Abstract

Corruption has become a deeply rooted problem in Indonesia's governance system and society. Various efforts to eradicate corruption through legal and institutional approaches have not shown maximum results. This research aims to analyze corruption prevention strategies through strengthening character education as a more effective and sustainable alternative solution. Through a qualitative approach with literature study, this research examines the role of character education in forming generations with integrity and anti-corruption character. The results show that character education integrated into formal and non-formal educational curricula can be a strong foundation in preventing corrupt behavior from an early age. Strategies that can be applied include integrating anti-corruption values into the curriculum, strengthening the role of higher education, forming the character of generation Z, and implementing moral education as a preventive strategy. This research concludes that character education is a long-term investment capable of creating a clean and transparent culture in national and state life.

Abstract

The Pancasila Laboratory is a strategic instrument in strengthening Pancasila values education through contextual, reflective, and experience-based learning for young citizens. Although its urgency is recognized, to date, there has been no standardization of conceptual, operational, or evaluative standards, even though its development is based on ideology. Standardization is needed not to impose uniform practices, but to provide a flexible, context-specific minimum quality framework that guarantees the function, process, and achievement of values. This study uses a qualitative, multi-case study design and a conceptual analysis of the Character Padepokan at UNNES, the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Laboratory at SMK Negeri 1 Sambi, and the Pancasila Laboratory School by YPLP. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that there is no uniform national model, but laboratory practices have developed organically through an approach of experience, reflection, collective participation, and the formation of values through habit. The findings emphasize the need for a flexible and adaptive standardization framework to ensure consistency in quality and measurable outcomes. The integrated conceptual model offered has the potential to strengthen character education, civic engagement, and the sustainability of Pancasila ideology within the national education system.

Abstract

The religiosity of rural communities in Indonesia is an important aspect of daily life that helps shape cultural and social identity. Wonodadi Village, located in Plantungan District, Kendal Regency, is one of the villages known for its rich traditions and strong religious values. In the midst of modernization and globalization, many local traditions are threatened with extinction. However, through the reading of Berzanji, the people of Wonodadi Village have succeeded in maintaining their cultural and religious heritage, making it an integral part of community identity. This paper aims to determine the implementation of the strengthening of religious values in Wonodadi Village through the reading of the Berzanji book. The method used is a community service program. Community service programs can be implemented through various methods involving training, mentoring, and guidance. The results of the service show that the congregation of the study group in Wonodadi Village routinely holds Berzanji activities every Monday afternoon to increase their love for the Prophet. They also read Sholawat as a form of respect for the Prophet Muhammad. This tradition aims to develop adolescent morals and da'wah values in the Berzanji culture to create tolerance in the village.
