Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted by adopting Update IS Success Model that has been designed by DeLone and McLean (2003) by taking some necessary variables. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality toward users satisfaction of information system SAP. A sample which was used in this research was staff employee who using SAP. A sample of engineering which non probability sampling and used saturated method where all of the respondent being a sample in this research as big as so respondent. This research was using quantitative method research and analysing data which used i.e multiple regression linear. Testing hypotheses in this research was conducted by testing the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality toward user satisfaction and satisfaction effect of toward individual performance through partial test (t test) the research result was proving that partially. System quality wasn?¢â?¬â?¢t influenced and not significant toward user satisfaction, information quality wasn?¢â?¬â?¢t influenced and not significant toward user satisfaction, service quality was positive influential and significant toward user satisfaction, user satisfaction was positive influential and significant toward individual performance. ???  ???

Abstract

WebQual is one of the Web site quality-based Measurement methods, which have been contacted from WebQual 1.0 to WebQual 4.0. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 model, which corrects the three variables of usability, quality of information, and quality of quality website service interaction. This research aims to improve the quality of service website and government service of Simalungun Regency. The sample of the research is 42 people, where the sample location using sampling saturation. Data were collected through a questionnaire containing statements about user perceptions about the website. The data will be used to obtain the value of the WebQual Index used to determine the value of service quality. The result of the value of WebQual Index of each variable is usability is 0.85, the quality of information is 0.87 and the quality of service interaction is 0.86. Variables that most affect the quality of website services in general Simalungun District Government of the respondent is the variable quality of information with the WebQual Index of 0.87. Measurement Results WebQual Index shows that the quality of web service organizing electronically Simalungun District Government is very good with the value of Webqual Index of 0.86.

Abstract

The 2019 Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting the business sector in Indonesia, especially Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) that contribute greatly to the economy which impacted on decrease in revenue due to health protocols. This study aims to examine the role of motivation in the use of cloud computing technology by SMEs during the pandemic by combining it with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The research method uses quantitative data to test hypotheses that have been formulated through a survey of 129 SMEs in Medan using cloud computing technology since the pandemic. Questionnaires are distributed online and offline containing 25 indicators of variables arranged using the Likert scale. The data processing in this study used equation models from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) software. The results of this study received a positive response and showed a significant influence on motivation variable. SME actors have the motivation to survive in the sustainability of their business by using cloud computing technology as a necessity. So that the effect on the intention to use (behavior intention) to use cloud computing technology affects the actual use by SMEs.

Abstract

Breast cancer represents about 12% of all new cancer cases and 25% of all cancers in women. Early detection and classification of cancer is essential to save a person's life. The causes of breast cancer are multi-factorial and involve family history, obesity, hormones, radiation therapy, and even reproductive factors. Each year, one million new women are diagnosed with breast cancer, according to a World Health Organization report, half of them will die, because it is usually too late when doctors detect cancer. After the selected variable is then evaluated based on certain criteria. If the first selected variable meets the criteria for inclusion, the selection continues. The procedure stops, if no other variables meet the entry criteria and adds the variables one by one. The accuracy of the Support Vector Machine is influenced by several factors, including the comparison of the amount of training data and test data adjusted for k-fold validation. In the comparison of training data and test data the resulting accuracy reaches 97.68% with a total composition of 345 training data (50%) and 345 test data (50%). In the tests carried out, the accuracy of Support Vector Machine and Forward Selection was obtained at 97.68%.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effect of attitude on mobile banking acceptance using the extended UTAUT Model. Specifically, surveying the Medan city area covered 392 mobile banking users from several banks. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and SmartPLS software. This research’s man contribution is introducing attitude variables in the combination of UTAUT models, task technology fit, and trust, which have a significant effect on behavior intention. Based on this study results, it shows that social influence and attitude are a significant effect on behavior intention, facilitating condition, and behavior intention is a significant effect use behavior of mobile banking users from several banks. While performance expectancy, effort expectancy, task technology fit, and trust didn’t significantly effect on the behavior intention of mobile banking users from several banks. This Research implies two important policymakers’ findings. First, Banking Management needs to ensure that it always makes necessary improvements in simplifying technology to understand it easily. Second, need to ensure that we regularly evaluate the performance of mobile banking users from several banks to mae benefits of using M-Banking technology to support financial transactions needs.
