Abstract

Abstract Digital transformation has become a key factor in the sustainability of business operations and modern strategic management. This article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on organizational strategy by reviewing the challenges, opportunities, and the role of human resources and governance in successful technology adoption. The method used is a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. The analysis shows that digital transformation drives operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, continuous innovation, and the formation of competitive advantage. However, it also presents challenges such as internal resistance, low digital literacy, cybersecurity risks, and data governance complexity. The success of digital transformation is determined by the harmonious integration of technology, human resource capabilities, adaptive organizational strategies, and the implementation of modern strategic management, which includes digital leadership, adaptive organizational culture, digital performance monitoring, and change management. These findings confirm that organizations that are able to manage digital transformation holistically will be better prepared to face market dynamics, increase competitiveness, and ensure business sustainability in the complex digital era. Abstract

Abstrak Karyawan adalah aset terpenting dalam perusahaan. Kompensasi yang adil dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi diyakini dapat meningkatkan hal tersebut. produktivitas karyawan dan kualitas kerja dalam suatu organisasi, sehingga kemampuan karyawan dapat memberikan kinerja Terbaik bagi perusahaan. Kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan adalah dua hal yang saling terkait ima karyawan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, semakin baik kinerja karyawan .Jadi bisa dikatakan Kompensasi dan kinerja memiliki hubungan langsung secara Hubungan proporsional. Jika karyawan menerima kompensasi dalam jumlah yang meningkat, hal itu akan meningkatkan kinerja maksimal bagi perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tinjauan Pustaka Sistematis. Artikel-artikel yang digunakan untuk Referensi dari Google Scholar, dengan waktu publikasi 2020-2025. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan, karena dengan adanya kompensasi dan motivasi, karyawan akan merasa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Karyawan Pertunjukan.   Abstract Employees are a company's most important assets. Fair compensation and high work motivation are believed to improve employee productivity and work quality within an organization, enabling employees to deliver optimal performance for the company. Compensation and employee performance are interrelated, both directly and indirectly, and the better the employee's performance, the more likely it is that compensation and performance have a direct, proportional relationship. If employees receive increased compensation, it will maximize performance for the company. The method used in this study was a systematic literature review. The articles used for references were from Google Scholar, published between 2020 and 2025. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that compensation and motivation variables influence company performance. Compensation and motivation contribute to employee engagement and enthusiasm in improving company performance. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Motivation, Performance.
