Abstract

The rapid transformation of the educational landscape driven by globalization and digitalization has significantly influenced the management of human resources in educational institutions, including education staff. Career development of education staff is often still oriented toward administrative and structural aspects, limiting opportunities for innovation and professional growth. This study aims to reconstruct the career development of education staff through an educational entrepreneurship approach using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review was conducted by analyzing national and international scholarly articles published between 2010 and 2025, accessed through databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, Scopus, and Indonesian journal portals. The findings indicate that an educational entrepreneurship-oriented career development framework encourages innovation, adaptability, and value creation among education staff. Such an approach shifts career development from a linear model toward a competency-based and dynamic model that supports institutional effectiveness and service quality. This study contributes conceptually to human resource management in education and provides strategic insights for policymakers and educational leaders in designing sustainable and innovative career development systems for education staff.
