Abstract

Perawat seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan yang kompleks yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja mereka. Salah satunya adalah beban kerja yang berlebih dan peran yang harus dijalani menyebabkan perawat sulit menyeimbangkan waktu antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. Perawat di RSUD Kondosapata dihadapkan beberapa kendala akibat adanya beban kerja dan peran yang dihadapinya sehingga kinerja mereka belum sepenuhnya optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja dan peran ganda terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Kondosapata Kabupaten Mamasa. Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Cross Sectional. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD Kondosapata yang berjumlah 52 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja dan peran ganda memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai value beban kerja p = 0,001 < 0,05, dan nilai value peran ganda p =0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda didapatkan hasil bahwa dari kedua variabel beban kerja dan peran ganda, variabel peran ganda lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan RSUD Kondosapata terus mempertahankan kinerjanya dan terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Kata kunci : Beban kerja, peran ganda, kinerja perawat

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic pillar in strengthening global health systems, particularly in improving service efficiency, quality, and accessibility. These changes demand adaptive and competent health human resources capable of responding to rapid technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the challenges and strategies of health human resource management in addressing global changes in the digital era. A literature review method was employed through a systematic search of scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 using PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases. The findings indicate that major challenges in health human resource management include limited financing, gaps in digital competence and literacy, high workload, inadequate digital infrastructure, data security and ethical issues, and weak collaboration among stakeholders. Strategies to address these challenges include sustained investment in digital health infrastructure, strengthening policies and regulatory frameworks, continuous education and training, curriculum development, implementation of ethical digital governance, and enhanced cross-sector collaboration. This review concludes that adaptive and innovative health human resource management plays a crucial role in supporting sustainable and effective digital health transformation in the context of global change.

Abstract

The acceleration of global health digitalization offers significant potential to improve public care quality; however, its practical execution frequently encounters multidimensional barriers and threatens to widen the digital health divide. Objective: This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the policy typologies, service modalities, contemporary challenges, and real-world implications of international digital health implementations. Method: Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design aligned with PRISMA 2020 guidelines, literature searches were performed across PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases for articles published between 2022 and 2026. Applying rigorous selection via the PICOS framework, 8 core articles were retrieved for extraction using thematic analysis. Results: The synthesis reveals that macro-level policies successfully diversified digital services into administrative (e-prescription), remote clinical care (Remote Patient Monitoring), and preventive governance (Digital Proximity Tracing). Instrumentally, e-health effectively reduces operational costs, enhances clinical quality, and bridges access gaps for marginalized groups, such as coastal and migrant populations. Nevertheless, the transition is severely hindered by fragmented data interoperability, insufficient digital literacy among professionals, ethical issues concerning AI algorithmic biases, and policy blindness toward technological determinism, which drives social exclusion. Conclusion: Integrating social determinants into digital health architecture is vital for establishing an equitable public health ecosystem. Policymakers must devise equity-centered regulations and system standardization, while medical institutions are urged to adopt structured literacy training to minimize internal resistance.
