Abstrak Ketidakpatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) merupakan faktor utama penyebab anemia pada ibu hamil yang dapat meningkatkan risiko perdarahan pascapersalinan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan self-efficacy dan kepatuhan konsumsi TTD melalui hilirisasi e-Pocket Book SIAP-TTD dengan pendekatan Family-Centered Empowerment Model (FCEM). Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama empat minggu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sentosa Baru dengan melibatkan 25 ibu hamil dan keluarganya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi fitur interaktif aplikasi, serta pendampingan intensif berbasis pemberdayaan keluarga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dasar peserta dari 20% menjadi 85%, serta kemampuan penggunaan aplikasi dan kepatuhan konsumsi dari 15% menjadi 80%. Intervensi ini berhasil meningkatkan keyakinan ibu untuk menuntaskan program 90 tablet serta menumbuhkan peran aktif keluarga sebagai pendukung emosional dan informasional. Adaptasi berupa penyediaan versi hard copy dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala akses data seluler. Sinergi antara teknologi digital dan pemberdayaan keluarga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu di tingkat komunitas. This community service aims to optimize self-efficacy and compliance with TTD consumption through the downstream of the SIAP-TTD e-Pocket Book with the Family-Centered Empowerment Model (FCEM) approach. The activity was carried out for four weeks in the working area of the Sentosa Baru Health Center involving 25 pregnant women and their families. The methods used include socialization, demonstration of the application's interactive features, and intensive assistance based on family empowerment. The results of the evaluation showed a significant improvement in participants' basic understanding from 20% to 85%, as well as application usability and consumption compliance from 15% to 80%. This intervention succeeded in increasing the mother's confidence to complete the 90-tablet program and fostering the active role of the family as emotional and informational support. Adaptation in the form of providing a hard copy version was carried out to overcome mobile data access constraints. The synergy between digital technology and family empowerment has proven to be effective in improving maternal health at the community level.
