Abstract

PT. Format Teknik Mandiri is a private company operating in the mining sector which has a work contract in Subaim Village, Wasile Sub-district, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Mining is carried out using an open mining system (Surface Mining) using the Open Cut Mining method, namely cutting from the ridge downwards. To create a mining activity that is sustainable, efficient and profitable, it is necessary to pay attention to every aspect that influences operational costs during mining. Controlling operating costs carried out regularly will make it easier for company management to control production costs for each mining/production activity so that expenses can be reduced to a minimum and can produce maximum profits. The aim of this research is to determine the production capabilities of mechanical equipment, analyze the costs that must be incurred by the company for ore getting activities. After conducting research, the author obtained a production volume of loading equipment of 3,844 m3 per day and production of transportation equipment for 3 Shacman F3000 units of 5,426 m3 per day with a total cost for 30 days (target time) the costs incurred were Rp. 738,061,200p.

Abstract

PT. Buana Celebes is one of the companies engaged in nickel ore mining business located in Malili district, East Luwu regency, South Sulawesi province. Mining operations arecarriedout by open-pit mining system ( Surface Mining) with open cut method. The purpose of this study istofind out the system of mining that is applied, knowing the total amount of water discharge that enters the deposition pond and to find out the volume of precipitation ponds in the mining area. Basedonthe resultsof researchs istemcopying usedin PT. Buana Celebes is system drainage that is to prevent theentry of water into the mine. At the pit location E Block E2 has 1 (One) precipitation pool with a precipitation pool area of 38,196 m² with 2 (Two) channels with the length of each channel I of 220 m and channel II of 85 m.The amount of runoff discharge in the Pit E area of Block E2 is3,185m3 and the total volume of the deposition pool is 114,588 m3/s.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to Analysis of the geometry of the mine haul road at PT. Natural Persada Mandiri, especially in the Bumi Pit 7 Block to the stockpile based on the mine haul road recommendation that refers to the AASTHO standard, which is located in Waturambaha, Lasolo Islands District, Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province in the IUP (Mining Business Permit) area of PT. Binanga Hartama Raya. Based on the design results of the mine haul road using Surpac 6.3, the road from Blok Bumi Pit 7 to the stockpile has a track length of ± 610 meters referring to the recommendation of the mining road geometry where the straight road width is 9 meters, the road width at the bend is 11 meters, 4% super elevation, slope the length of the road ranges from 8% - 10%. Because the new land clearing will be held, the researchers designed a road that is in accordance with existing safety standards, thus obtaining safe results for the Hino 500 FM 260 JD transportation means.

Abstract

PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (PTVI) is a subsidiary of Vale, a global mining company based in Brazil. Before being named PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, the company located in South Sulawesi was named PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk. (PT INCO). The research problem is how to calculate the disposal design that requires later storage that can be used overburden material from the nearest Pit and the amount of geometry of each design that has been made. The method used to analyze using Vulcan software version 9.0, using formulas, interview methods and documentation. The results showed the total disposal design capacity of 12,213,531 (wmt), Disposal Storage Capacity of 18,791,082 (wmt) and Geometry s_disp_block_2g0_01: Slope Angle: 400, Number of Benches: 2 and Width of Storage: 40,791,082 (wmt) and Geometry s_disp_block_2g0_02: Slope Angle: 260, Number of Benches: 2 and Berm Width: 40m (40,835), Geometry s_disp_block_2g0_03: Angle of Slope: 340, Number of Benches: 2 and Width Width: 40m (40,835), Geometry s_disp_block_g04 Slope 450, Berm Width 42m (42,092), Number of Bench 5, 40 M), Slope Angle 450, Number of Benches 6, s_disp_block_2g0_05: Slope Angle: 340, Berm Width: 40,603 (41 M), Number of Benches 3. Number of overburden results from the nearest pit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dominance size of the settling pond, calculate the discharge and the runoff volume of the Keuno Block B Pit. The purpose of making this settling pond is to accommodate runoff water flow that will enter the mining area in Pit B of the Keuno Block. The research method used is descriptive research to provide information about facts and phenomena that occur at the research site. Data was collected through field observations, interviews, and document studies. Association obtained 1) Water entering the Pit B Block of Keuno in the form of runoff water with a discharge of 2,72 m3 / sec at DTH, 0,609 m3 / sec at DTH II, and 1,081 m3 / sec at DTH III 1,069 m3 / sec. 2) From the results of runoff discharge calculations, the dimensions of the first settling pond plan are made: Water Discharge (Q) = 2,72 m3 / sec, Pool Volume (V) = 1000 m3, Pool Length I ( P) = 35 m, Pool Length II (P) 30 m, Pool length III (P) 25 m. Pool side width I (L) = 24 m, Pool side width II (L) 22 m, Pool side width (L) = 20 m. Pool Depth (d) = 5 m.
