Salah satu sistem akademik dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Audit Mutu Internal (AMI). AMI yang dikoordinir oleh Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu (LPM) dalam suatu perguruan tinggi mendukung terwujudnya nilai perguruan tinggi dalam bentuk akreditasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan AMI yaitu untuk memastikan aktivitas didalam perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan sebagai proses untuk menerapkan budaya mutu perguruan tinggi. Aktivitas yang berlangsung tidak terlepas dari pelayanan yang diberikan kepada para konsumen seperti mahasiswa, stakeholder dan alumni baik secara akademik dan non akademik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka rancang bangun sistem AMI berbasis Instrumen Akreditasi Program Studi (IAPS) 4.0 sangat penting untuk mendukung dan mempermudah dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan pelayanan yang diberikan untuk menjamin kepuasan konsumen. Pendekatan rancang bangun yang digunakan yaitu Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai model rancangan yang menggambarkan secara jelas mengenai aspek sistem dengan pengembangan sesuai kebutuhan yang lebih sederhana.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kinerja, informasi, ekonomi, kontrol, efisiensi dan layanan yang ada pada website sistem informasi akademik mahasiswa STMIK GICI menggunakan metode PIECES. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah perlu peningkatan dan perbaikan dari sisi performance dan efficiency sedangkan dari sisi information, economic, control dan service sudah baik.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adanya optimalisasi bandwidth dengan QOS (Quality of Service) pada Mikrotik RouterOS yang terintegrasi dengan sebuah cache server dimana didalamnya sudah terinstal Squid 2.7 Stable 6. Dan hasil yang diperoleh adalah sistem baru telah mampu mengoptimalkan bandwidth yang dimiliki oleh objek penelitian. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem baru dapat menggantikan sistem lama yang sedang berjalan.

Batampos is the largest daily newspaper in riau islands spread from batam island, tanjung pinang, natuna even to singapore and malaysia. Along with the development of information technology and communications batampos also make a web site batampos newspaper to continue to provide convenience for its readers. The purpose of this research is to know how far the quality of Batampos website based on end user perception so that batampos site can increase the number of visitors and competition with similar website. This research method uses WebQual 4.0 that focuses on three main components namely usability, information quality and service interaction quality. Data collection method using primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed online amounted to 200 responden. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis with statistical calculations with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22. Based on data processing can be seen that the user perception of Quality Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality independently have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction

Abstract: Higher education is an institution engaged in services that provides services to internal and external consumers consisting of students, stakeholders and alumni both academically and non academically. The services provided determine the satisfaction of consumers. Higher education values are manifested in the form of accreditation. The value of accreditation is expected to be in accordance with the quality culture that runs in universities. To ensure customer satisfaction, universities must always evaluate the service policies provided based on established university standards. Evaluation is done by conducting an internal university quality audit. In the future, this activity will be routinely carried out to ensure that activities in higher education are in accordance with the standards set as a process for implementing a higher education quality culture. This is expected to be able to encourage the superior value of higher education accreditation by conducting analysis, costs and providing advice to support decisions by the highest leadership. The application of this framework analysis uses the Actor Network Theory approach to see the relationship between actors in the application of information technology so that the resulting information system is acceptable and in accordance with existing business processes at universal universities. The results of this study are a framework for making information systems based on the results of web-based ANT analysis. Keywords: actor network theory; audit; iaps 4.0; it framework; internal quality of PT Abstrak: Perguruan tinggi merupakan suatu lembaga yang bergerak dibidang jasa yang memberikan pelayanan kepada para konsumen internal dan eksternal yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, stakeholder dan alumni baik secara akademik dan non akademik. Pelayanan yang diberkan menentukan kepuasan para kosumen. Nilai perguruan tinggi diwujudkan dalam bentuk akreditasi. Nilai akreditasi diharapkan sesuai dengan budaya mutu yang berjalan didalam pergurua tinggi. Untuk menjamin kepuasan konsumen maka, perguruan tinggi harus selalu melakukan evaluasi terhadap kebijakan pelayanan yang diberikan berdasarkan standar perguruan tinggi yang ditetapkan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan kegiatan audit mutu internal perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini kedepannya secara rutin dilakukan untuk memastikan aktivitas didalam perguruan tinggi sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan sebagai proses untuk menerapkan budaya mutu perguruan tinggi. Hal ini diharapkan mampu mendorong nilai unggul akreditasi perguruan tinggi dengan melakukan analisis, penilaian dan pemberian saran sebagai pendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh pimpinan tertinggi. Penerapan analisis kerangka kerja ini menggunakan pendekatan Actor Network Theory untuk melihat hubungan antara actor dalam penerapan teknologi informasi sehingga system informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diterima dan sesuai dengan bisnis proses yang ada pada universitas universal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kerangka pikir untuk pembuatan system informasi berdasarkan hasil analisis ANT berbasis web. This study aims to determine the effect of modifying passing training using cones in improving the skills of managing SBB Sinar Muda Mappadeceng bolas. The research method used is experimental. The population in this study was 55 people with a sample size of 20 people. Data collected from pretest and posttest, data management using IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software. The results showed that the normality test with Shapiro-Wilk can be known that this data is normally distributed because the posttest value (933) > from 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. Furthermore, the results of the homogeneity test can be seen that sig. is .168, because the value of .168 > 0.05 it can be concluded that the data variance is homogeneous. Finally, the hypothesis test shows the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) t value (0.000 < 0.05). students in the good enough category only numbered 4 students (20%), 6 students (30%) were sufficient, and 10 students (50%) were not good enough. Whereas in the posttest students in the very good category amounted to 3 students (15%), 10 students (50%) were good, and 7 students (35%) were quite good. So it can be said that the modification of passing training using cones has an effect in improving the skills of managing the ball SSB Sinar Muda Mappadeceng.

Teaching and learning the English language need to focus on the learners; therefore, as teachers, giving the range of materials and creating the study programs must be based on learners' ability to receive the learning progress in accordance. So, by revealing learners' abilities, teachers can organize their syllabus, material levels, quizzes, and other programs properly. CEFR is a British Council assessment used to know learners' abilities in several languages, including English. In this paper, we use EnglishScore android application to assess the learners' abilities based on CEFR scales. There are five categories of CEFR level scales that the learners of Universitas Universal academic year 2021-2022 provided: C1, B2, B1, A2, A1- using EnglishScore android application for assessment. Most learners acquire A2 level and B1 level with 40 and 28 percentages for overall skills. A2 and B1 with 40 and 28 percentages for grammar achievement, while B1, B2, and A2 for vocabulary achievement with 33, 27, and 26 percentages. A2 and B1 levels for reading and listening skills, with 42 and 23 percentages for reading skills and 39 and 22 for listening practice.
