x660 MW.Boiler Efficiency is calculated by indirect method with uncertainty rate (0.4% -0.8%) in every boiler heat loss. The highest efficiency of boiler Unit 3 was achieved during Commercial Operation Date (COD) in 2011 with 89.71%, while Unit 4 achieved on the 2nd test performance in 2013 with 89.61%. The lowest boiler efficiency value for Unit 3 on the 9th performance test in 2016 with 88,36%, and Unit 4 was on 9th performance test in 2016 with to 87,48%. The degradation of Unit 3 boiler efficiency during 6 years is 1.35% or 0.225% per year. While the degradation of Unit 4 boiler efficiency during 6 years is 2.13% or 0.355% per year. The major of boiler heat loss were from exhaust gas (L1), moisture content of burning hydrogen in fuel (L3) and heat loss due to the moisture in the fuel (L2). The main factors losses in boiler is caused by ash deposits in the economizer area, it make inhibition of heat transfer from (flue gas) to economizer tube, the others from the use of three types of coal which have different characteristics.

Abstract

Produksi yang terus menerus menyebabkan mesin-mesin bekerja tanpa henti yang mengakibatkan risiko penurunan produktivitas mesin di PT. TJB Power Services. Perusahaan tersebut merupakan perusahaan Operation and Maintenance PLTU Tanjung Jati B Unit 1 dan 2. Secara umum proses produksi dimulai dari penggilingan batubara yang digunakan untuk bahan bakar memanaskan air menjadi uap kering yang dialirkan ke turbin untuk menggerakkan generator yang menghasilkan listrik. Pada tahun 2018 tingkat Equivalent Availibility Factor (EAF) Unit 1 sebesar 89,45% dan Unit 2 sebesar 93,76% yang semula targetnya 100%. Sedangkan tahun 2019 Unit 1 meningkat menjadi 95,60% dan Unit 2 mengalami penurunan menjadi 88,12%. Fokus penelitian ini pada penggilingan batu bara di mesin pulverizer unit 2 karena mengalami penurunan tingkat availibility dan merupakan mesin yang kritis dalam proses produksi yang akan mempengaruhi produktivitas secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan analisa RCM II pada tahap FMEA diperoleh nilai RPN tertinggi pada equipment coal pipe dan pyrite. Setelah dianalisa dengan fishbone diagram diperoleh akar penyebab kegagalan antara lain udara primer dan udara luar mengandung kadar air laut dan tidak dilapisi anti karat mengakibatkan korosi, benda asing yang menumpuk dan tidak terfilter di silo serta kurang perawatan.

Abstract

AJJ Jamur Tiram (mitra) merupakan salah satu UMKM yang membuat bibit F2, media tanam (baglog) dan membudidayakan jamur tiram. Mitra memiliki permasalahan diantaranya proses sterilisasi bibit dengan kegagalan 30%-50%, proses produksi baglog masih manual menggunakan tenaga manusia, pembudidayaan jamur juga masih tradisional dimana pengaturan suhu dan kelembaban rumah jamur (kumbung) dilakukan dengan menyiramkan air ke lantai dan seringnya diserang hama tikus. Pada saat hasil panen melimpah kesulitan untuk memasarkan yang mengakibatkan hasil panen membusuk dikarenakan jamur tiram segar tidak tahan disimpan lama. Selain itu mitra juga memiliki kendala dalam hal manajemen usaha, financial dan SDM. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas adalah sosialisasi, workshop, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil peningkatan manfaat dari program pengembangan produk unggulan daerah adalah (1) peningkatan kapasitas produksi bibit 700% (2) peningkatan kapasitas produksi baglog 100% (3) peningkatan kapasitas budidaya jamur tiram 230% (4) peningkatan jumlah aset 400% (5) peningkatan kemampuan manajemen 100% dan (6) peningkatan pendapatan/omset 50%. Abstract

UMKM AJJ Jamur Tiram adalah pembudidaya yang mengolah jamur tiram menjadi produk olahan jamur crispy “Roompy” yang terletak di desa Mindahan Kidul kecamatan Batealit kabupaten Jepara. Jamur tiram (Pleuretus sp.) merupakan salah satu jenis jamur konsumsi yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi, disukai masyarakat dan memiliki manfaat yang baik bagi kesehatan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah manajemen keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual belum menggunakan aplikasi keuangan, pemasaran produk yang masih terbatas dan menjadi kelemahan bagi usahanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat adalah sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukkan perlunya pendampingan pada mitra dalam mengolah jamur crispy varian rasa dan stik jamur, penggunaan website pemasaran (e-commerce) dengan nama website ajjjamurjepara.com., peningkatan pangsa pasar 20% dan perluasan wilayah pemasaran, mitra telah mengikuti berbagai pameran berskala lokal dan nasional diantaranya Pameran di Politeknik Balekambang Jepara, Pameran DPW DPUPR Jepara, Pameran Karya dan Gelar UMKM Jepara Bangkit, Pameran Pekan UMKM Kudus, Pameran Pasar Apung Banjir Kanal Barat Semarang dan Pameran Yogyakarta Kreatif Expo. Abstract. mushrooms into processed "Roompy" crispy mushrooms located in Mindahan Kidul village, Batealit district, Jepara district. Oyster mushroom (Pleuretus sp.) is one type of mushroom consumption that has high economic value, is liked by the community and has good health benefits. The problems faced by partners are that financial management is still done manually, has not used financial applications, product marketing is still limited and becomes a weakness for its business. The methods used in the community service program are socialization, counseling, training and mentoring. The results of the activities carried out indicate the need for assistance to partners in processing flavored crispy mushrooms, the use of a marketing website (e-commerce) with the website name ajjjamurjepara.com., an increase in market share of 20% and expansion of marketing areas, partners have participated in various local scale exhibitions and The national exhibitions include the Exhibition at the Balekambang Jepara Polytechnic, the Jepara DPUPR DPW Exhibition, the Jepara Bangkit MSME Exhibition and Title, the Kudus MSME Week Exhibition, the Semarang West Flood Canal Floating Market Exhibition and the Yogyakarta Creative Expo Exhibition.

Abstract

Salah satu satu petani dan pengolah kopi di kabupaten Kembang Jepara Bapak Eko Siswanto membuat usaha yang bernama Vinzoei dengan produk kopi bermerek The Boyo (Mitra) memiliki permasalahan di bidang kapasitas produksi yang rendah. Hal ini karena mitra melakukan pengolahan kopi menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga, yang menyebabkan waktu antrian yang lama dan biaya produksi yang mahal. Desain kemasan produk juga masih sangat tradisional dan kurang menarik. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, metode yang digunakan antara lain sosialisasi, pendampingan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil peningkatan manfaat dari program kemitraan wilayah ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 25%, peningkatan pengetahuan kontrol kualitas kopi sebesar 100%, peningkatan aset berupa alat grinder sebesar 100%, peningkatan desain kemasan produk sebesar 100%, peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen usaha yang baik sebesar 100%.

Abstract

Hydrofarm farming has problems when the electricity goes out causing the flow of nutrients to the plants to not be able to flow because the pump is off because it only uses electricity from PLN. If this continues, it can cause the plant to die because it is not supplied with nutrients. Apart from that, there are still other disadvantages if you provide nutrition using the manual method. The solution to this partner's problem was provided by the UNISSULA community service team by implementing photo voltaic technology in the Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system as a source of electricity to replace PLN electricity voltage. The use of internet technology is also applied to marketing partners for hydrofarm agricultural products. The results of using PLTS in hydrofarm agricultural operations can replace PLN electricity for 4 hours per day so that it can increase hydrofarm operational efficiency. Online marketing can also expand the marketing of hydrofarm agricultural products from partners so that the marketing area is wider.

Abstract

Utilization of oyster mushroom weevil waste is an effort to add superior product variants, processed mushrooms are intended as an effort to increase sales turnover at AJJ Mushrooms Jepara. For the waste to be useful again, it is necessary to optimize it through the utilization of oyster mushroom waste into processed mushroom sticks. This assistance needs to be carried out to reuse oyster mushroom hump waste which was previously only used for additional animal feed and increase the selling value of processed waste. The method used in this community service is the Assed Based Community Development ABCD method through the activities of providing assistance and training through outreach, practice, and demonstrations to partners starting from the preparation of materials in the form of mushroom cob waste, other supporting materials, equipment, resource persons whom are some expert in processing food ingredients followed by outreach activities, practice, and direct assistance to partners. The result of mentoring the utilization of oyster mushroom weevil waste is in the form of mushroom sticks that are crispy and delicious to events that they can increase product variants selling processed mushrooms and increase the number of sales turnover at AJJ Jepara Oyster Mushrooms.

Abstract

Taukil al-wali is delegating marriage guardianship rights to the office of Religious Affairs (KUA) officials or community leaders. The local community widely accepts this practice because religious and traditional leaders legitimize it. This study aims to examine the community's view of the departure of the guardian (wali) after taukil al-wali and review this phenomenon from the perspective of legal anthropology. The research used a qualitative method with a legal anthropology approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the people of Batursari Village view marriage as a sacred event, so the guardian delegating his marriage guardianship rights to KUA officials or community leaders is considered to have to leave the assembly for the marriage contract ceremony. This view is based on a limited understanding of the law of taukil al-wali, the influence of religious leaders, and respect (tabarukan) for those given a mandate. The guardian's departure is considered a valid condition for marriage; if not fulfilled, the marriage is deemed invalid and must be repeated. Local cultural values also influence this practice. Unwritten customary law becomes the community's main guideline in taukil al-wali. The strong influence of cultural values causes people's compliance with customs more dominant than formal rules. In conclusion, the guardian's departure after taukil al-wali reflects religious norms and local cultural integration. The legal anthropology perspective shows the important role of custom in shaping the distinctive marriage practices in the Batursari Village community.
