Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic requires teaching and learning activities that were previously carried out face-to-face to be implemented in the form of Distance Learning. This causes the use of eLearning in STMIK Mikroskil to increase rapidly, so STMIK Mikroskil decided to start implementing a collaborative software, namely Microsoft Teams. In using Microsoft Teams, some students are still confused about using the Microsoft Teams application. Usability evaluation of Microsoft Teams using the System Usability Scale (SUS) is done as a first step to assess the success of implementing Microsoft Teams. Based on the results of the SUS questionnaire, it was obtained a score of 72 with a “Good” rating and a letter grade “B”.

Abstract

Salah satu peluang pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendukung pendidikan tinggi adalah implementasi online learning, tetapi dari kenyataan dilapangan, pemanfaatan online learning ini belum maksimal. Online learning merupakan suatu bentuk layanan berbasis web yang ditujukan untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar, karena layanan ini fleksibel sehingga menjanjikan keefektifan, keefisienan dalam dunia pendidikan, dimana dengan menggunakan program ini dapat memperluas akses pendidikan, meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menekan ongkos pendidikan.Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah model pembelajaran online yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan Pendidikan Tinggi. Model yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluation). Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan tinjauan literatur. Platform yang digunakan yang digunakan untuk membangun user interface dan view model menggunakan software open source Moodle 2.5. Hasil penelitian ini berupa Model online learning yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan Pendidikan.

Abstract

WebQual is one of the Web site quality-based Measurement methods, which have been contacted from WebQual 1.0 to WebQual 4.0. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 model, which corrects the three variables of usability, quality of information, and quality of quality website service interaction. This research aims to improve the quality of service website and government service of Simalungun Regency. The sample of the research is 42 people, where the sample location using sampling saturation. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing statements about user perceptions about the website. The data will be used to obtain the value of the WebQual Index used to determine the value of service quality. The result of the value of WebQual Index of each variable is usability is 0.85, the quality of information is 0.87 and the quality of service interaction is 0.86. Variables that most affect the quality of website services in general Simalungun District Government of the respondent is the variable quality of information with the WebQual Index of 0.87. Measurement Results WebQual Index shows that the quality of web service organizing electronically Simalungun District Government is very good with the value of Webqual Index of 0.86.

Abstract

The use of information technology in an organization's business processes does not guarantee that the organization has been able to provide good IT services. This service needs to be measured from the level of maturity. Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) is a framework that can be used to measure the maturity level or intended maturity level. Accurate measurements certainly depend on a valid and reliable measuring instrument. The ITSM matrix is a measuring tool that has been internationally recognized in the ITSM and ITIL concepts. This research makes XYZ Higher Education the object of research. The basis of taking XYZ Higher Education is because these universities have used information technology in their business processes. However, problems are still found in the provision of IT services that have not met the expectations of IT Division and users. This can be seen from the percentage of reports on disruption that can be completed on time, only around 60% of the total reports submitted, and there is also a handling of reports of improper disturbances ranging from 19 - 29%. This is certainly a big concern that needs to be resolved by measuring the current level of IT services. After the measurement results using the ITSM matrix and guided by CMMI, it was found that the maturity level of the current IT service is still at level 1 (initial) where the service process runs ad-hoc and chaotic, and the success of the organization still comes from individual competence. This shows that XYZ universities, especially IT Division, need to improve IT services at a higher level in order to continue to improve IT services to users.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji tingkat penerimaan sistem e-filling pada wajib pajak perorangan di kecamatan Balige menggunakan variabel ekspektansi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha, pengaruh sosial terhadap minat keperilakuan, dan kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi terhadap perilaku penggunaan, dan variabel moderasi age, gender, experience pada pengguna sistem e-filling dikecamatan Balige. Penelitian ini menggunakan model UTAUT (Unified of Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology). Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 347 pengguna e-filling perorangan dari jumlah populasi 2.068 pengguna E-filling. Model analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengujian uji t untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial dan variabel moderasi dengan metode residual. Tools yang digunakan untuk membantu menganalisis adalah software SPSS versi 19. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari 16 hipotesis yang diajukan terdapat 5 hipotesis yang diterima yaitu ekspektansi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi-kondisi pemfasilitasi berepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat keperilakuan dan perilaku penggunaan. 4 hipotesis moderasi yang diterima, 7 hipotesis moderasi ditolak

Abstract

Ticket reservations through agents or ticket sales points are very conventional. The web is the choice media to sell tickets for now. Customers can easily buy tickets like transportation ticket, events, and playground tickets through the web. Problems faced by some web users are the lack of responsiveness of the web, unstable connections, difficult usage, and the possibility of payment failure when transaction is done. Therefore, it is necessary to measure software quality using the McCall method. From the measurement results, web ticket sales get 80.56% which means the quality of the ticket sales web is good. Although the overall result is considered good, but ticket sales service providers must continue to improve the quality of the web.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mengharuskan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka dialihkan pelaksanaanya dalam bentuk Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Hal ini menyebabkan penggunaan eLearning di STMIK Mikroskil meningkat pesat, sehingga STMIK Mikroskil memutuskan mulai mengimplementasikan sebuah perangkat lunak kolaboratif yaitu Microsoft Teams. Dalam penggunaan Microsoft Teams, beberapa mahasiswa masih kebingungan dalam penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Teams. Evaluasi Usability terhadap Microsoft Teams menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dilakukan sebagai langkah awal untuk menilai keberhasilan implementasi Microsoft Teams. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner SUS didapat skor sebesar 72 dengan peringkat “Good” dan Letter Grade “B”.
