Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geospasial (SIG) saat ini cukup pesat perkembangannya. Hampir semua pembangunan telah menggunakan sistem informasi geospasial sebagai alat untuk mengelola dan menyajikan informasi berbasis keruangan kepada masyarakat baik untuk kepentingan bisnis maupun pemerintahan. Sejalan dengan perkembangannya, ketersediaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas untuk mengembangkan SIG pun menjadi perhatian dunia pendidikan. Sejauh yang diamati, ketersediaan SDM pengembang SIG masih terbatas di kalangan tertentu, misalnya di lembaga-lembaga pemerintah yang kegiatannya berhubungan dengan proses pemetaan potensi sumber daya alam atau kegunaan lahan. Padahal bidang pembangunan sangat beragam dan membutuhkan banyak SDM terampil dan ahli dalam penggunaan dan pengembangan SIG. Dalam konteks ini, perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perannya melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mentransfer pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penguasaan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geospasial bagi masyarakat agar dapat berkiprah dalam pembangunan bangsa. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan adalah kegiatan workshop pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang bertajuk Peningkatan Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geospasial. Peserta kegiatan workshop ini terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen yang berasal dari beberapa perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Metode yang diterapkan adalah presentasi teori dan konsep SIG, praktik dan studi kasus, diskusi dan evaluasi akhir. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman, ketrampilan dan penguasaan teknologi SIG pada level dasar. Hasil akhir workshop ini menyimpulkan bahwa Pelatihan Peningkatan Kualitas SDM untuk pengembangan SIG sangat membantu peserta dalam pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi SIG di lapangan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam makalah ini adalah memilih shopping cart yang tepat untuk toko online sesuai kebutuhan dan budget. Shopping cart yang diguanakan adalah Woocommerce, prestashop dan Quick cart. Informasi yang digunakanan dalam pemilihan shopping cart ini berdasarkan pada data teknis dari official website masing-masing shoping cart seperti kebutuhan minimal sistem dari shopping cart, fitur-fitur yang dimiliki, kemudahan mempelajari, kemudahaan mendapatkan template. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian di internet dan pengamatan langsung. Untuk membandingkan ketiga shopping cart ini penulis menginstall langsung ke tiga shopping cart tersebut. Manfaat daripenelitian ini sangat penting yaitu membantu calon pembisnis online dalam pemilihan shopping cart sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka, seperti budget dan fitur.

Abstract

Pelajaran merakit komputer saat ini, yang ada di tingkat SMK terutama SMKN 3 Kota Bekasi masih menggunakan komponen komputer yang sudah tidak berfungsi. Biaya untuk menyediakan komponen-komponen komputer yang sesuai dengan generasi terbaru sangat memberatkan pihak sekolah. Para siswa hanya dapat melihat tanpa ada perakitan secara langsung, serta pengenalan komponen komputer yang hanya dijelaskan secara konvensional yaitu, dengan cara lisan atau teori saja, hal tersebut membuat jenuh dan bosan. Melihat fenomena tersebut, menginspirasi peneliti untuk membuat sebuah media pembelajaran menggunakan teknologi Virtual Reality yang interaktif dan mudah digunakan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap mata pelajaran merakit komputer. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dimulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, sampai produksi prototipe akhir. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan perhitungan menggunakan skala likert tercapai kepuasan dengan nilai rata-rata dari tiga penguji, yaitu: para ahli = 75%, guru = 82.5%, dan siswa = 84.479%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penggunaan ponsel saat ini sangat diperlukan, bahkan dalam kondisi pandemi COVID-19 saat ini. Masyarakat belum sadar akan bahaya penggunaan telepon seluler (HP) dalam situasi pandemi, seperti penggunaan HP pada transportasi umum (bus, kereta api, dsb), rumah sakit, dll. Pengguna HP saat di angkutan umum sering mengoperasikan HP sedangkan mungkin lupa sebelumnya telah memegang palang besi atau pintu bus sehingga HP menjadi terkontaminasi virus COVID-19. Melihat venomena ini oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) tergerak untuk mensosialisasikan penggunaan pelindung telepon seluler tahan air dan cara membersihkan telepon seluler (HP) setelah digunakan dalam perjalanan atau diluar rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan saat lockdown dilaksanakan di Jakarta, maka dari itu tim melakukan sosialisasi dengan menggunakan brosur dan penyaluran bantuan kepada petugas kesehatan. Pengabdian masyarakat selain memberikan sosialisi pencegahan virus melalui perangkat HP, tim PKM memberikan menjelaskan kembali perlunya menjaga protokol kesehatan dengan memakai masker, serta cuci tangan menggunakan handsanitaizer. Tim PKM juga tergerak untuk memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat kurang mampu yang bermukim di jalanan kawasan Cibubur dan sekitarnya. Hasil sebelum sosialisasi melalui survei dilapangan didapatkan 35% pasien dan 30% perawat menyatakan Telah mengetahui sebelumnya bahwa penggunaan pelindung Handphone (HP) diperlukan untuk pencegahan Covid-19. Hasil setelah sosialisasi melalui brosur, bahwa  cara-cara pelindungan perangkat HP demi pencegahan Covid-19 sangat mudah dimengerti didapatkan hasil Pasien 93,33% dan perawat 95%. Para perawat  sebesar 97.5%, dan 96.67% pasien  berharap penjelasan Perlindungan HP ini perlu disosialisasikan lebih luas. Kata kunci: pandemi covid-19; perlindungan tahan air; bersihkan ponsel. ABSTRACTThe use of mobile phones today is indispensable, even in the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic. Community service activities were carried out when the lockdown was implemented in Jakarta, therefore the team carried out socialization by using brochures and distributing aid to health workers. Community service in addition to providing socialization on virus prevention through mobile devices, the PKM team also explained the need to maintain health protocols by wearing masks, and washing hands using a hand sanitizer. The PKM team was also moved to provide assistance to underprivileged communities who live on the streets of the Cibubur area and its surroundings. The results before the socialization through a field survey showed that 35% of patients and 30% of nurses stated that they had known beforehand that the use of a mobile phone (HP) protector was needed to prevent Covid-19. The results after socialization through brochures, that the ways to protect HP devices for the prevention of Covid-19 are very easy to understand, the results are 93.33% patients and 95% nurses. 97.5% of nurses, and 96.67% of patients hope that this explanation of HP Protection needs to be disseminated more widely. Keywords: covid-19 pandemic; waterproof protection; clean the cell phone

Abstract

The mechanism of procurement of goods that were done manually, but now it can be facilitated by the existence of web-based procurement system. This system is designed using the data mining technique to find any parts of the goods data that often requested based on a monthly period/year and knowing the type of goods are the most requested and the most frequently consumed the preparation. This research uses a decision tree method and CARTS (Classifcation and Regression Tree) algorithm for exploring the data. The design method of this system using object-oriented development with UML modeling system. Inventory information system software is used to facilitate the process of procurement of goods and the existing equipment on the warehousing company multi-user web-based by the mechanisms of the process of the administration and procurement of goods made online. This application is supporting the administration process of procurement of goods in each company warehouse. This application is equipped with features to request the procurement of goods, maintenance procurement of goods and procurement of goods online report. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based inventory information system that make easier and speed up the process of inventory and procurement of goods in a company warehouse

Abstract

PRACTICES TO USE MOBILE-BASED VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGY FOR LEARNING MEDIA ASSEMBLING PERSONAL COMPUTER. The Vocational High Schools are still teaching assembling computers in the conventional way. However, this method is deemed ineffective and inefficient, because of the continuous development of computer technology and very expensive prices. The current covid pandemic condition is also a new problem that makes it difficult for students to practice assembling computers face-to-face. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to utilize virtual reality (VR) technology as a learning medium to simulate PC assembly. The first the PC assembly learning application was made using Java Android program which was adjusted to the basic curriculum for computer assembly. Second, if this application has been successfully created, training will be carried out for students. The training will be carried out in several stages, the first stage by registering, filling out a questionnaire via Google Form. The second stage, the provision of material that will begin with an explanation of the introduction of VR technology. The third stage, is the setting and installation of the PC assembly learning program with VR on the Android cellphone of each participant, followed by the participants practicing the use of the VR program with VR glasses 3 D. The results of the student questionnaire stated that they had previously known that VR technology could be used. as a medium of learning in schools worth 34%. The results of the questionnaire after PKM were held, the results of 88.25% of students felt that VR was useful if it was used in the education sector such as computer assembly.

Abstract

Nowadays, to determine the ticketed sanctions in court still using experts without systematic assistance. Certainly, it is very unfortunate if the technology is not utilized in this field. A similar problem also exists with the traffic police on duty to do out the crossing and socialize the articles and fines that apply to traffic violators. The police must also memorize the articles of traffic violations, but only those that are often violated by drivers because there are many articles on traffic violations that the police cannot memorize. Therefore, in this research, the writer creates a system to assist judges in determining sanctions or fines for traffic violators, to assist the police in socializing the traffic violator, and to assist the drivers in knowing the rules, and also the traffic articles. The Forward Chaining method would be more suitable to be used for those systems because the research field uses facts to be sure. The objects of this research are car and motorcycle riders. The existence of several case examples are used by the writer that is useful to test the accuracy of the process or the results of this consultation, researchers also provide examples to the drivers, the police, and also legal experts for testing this traffic expert system. With the level of validation of truth that has been achieved, this traffic expert system can be used as a method of judges, violators or police in determining ticketing sanctions

Abstract

East Jakarta is one of Jakarta areas that are prone to diseases Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) and diarrhea. The Statistics data from Sub Department of Health, East Jakarta show that the level of vulnerability to dengue disease reached 100%, 40% of ARI and diarrhea 10%. Unfortunately, the data figures were less describe the actual situation spatially. This research was conducted to determine areas vulnerable to desease based on spatial environment in East Jakarta using Geographic Information System (GIS). The category of desease which is the object of this research are the dengue disease, respiratory infection and diarrhea. The method used to determine disease susceptibility is scoring and overlay method. Based on the analysis with GIS, there are two levels of vulnerability to the disease namely "Vulnarable" and "Very Vulnerable" with details nine of the ten sub-districts in East Jakarta are in the status of "Vulnerable" and only one region with the status "Very Vulnerable" namely Ciracas District. The results of this analysis is expected to help the society health centers in East Jakarta in monitoring the spread of the disease and the risks so that they can anticipate and providing services as early and effectively as possible .

Abstract

Penelusuran kontak erat dari suatu pasien yang terinfeksi penyakit menular merupakan aktivitas yang penting pada suatu penanganan pandemi. Tenaga kesehatan perlu untuk mengetahui pergerakan posisi pasien sebelum dan setelah terinfeksi penyakit menular.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membangunsistem informasi geografis yang dapat merekam jejak perjalanan dan permantauan pergerakan posisi pasien yang telahdikarantina menggunakan teknologi GPS pada telepon genggam warga. Metode dalam merancang bangun sistem informasi ini adalahmetode waterfall. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam membangun aplikasi didapat menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Pengujian sistem menggunakan blackboxtestingdan simulasi. Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa sistem informasi dapat merekam jejak perjalan dan memantau pergerakan posisi pasien simulasi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi GPS pada telepon genggam pasien. Hasil perekaman jejak perjalanan dan pantauan pergerakan posisi pasien simulasi dapat divisualisasikan pada peta digital diWeb.
