Abstract

The community service program aims to address the challenges Assyaffa honey bee farmers face in production and marketing. The Assyaffa honey bee farm is located in Cipari Village, Cilacap Regency. The potential for plant vegetation and favorable natural conditions influence the availability of nectar and pollen, which, in turn, impacts honey harvest yields. However, the current production process still relies on manual and simple methods, resulting in very limited honey production. Honey sales are also very limited due to the continued use of conventional methods. The methods used in this program include outreach activities, assistance in production and marketing, and evaluation of activities carried out in stages within a predetermined timeframe. The results of the community service program show that implementing innovative hot-spray water centrifugal technology can increase Assyaffa honey production by 32%, from a previous total of 50 bottles to 66 in a single process. The process of mentoring marketing activities by implementing digital marketing media with more attractive, informative marketing labels can significantly increase sales of honey bee products.

Abstract

This study discusses the management of organic and non-organic waste in Tunjungmuli Village, Karangmoncol District, Purbalingga Regency. The community service program implemented included socialization, guidance, training on the use of plastic waste to make handicraft products, and the processing of organic waste into compost. The results of the activities showed an increase in the awareness and understanding of the community and students regarding the importance of proper and sustainable waste management by applying the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) principle. Organic waste was successfully processed into compost that is useful for agriculture, while inorganic waste was utilized into products with economic value such as recycled bags and wallets. This program also instilled environmental awareness in the younger generation. In conclusion, waste management in Tunjungmuli Village has succeeded in improving the community's skills and creativity in managing waste effectively and independently, and has the potential to become a model for community-based waste management that can be applied in other areas.   [1][2][3] Desa, D., & Bondowoso, P.
